Favorite Travel Memory

When I was 14, my family traveled to Italy and we met my brother's "Italian family" from his exchange year. One evening, despite the language barrier, his Italian sister and I danced ballet together on the roof of our villa under the stars, sharing the universal language of dance.

Jeff has been in our IT department for nearly 30 years. When he's not putting out fires or searching for the next useful tools, he can be found running and biking around town or paddleboarding in the mangroves.

Favorite Travel Memory

After a day of hiking in Custer State Park in South Dakota, we rushed out to Wildlife Loop Road in hopes of seeing some bison before sunset. We were not disappointed! A million bison crossed the road right in front of our van.

Mitch is part of both the Brand USA and Wyoming teams and thrives on helping his partners inspire visitors to explore these fantastic destinations. He enjoys anything outdoors — he was a raft guide in Arizona, a ski bum in Oregon and worked in Denali National Park before going to the DMO world.

Anything with my family, National Parks, ballparks or active outdoor trips definitely rise to the top. The awesome thing about travel is the next trip just adds to the story.

Dylan is part of the Kentucky team. He works with cooperative partners and internal teams to make sure things go off without a hitch. When he is not working, you will find him outside with his wife, his Springer Spaniels, Maya and Theo, and his bearded dragon.

Meet Cara, an adept performance manager on our hospitality team, infusing her work with a touch of fun. She expertly guides clients to vital metrics, shapes media campaigns and devises strategic tactics. Off duty, Cara unwinds with reality TV and plotting her next adventure.

Favorite Travel Memory

Embarking on a Croatian adventure with my besties was pure magic. From Dubrovnik's ancient charm to Split's lively streets, and the island gems in between — we laughed, wandered and created memories to last a lifetime.

Amy is an advertising account manager for team Brand USA. She and her husband are Connecticut natives (a split Patriots/Giants household, but both die-hard Red Sox fans). Some of her favorite hobbies are camping on Gulf Coast beaches, biking around Dunedin, Florida, and traveling to the mountains for skiing.

Mattie is an account director who uses her organizational skills to ensure deadlines are met and clients are happy. When she's not slinging ads, she can usually be found exploring everything Colorado has to offer. She loves all things outdoors, including fly fishing, skiing and hiking with her dog.

Exploring Belize with my husband! We journeyed around multiple islands via golf cart, caught bonefish, swam with sharks and ventured deep into ancient caves to explore Mayan ritual sites.

Neal has worked his way up from designing websites for convention centers named after fried-chicken chains to leading a team of production companies, creative directors, art directors, graphic designers and copywriters to develop brands for some of the most iconic destinations worldwide.

As a U.S. citizen, going over the border to Canada or Mexico isn't really an international trip. So, I chalked AlUla up as my first international trip. It was a fantastic experience even though we worked 19-plus hour days to document some of the first tourism opportunities in Saudi Arabia. Let's say I've learned to travel with a few snacks now due to that trip.

As a former CVB marketing director with nearly 30 years in the tourism industry (including work at Yellowstone National Park and a cruise ship), Carly’s passion for travel marketing has inspired successful campaigns for Miles' partners for more than 15 years. In between travels, Carly can be found exploring her home in the New River Gorge of West Virginia.

I took a train to Jungfraujoch - Top of Europe — Europe's highest railway station, which is located at 11,333 feet in the Swiss Alps. The panoramic views of the snow-capped mountains and glaciers was breathtaking!

Caitlin capitalizes on her years living in and producing content for travel destinations while working for Miles’ DMO content team. When she’s not content wrangling at her day job, you’ll find her exploring her adopted home state by skis, foot and car, preferably with her dog Odessa.

It's listening to coqui frogs sing as waves crashed rhythmically on a beach while stars sparkled overhead in Puerto Rico.

Eddie is a Drupal developer for the client web support team. When he's not busy throwing together new websites or solving technical issues, he's a fan of animation, movies and TV. He's also got a passion for 3D printing and gaming. While he has resided in St. Louis for the past 10 years, he's originally from Robinson, Illinois, home of the Heath candy bar.

Driving from St. Louis to Georgia just so he could have his "Clark Griswold" moment.

Mari brings with her more than 20 years of experience working with Tahiti Tourisme. Her natural ability to be organized led her to specialize in event planning. She has traveled to The Islands of Tahiti nearly 30 times and has been fortunate to have visited 16 of the 118 islands. Mari works remotely from Huntington Beach, California, and enjoys taking her dog, Poé, to the beach and going to yoga.

Liv Falco is an Account Coordinator who loves to help her clients deliver high-quality work, remotely from California! Outside of work, Liv enjoys all the simple things in life. Whether it be a trip to a local coffee shop, or a hike around her hometown hills, you can find Liv somewhere soaking up the sun!

