Johanna's role as an account manager is to support clients in planning, building and executing their vision. What makes her happeiest? Spending time with her family and creating long-lasting memories for her son. With family scattered around the globe, the opportunities to visit new and exciting places are countless.

Joy creates and optimizes content for our clients, bringing a strategic approach shaped by her background in research and editorial strategy. Outside of work, you’ll find her learning a new line dance, suffering up a mountain on whatever gear the season calls for or soaking in a hot spring.

When a winter transportation strike in Paris forced us to explore on foot, we experienced the city’s character in an intimate way. Plus, it came with a hearty supply of streetside roasted chestnuts.

Emily merges creative storytelling with data-informed strategy to create compelling content in our hospitality team. Based outside of Phoenix, she enjoys baking, needlework and exploring local spots with her husband and their greyhound, Tobey.

I was able to travel to Melbourne, Australia, to meet some of my husband's family and friends! It's such a beautiful country and I got to pet a koala; definitely worth the 19-hour flight.

Alex is an account manager in the hospitality division, helping to make clients' visions a reality. When not managing client requests and projects, he's traveling and looking for new experiences with his wife Amanda or playing with their dogs. Whether its exploring local food-and-drink scenes or reading a good book, he is always excited to see the world from a new perspective.

My favorite travel memories are when we end up getting lost in a very unfamiliar places. They are always the most stressful times in traveling, but they make for great memories that have stood the test of time.

Melissa leads the company's consulting practice focused on developing inclusive marketing strategies that broaden audience reach and create meaningful connections with travelers from all backgrounds. She works with clients to implement tailored approaches that foster authentic connections and expand reach across the travel and tourism industry. Melissa resides just outside of Atlanta, has a deep passion for the arts and loves to cook.

Zurich, Switzerland

Jodi was bitten by the travel bug at 14 when she spent a summer traveling across the U.S. with 40 other teens. With a background in magazine publishing and content marketing, she’s also a self-professed cruise nerd. When she’s not editing, writing or content creating, you can find her in Pilates, walking her dog and enjoying South Florida life.

Experiencing the stunning scenery, amazing wildlife and great outdoor adventures during a family roadtrip to Yellowstone, Canyonlands, Moab and Zion, where we were able to disconnect from the rest of the world and feel truly alive.

With a strong sense of direction and a great sense of humor, Roger has led the company since its purchase in 1990, growing the business from a local Florida visitor guide network to an innovative, successful international travel marketing organization.

George is part of our Brand USA team and handles all things accounting. When he’s not crunching numbers, the lifetime Parrothead and avid FSU fan can be found tinkering with mechanics, enjoying his growing family, and planning his next trip — which always includes a coastline he has not visited.

Jordan is committed to helping destination brands tell their story, leading Miles’ teams to deliver exceptional service and products. When she's not busy helping clients achieve their business goals and objectives, you can find her adventuring with family, listening to live music, enjoying a good cup of coffee or thrifting for unique textiles.

Getting engaged in the Italian Riviera and spending the rest of our trip exploring small villages along the coast, enjoying delicious food and wine at every turn. The relaxed culture, slowed-down pace and natural beauty of Italy was an incredible backdrop for such a celebratory life moment.

In managing Brand USA and VISIT FLORIDA (Vacation Guide) across the entire state, I apply a marketing/customer service approach with partners to drive revenue for the client and for Miles, while positively affecting destination awareness and visitation. An avid college sports fan, you can hear Irish swear quite a bit when discussing his alma mater, the University of Florida.

Katie is a lifelong storyteller who uses her writing skills to develop proposals and other content that showcases the beauty of travel. When she's not writing, you can find Katie painting, diving deep into Atlanta's food scene and spending quality time with her husband and dog, Margot.

Last fall, I visited Halifax, Nova Scotia for the first time. My husband and I took a food tour, sampling everything the city had to offer while the leaves fell around us. It was an absolutely perfect day.

Paul is a driving force at Miles in successful product launches, advertising revenue-generation programs and creative solutions for DMOs. He is currently developing integrated travel industry co-op programs for Brand USA, and when he is not luring international visitors to the U.S., he is spending time in the great outdoors.

I have so many fantastic travel memories, but one of my favorites was a family vacation in Croatia bareboat sailing throughout the Dalmatian Islands. Sailing is nirvana for me and when you add in my favorite people, perfect sailing conditions, incredible scenery, great food and wine, it doesn't get any better. 

Hanna is an account manager who uses her skills to keep projects and client requests running smoothly. After graduating from Ole Miss, she moved out West and found a new passion for working in the travel and tourism industry. In her free time, you can catch her reading a good book, painting or exploring the outdoors of Colorado.

J.T. is a senior content manager, writing and editing out of our Memphis office. When he's not writing about various destinations, the die-hard Memphis Tigers fan, Stephen King buff and "Star Wars" expert can likely be found at the movies or a Tigers game with his wife Christine.

My wife and I went to Europe for the first time — was the trip of a lifetime! We took a cruise around the Mediterranean to Spain, France and Italy. The food was phenomenal. We even got to explore my great-grandparents' hometown, Lucca, Italy. I cannot wait to go back.

