Eve is part of our paid-social team and manages campaigns from start to finish across multiple social platforms. Outside of work, you're likely to find her at a concert, planning her next vacation or exploring Denver with friends.

Jackie is an account director with 15-plus years of ad-agency and client-side experience who is passionate about serving Miles' clients. Off the clock, she’s busy collecting passport stamps (20 countries and counting!), nose deep in a book, hiking peaks, setting up camp or on a relentless quest for the best ramen.

Favorite Travel Memory

Hiking to an active Icelandic volcano stands out as a top travel memory. Being there with about 100 or so people and sharing the collective experience during every eruption was something I'll never forget.

As part of the hospitality division, Haylea's days consist of optimizing and managing online profiles such as Google, TripAdvisor, Yelp, Bing, Yext and local CVBs. When not updating profiles, you can find her outdoors hiking, biking, reading, playing pickleball or scoping out new things to do.

Favorite Travel Memory

Traveling with my best friend is a favorite memory. Keeping in touch as adults is tough, and getting together one-on-one for a girls trip is a rarity I will always cherish.

J.T. is a senior content manager, writing and editing out of our Memphis office. When he's not writing about various destinations, the die-hard Memphis Tigers fan, Stephen King buff and "Star Wars" expert can likely be found at the movies or a Tigers game with his wife Christine.

Favorite Travel Memory

My wife and I went to Europe for the first time — was the trip of a lifetime! We took a cruise around the Mediterranean to Spain, France and Italy. The food was phenomenal. We even got to explore my great-grandparents' hometown, Lucca, Italy. I cannot wait to go back.

Having grown up all over the world as the child of a resort general manager, Ursula has been in hospitality her entire life, including 30 years in resort marketing before starting the hospitality division at Miles. She was recently named to the HSMAI Top 25 Most Extraordinary Minds in Sales and Marketing.

Favorite Travel Memory

Seeing the world by living in and traveling to more than 60 countries while learning and experiencing a variety of cultures through the people I met and lived near.

Caitlin capitalizes on her years living in and producing content for travel destinations while working for Miles’ DMO content team. When she’s not content wrangling at her day job, you’ll find her exploring her adopted home state by skis, foot and car, preferably with her dog Odessa.

It's listening to coqui frogs sing as waves crashed rhythmically on a beach while stars sparkled overhead in Puerto Rico.

Amanda is a content manager who loves crafting engaging, fun content for her clients. A lifelong Miami native, her weekends are spent exploring the city with friends and family, trying to get a tan on a beach (keyword: trying), enjoying the best culinary experiences in town or creating content about all of the above!

Favorite Travel Memory

I gallivanted through the UK with one of my best friends and 15-plus strangers from all over the U.S. We ate lunch with the mayor of Cambridge (true story, I have pictures), got lost on the Tube in London and got tattoos in Ireland.

As an ad operations specialist, Taylor supports the ad operations team and our clients. She has been in the digital operations and media space for over six years. When Taylor is not working, you can find her outside enjoying beautiful New York City and making music (her favorite hobby).

My favorite travel memory was when I took my first solo trip to Amsterdam. I fell in love with the city and have already been back twice. 

Angela is a content manager on the hospitality team who leverages SEO and storytelling to build narratives that resonate, inspire and drive results for clients. Outside of work, she is a foodie who loves exploring new restaurants, getting lost in a good book, puppy yoga and all things event planning.

Staying in a hotel right next to the Eiffel Tower and getting to see it every time I stepped outside!

I am part of the Kentucky account team and I assist with project management, ensuring the client’s needs are met and communicated effectively. When I'm not working and immersing myself in all things Kentucky, I'm probably crocheting and preparing for an upcoming market day. Besides that, I love being outside with my pets, tending to my plants and baking delicious treats for friends/family.

Traveling to St. John (USVI) and living like a local for a whole month on the island.

