In early 2024, Group NAO initiated AI Opener for Destinations in association with Miles Partnership, bringing together 60 DMOs across Europe and North America with the purpose of helping destinations explore and responsibly strategize the AI landscape, tackling the most complex AI challenges while offering actionable takeaways.