With 20-plus years of content marketing experience and 30-plus countries visited (so far), Erin heads up our corporate communications and helps steward the Miles brand across channels. Together with our marketing and communications team, she works to positively influence and increase our key stakeholders’ awareness of the company.

Favorite Travel Memory

I have a new favorite travel memory with every trip! One recent memorable experience was glamping overnight in the Sahara desert and then waking up to a sunrise camel ride into the dunes.

Beth is a project manager with a strong attention to detail and an extensive background in client services. Beth is a competitive Ironman triathlete, a soccer enthusiast and dog mom to two Siberian huskies, Odin and Ragnar. Off the clock, she can likely be found training for her next athletic endeavor.

My favorite travel memories are from my childhood. My family vacationed at Black Butte Ranch Resort in Oregon every summer for as long as I can remember. It’s where I learned how to ride a bike and get lost in adventure with my siblings. Every time I smell a pine tree, those memories come flooding back.

Claire’s work combines creative and production logistics for video and photography projects to ensure the best possible media is delivered for our clients. When she is not figuring out the next production strategy, you will likely find her enjoying travel, yoga and all Michigan has to offer with her husband and her two rescue dogs, Red and Sultan.

My favorite travel memory is filming a series in Qatar and getting to sleep under the stars in the desert with a Bedouin tribe.

Janet is a content strategist whose focus is on concepting and creating content for clients such as St. Pete/Clearwater, Virginia Beach, Fort Myers and Miami. Her favorite vacations are in wild places where you can hear the wind and the birds, and her hobbies in St. Pete include gardening (yardening?), singing in a community chorus and obsessing about paint colors.

One of my favorite travel memories is hiking in the El Yunque National Forest in Puerto Rico with my husband Tim and our intrepid guide, Juan. At points, we were ankle-deep in red mud. But we also had a refreshing swim in a beautiful natural pool underneath a waterfall and ate fresh mangos off a banana leaf while perched on a rock.

A native New Mexican with a stereotypical love of green chile, Haley finally crossed the border for good into Colorado to make it her home. She has found a passion for business and billing, despite her background in biology. When she’s not sifting through vendor invoices, she can be found coaching dance for the local high school, hiking and mountain biking.

My absolute favorite memory is going to Ireland for my birthday in 2019 right before the last season of "Game of Thrones" came out. We went to filming sites for Winterfell and met a couple of the dire wolves used for the show.

Andraya monitors and manages the production of print products from start to finish for Brand USA, SEE, and many DMO clients. When she is not juggling print tasks, this animal lover and cooking enthusiast can usually be found event or vacation planning, helping others, spending quality time with loved ones, or making memories with her husband, son, cat, and two dogs.

My favorite travel memory is anytime I explore this big world with my husband and son. Those adventures and experiences together being fully present are priceless.

Karin is a Senior Vice President at Miles and has been with the company for almost 17 years. She started as an Account Director, handling marketing within the western United States and has moved all the way up into a global role focused in the areas of Tourism and Hospitality for the last 6 years. Off hours, she’s planning her family’s next adventure traveling the world or at home cooking up some homemade pizza.

Every beach trip with my girls, building sandcastles, finding shell treasures, soaking in the sun and playing in the ocean waves. With both kids on each side holding tight while the waves come towards us, we jump together. Hearing them giggling is absolutely the best.

As the performance director for the hospitality division, Nancy utilizes data, research and collaboration to develop and implement owned and paid strategies and plans that drive results. When she is not diving into analytics and spreadsheets, she can be found enjoying the best of Colorado — live music, great outdoors, craft beer and making memories with friends and family.

Traveling to Italy with 40 of my closest friends!

Mississippi-based Joe is an award-winning documentary filmmaker and long-time Miles collaborator who joins our creative teams to create amazing, authentic destination content. When he’s not working, Joe loves the game of golf—even if it doesn't love him back—and spending time with his wife Kathryn and their two kids, Emma and Herschel.

I've traveled the world for documentary film, but my favorite memories are watching our kids' horizons expand in real time. Nothing does that like travel.

Maya is part of the paid media team in the hospitality division. She brings experience working with hospitality clients and is passionate about creating memorable experiences for both clients and their customers. Based in San Diego, California, Maya enjoys spending her free time at the beach, staying active outdoors and being with friends and family.

My favorite travel memory is my experience studying abroad with a program called Semester at Sea. I was able to visit 10 countries in one semester, all while taking my college classes on a cruise ship alongside 500 other students from around the world.

Carson is a part of our SEM/social team where she works across many clients. A native Floridian, she loves spending time on the water and exploring the state's hidden gems. She is also an avid yogi and likes to bring her adorable miniature Bernedoodle named Winston around town.

Favorite Travel Memory

When I was 16, my dad and I went to Peru and hiked the Inca Trail. We spent three nights camping on the trail and ended our four4-day hike at the Sun Gate at Machu Picchu. It was the trip of a lifetime, not only to spend it with my dad, but to see such ancient ruins and history up close and personal.

Taylor is part of our account services team, supporting the execution of deliverables across all disciplines while bringing curiosity and a positive, service-oriented mindset to every client. Outside of work, Taylor enjoys exploring the Colorado mountains with her two dogs, Juniper and Willow, diving into a good book and cross-stitching projects.