Demetria is part of our Brand USA team and works with our partners in California, Nevada and Hawai'i. Her passion outside of work is music theater, where you'll often find her singing in a local play. Visiting family and spending time with the little people in her life are at the top of her list.

I follow my heart … and it usually leads me to the airport.

Jennifer is a part of the accounting team but works closely with the HR team as well. She comes with over 20 years of payroll experience, which she truly enjoys. She loves the beach, traveling, shooting pool, horse racing and racecar events. Her favorite sports teams are the Green Bay Packers and Boston Celtics, and she loves spending time with her two grandsons, ages one and five months. They keep her busy.

My favorite travel memory was to Jamaica, as it was my first time out of the country after receiving my passport six months earlier. It was a girls' trip, and we stayed for five days, just missing a huge storm that came the day after we left.

As part of the digital product team, Amy combines her eye for detail with technical knowhow to produce stunning websites. When she’s not wrangling pixels into place, she enjoys reading, dabbling in fiber arts and spending time with her husband and two children.

Favorite Travel Memory

Hiking in Haleakala National Park on Maui is not something I will soon forget. The scenery — including a bamboo forest — was amazing and the hike ended at a huge waterfall, Waimoku Falls. It felt like a completely different world.

Jonathan is part of the strategy and insights team and specializes in website analytics. When he's not setting up data pipelines, you will likely find him enjoying the outdoors by a hiking trail or paddleboarding.

Favorite Travel Memory

My favorite travel memory is visiting Barcelona with my wife. Our highlights were visiting La Sagrada Familia and watching the show at the Magic Fountain of Montjuïc.

Customer service is key for Cynthia, and her publication experience helps her effectively manage all things advertising. She is a travel enthusiast; she and her husband are always dreaming up their next family adventure. So far, she has seen waterfalls in Hawaii, taken strolls down route 66 in Oklahoma, snowboarded in New Hampshire and laid on a beach in Punta Cana, and she hopes to visit Japan someday!

Spending time on the beach with my family every summer, especially if it's a new beach we get to experience.

Amanda is passionate about travel and its ability to do good in our communities. She's had various experiences in destination marketing and finds joy and fulfillment in solving complex problems. At Miles, Amanda supports the Colorado Tourism Office as an account director. When she's not working, she enjoys hiking in the Rocky Mountains, reading, binging podcasts and chasing Oliver and Otis, her twin toddlers.

Ally is a Denver transplant originally from Sarasota. She is a detail-oriented member of the account services team who loves working alongside her teammates to problem-solve and execute projects of all sizes for her clients. When not in the office, you can find her at hot yoga, adventuring in the mountains and discovering new restaurants.

Favorite Travel Memory

My favorite travel memory is rafting the Grand Canyon. As a former guide, I was given the opportunity to take a private trip with some friends. Any vacation without cell service is my kind of trip.

Nadja is part of our Operations team, where she serves as an internal strategist, consultant and implementer on a variety of initiatives. She lives in Miami and loves to spend her free time trying new restaurants, exploring the local arts scene and taking her rescue pup Ziba on adventures. When she's not doing that, she's eagerly planning new trips here and abroad for her and her boyfriend.

Nicole is well known for her detail-oriented approach and metric-driven mindset, which she leverages to create strategized, impactful media plans for her clients. Outside of her professional efforts, she enjoys indulging in her creative side through LEGO-building, crafting and cooking—hobbies that reflect her dual passion for creativity and precision.

 

Favorite Travel Memory

Though it started with an unexpected 26-hour airport layover, and almost missing the ship, it would have to be Greece island-hopping.

Mattie is an account director who uses her organizational skills to ensure deadlines are met and clients are happy. When she's not slinging ads, she can usually be found exploring everything Colorado has to offer. She loves all things outdoors, including fly fishing, skiing and hiking with her dog.

Favorite Travel Memory

Exploring Belize with my husband! We journeyed around multiple islands via golf cart, caught bonefish, swam with sharks and ventured deep into ancient caves to explore Mayan ritual sites.