David creates and automates reporting, troubleshoots data problems and maintains our internal budget/forecast planning tools. He has a degree in Physics from University of Colorado but never worked in that field—unless you count his home brewing of craft beers—and is equally at home on the beach or the ski slopes.

Fabio takes pride in creating functional and efficient designs that make a statement. Beyond work, he's an avid adventurer, embracing the great outdoors and seeking new horizons, where creativity knows no bounds.

At Miles, Andi orchestrates audience‑driven, cross‑channel media strategies for a number of destination clients, pairing data with storytelling to spark travel demand. Away from the desk, she and her family roam Colorado’s peaks and wild spaces, fueled by homemade cold‑brew.

Honeymoon in Akumal, Mexico 

Using his operational, account and technology expertise, David leads the information technology team. Since 2016, he has been traveling the U.S. as a digital nomad with his wife, a travel nurse, and a rescue dog named Dallas in an RV. Their quest is to visit all 63 national parks.

One of my favorite memories is hiking to the top of Half Dome in Yosemite National Park and looking over the edge to the Yosemite Valley.

An accomplished art director, Megan works closely with the Brand USA team, skillfully managing the Global Inspiration Program's print materials. Outside of work, Megan has a keen eye for finding beauty in everyday life, pursuing hobbies like photography, drawing and DIY house projects. She also shares her heart with her husband and their dogs, Bella, Tucker, and Miley.

I had an unforgettable 10-day journey through Spain with my family. From the ancient city of Toledo to the fine art in Madrid and the breathtaking beauty of Granada's Alhambra, every moment was a captivating adventure. Exploring the vibrant culture, savoring delicious paella and sharing laughter with my loved ones made this escapade truly magical.

Debra manages projects across three different teams: GOUSA TV, Places.Travel and Odyssey Studios. She loves creating systems and processes that allow us to work smarter. She shares her passion for travel with her husband and two kids, so working in this industry is inspiring! When she's looking for a quick and relaxing getaway, you can find her with a book on the Oregon coast.

Randi is the Chief Operating Officer and works alongside the senior leadership team on developing and implementing strategic organizational goals to steer the company’s future in a positive direction. When she's not in the office, she spends most of her time cheering on her daughter out on a soccer field somewhere around the country.

As an Account Director at Miles, Kelli oversees and executes innovative, results-driven marketing programs for destination clients. When not collaborating on client projects, she can be found planning her next adventure, cheering on her home-state Hawkeyes, and forever searching for the perfect taco.

Being the only people on the plane in Belize and the pilot inviting me to sit up front with him. Wild!

Rebekah manages SEO sorcery and/or word nerdiness for Colorado, Capital Region USA, Maryland and Greeley. When her head's not buried in a website or print guide, it's wearing a hat for running trail races in which she will undoubtedly scrape a knee and meet a medic.

Favorite Travel Memory

It's a three-way tie between getting scoped by a shark while paddleboarding in Florida, hiking a questionable ledge to see puffins in Iceland and patting elephants on Singapore Zoo's Night Safari. Probably the elephants win because patting was involved.

Susan oversees workflow and day-to-day task management for a variety of client projects, from print production to website builds. She adapts quickly to ensure deadlines and client expectations are met, collaborating closely with both clients and internal teams to drive success from start to finish. Outside of work, you can find her exploring new restaurants, getting lost in a good book and planning her next travel adventure.

Experiencing the infinite landscapes and waterfalls of Iceland on a five day road trip through the country. I can't wait to go back for another trip!

Having grown up all over the world as the child of a resort general manager, Ursula has been in hospitality her entire life, including 30 years in resort marketing before starting the hospitality division at Miles. She was recently named to the HSMAI Top 25 Most Extraordinary Minds in Sales and Marketing.

When not crafting compelling content, Jason hangs out with his trio of chihuahuas—Gizmo, Astro and Nemo—who keep him on his toes!

Elodie is a seasoned Account Director with a global footprint. Her professional journey, spanning from France to Germany, China, Thailand, and Silicon Valley—has forged an unparalleled outlook on Business Operations and Marketing. Outside of work, she relishes traveling with her family. A true foodie at heart, she delights in exploring diverse cuisines. A Denver-based account director who has been at Miles since 2019, Ben thrives at solving complex problems and has a knack for providing practical solutions while maintaining an upbeat attitude. He fills his spare time fly fishing, skiing, going to concerts and spending time with his fiancé and two Australian shepherds, Bindi and Woodford.

As an avid fly fisherman, trips to the backwaters of Florida, winding rivers of Montana or camping trips to freestone rivers in Colorado are always top of mind.

Lillian is a part of the account management team at Miles Partnership. When she isn’t working, you can find her going to the beach, figure skating or spending time with her friends and family in her hometown Orlando, Florida.
