Every participant receives a Claude Team account for the full duration of the program. Participants will use Claude throughout the program to build workflows, test ideas and create tools they can apply inside their organizations.
AI Opener
AI Opener is a collaborative learning program designed to help destination organizations and the broader tourism industry move from AI curiosity to confident application.
Launched in 2024, the program has delivered more than 100 hours of programming to a global community of 300+ destination professionals across more than 100 organizations in Europe and North America. Along the way, participants have learned from leaders at Google, Microsoft, Adobe, Getty Images and a growing roster of AI-native travel companies.
AI Opener is built for practitioners navigating real-world challenges, from governance and policy to search, discovery and organizational readiness. The focus is not on hype, but on practical experience, shared learning and responsible adoption.

Why Should You Join?
Our AI Opener program is back and better than ever for 2026. Building on the success of our first two years, we've designed a new and improved experience just for you.
Here's a glimpse of what you can expect in 2026:
Three high-impact sessions focused on the big-picture shifts shaping AI’s role in travel, including search and discovery, strategy and what’s coming next.
Two hands-on working sessions designed for applied learning and peer collaboration. Builders Club is where participants put ideas into practice, working through real use cases and learning from each other in real time.
Leave with workflows, prompts and tools you can use immediately, not ideas that stay on a to-do list.
Learn alongside destination peers, as well as hotels, attractions and experiences in 2026, to gain cross-industry perspectives while maintaining a practitioner-first focus.
Six months of expert-led programming, Claude Team access and a practitioner-focused community for $1,650 per individual or $3,450 for a three-person team license.