Alex is Odyssey Studios’ platform manager, handling linear channel scheduling and maintenance for Brand USA’s GoUSATV — file transfers, app updates and other technical sorcery. When not chained to his desk, you can usually find in him roaming the various Disney theme parks, traveling the world and taking pictures, or chained to his other desk making illustrations.

Favorite Travel Memory

In Hawaiʻi, while trying to navigate rocks at a lagoon entrance so I could swim in the Pacific for the first time, a sea turtle appeared, swam over near me and vanished underwater. His wake showed a path through the rocks to a safe, secluded place to swim as if the entire island was mine.

Amy is the senior account director that leads our Brand USA team. When she is not exploring new ways to reach international travelers, investigating opportunities to better organize our data or meeting with clients, she can be found walking mountain trails, listening to a new podcast or running through life with her young (and energetic) son.

Favorite Travel Memory

My husband and I visited Switzerland for the holidays a few years ago. We were having dinner at a lodge in a small ski village on Christmas night and starting talking to the couple sitting next to us. We discovered they lived only 45 minutes away from us in Florida (small world!) and ended up enjoying delicious glögg with them at a secret bar they introduced us to.

A travel buff and enthusiastic planner both in and out of the office, Cynthia is a senior account director based in Lexington, Kentucky. When she’s not strategizing with our team to bring her clients' big ideas to life, she can be found out for an adventure with her family or scrapbooking her most recent explorations.

Favorite Travel Memory

We’ve set out to visit all 50 states with our daughter before she turns 18, so from the amazing views as we journeyed up the Pacific Coast Highway to cave explorations and waterfall hikes in Kentucky, we’re always making new travel memories. It’s impossible to pick a favorite!

C.A. is the vice president of AI and is based in New Zealand. He has been with Miles for over 20 years and has experience in just about every facet of digital destination marketing. A former expert motorcycle road racer, C.A. began riding motorcycles with his family at age 8. He’s owned dozens of motorcycles of every kind and attended training in nearly every type of motorcycle discipline.

Charity thrives on collaborating with clients to craft marketing strategies that showcase a destination’s distinct story. Away from work, she looks forward to being near the water, checking off her concert bucket list and finding new places to explore with her husband and dog, Nyota.

My favorite travel memories are a mix of unplanned moments like our sea turtle encounter while snorkeling in Hawaii, stumbling upon a quirky Don Quixote museum in Spain, and bonding with locals at Munich's Marineplatz.

Jamie is a results-driven, Chicago-born metalhead turned Minneapolis transplant. She guides complex digital projects with a fusion of creativity, technical prowess and strategic insight. Outside launching disruptive products, she finds solace in novel rereads and considers documentaries, happy hours and crocheting her essential self-care routine.

Favorite Travel Memory

Getting booted off a Southwest flight for a "hilarious" middle-seat-saving plan. Bachelorette bash turned into a middle-seat fiasco, all thanks to my loud friend faking a cold. I even thought we were getting an upgrade. Lesson learned: no upgrades on Southwest!

Hanna works on our operations team handling projects centered on making the team-member experience the best it can be. Her experience during her 9-plus years at Miles allows her to be nimble with evolving processes to meet our future needs. She enjoys live music, skiing, hiking, biking and satiating sweet-tooth cravings in ice-cream shops or making home-baked goods.

Favorite Travel Memory

My favorite travel memory is having the chance to raft the Grand Canyon for 21 days. We slept under the stars, had a couple of flipped boats and got to experience one of the world's wonders up close.

With a decade of marketing and project management experience, Jesi is a key member of the digital product team. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, exploring the latest foodie spots and going on adventures with her wife and son.

Favorite Travel Memory

When I was 14, my family traveled to Italy and we met my brother's "Italian family" from his exchange year. One evening, despite the language barrier, his Italian sister and I danced ballet together on the roof of our villa under the stars, sharing the universal language of dance.
