As CFO, Dianne is all things financial and focused on growth and scaling the organization. When she is not working, she can be found training for a marathon or on a sailboat with her husband.

Favorite Travel Memory

Going to Vancouver, Canada, (my favorite place) with my siblings, our kids and my parents to celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary. My parents were both up there in years, so we rented them motorized scooters. My father, a former fighter pilot, was doing donuts on his scooter in the parking lot.

As part of the digital product team, Amy combines her eye for detail with technical knowhow to produce stunning websites. When she’s not wrangling pixels into place, she enjoys reading, dabbling in fiber arts and spending time with her husband and two children.

Favorite Travel Memory

Hiking in Haleakala National Park on Maui is not something I will soon forget. The scenery — including a bamboo forest — was amazing and the hike ended at a huge waterfall, Waimoku Falls. It felt like a completely different world.

Cynthia works with the sales operations team as a sales operations manager on the Fairfax, Louisiana, Memphis, Nebraska, New Orleans and VISIT FLORIDA accounts. When not socializing with her family and friends, she is most likely traveling on a transatlantic or Caribbean cruise.

Adam is part of the Odyssey Studios team, and is responsible for curating and cataloging the team's video and photographic assets to increase ROI for clients. Adam is a bookworm and video gamer who enjoys getting lost on backroads while finding new places and painting with his wife and their children.

Favorite Travel Memory

My favorite travel memory is when I traveled to Springfield, Ohio, for a family gathering. My wife was able to book an Airbnb stay in the home she lived in as a teenager, which she always loved but had never been able to say goodbye to as it was sold while she was away. Listening to the owner ask her about how she and her family installed features was just fantastic.

As a director of development services, August oversees the digital accessibility and quality assurance teams. He's extremely passionate about providing the highest quality digital products that are inclusive to all. August is based out of South Florida and enjoys local craft breweries, subpar cover bands and the great outdoors.

In 2025, August was selected for Destinations International’s Young Professional Leadership Development Program, recognized alongside the association’s 30 Under 30 class.

Favorite Travel Memory

Celebrating Christmas in Switzerland while backpacking Europe with my childhood best friend. We stayed in Verbier, which is a small village in the Swiss Alps. We celebrated Christmas Day by consuming our body weight in fondue and watching "Love Actually" on repeat.

George is part of Odyssey Studios and works both on location as a videographer/photographer or back in the office in post production. He spends his free time traveling, teaching group-fitness classes and partaking in all kinds of geeky activities.

Getting married in front of Mount Kirkjufell in Iceland — a mountain featured prominently in "Game of Thrones."

Kayla combines creative and strategic thinking to build thoughtful, effective media campaigns. When she’s not working on the next strategy, you’ll usually find her traveling or planning her next trip. She’s drawn to culture, nature, incredible food, vibrant cities and new adventures. Each experience continues to shape her perspective and fuels a genuine passion for helping others discover the world.

Favorite Travel Memory

My trip to New Zealand is one of my favorite travel memories. It was the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation, with experiences like bungee swinging, zorbing, ATV rides, paragliding, walking along the top of a skyscraper, wine tours and time to unwind at spas.

Jason is happiest when he sees partners get results from a successful program. A father of two and a former sports journalist, Jason is also a stand-up comedy nerd who loves to sing. When he’s not playing softball or wiffleball, he’s dreaming up a return trip to Chicago or trek to the mountains of Montana.

Favorite Travel Memory

The trip I just took to the Pacific Northwest with my girlfriend, hitting Portland, Seattle, Idaho and Montana. Amazing food and even better scenery.

Devin is part of the creative team and supports a range of client accounts including San Francisco Travel Association, Colorado Tourism Office and Sonoma County to name a few. A Colorado native, his passion for techno and house music has led him to DJ across the country at many festivals and events. Outside of work, he spends most of his time with his wife and toddler.

Favorite Travel Memory

I spent time in Trinidad and Tobago during Carnival. I was pretty young and exposed to so many new experiences, cultures, foods and music. It was an amazing trip that I will never forget.

Dylan is part of the Kentucky team. He works with cooperative partners and internal teams to make sure things go off without a hitch. When he is not working, you will find him outside with his wife, his Springer Spaniels, Maya and Theo, and his bearded dragon.

Riding camels in the Sahara.

With a background in reality TV production, Christie brings her storytelling skills and logistical know-how to the Odyssey Studios team, helping craft immersive experiences that whisk audiences away to distant places. She has traveled the globe working on some of your favorite reality shows. Now based in Los Angeles, she is passionate about baking, snowboarding and diving into true crime podcasts.

Spending over a month in South Africa while filming a season of Naked & Afraid. We saw giraffes, hippos, elephants, crocodiles and much more.

Kim is a creative director with 25-plus years of experience. She is known for both her conceptual storytelling, exceeding client requests and leading creative teams to deliver award-winning results. She is a boy mom of three, wife and huge outdoor enthusiast.

Favorite Travel Memory

Oh so many! Sea-kayaking the Kenai Fjords of Alaska, hiking the Atlas Mountains in Morocco or Mount Assiniboine in British Columbia. But hands down: traveling to Kazakhstan and Guatemala to adopt our sons.

A journalist by trade, Steven traded the newsroom for a much more enjoyable assignment as a food writer and travel editor. (Yeah, he gets paid to eat.) As a senior content director, Steven now cooks up effective, innovative and integrated content strategies for a host of destination clients, including Puerto Rico, Louisiana, New Orleans and Fairfax County, Virginia.

There are so many! But gathering for a multi-country family reunion at a five-star farm-restaurant high atop the mountains in Slovenia is way up there. The food. The views. The connections. The memories. Priceless!

Shanell is part of our hospitality division and specializes in strategic planning across paid, earned, shared and owned media to ensure brands are set up for success. When she is not brainstorming ideas with clients, you can find her planning her next trip, exploring new local spots to dine at with her husband or hiking with her dog Demi.

Favorite Travel Memory

My husband and I went to Santorini, Greece, for our honeymoon, and the hike from Thira to Oia was incredible. We woke up and had breakfast on our balcony, taking in the views of Skaros Rock, and then met our guide thereafter. We spent the next 3.5 hours drinking in the views, learning about the island and collecting volcanic rocks.

Lexie partners with cross-functional teams to keep campaigns on track, on brand and results-driven. A proud Milwaukee native, she loves beer, cheese and cheering on Giannis and the Milwaukee Bucks. When she’s not connecting the dots at work, she enjoys exploring new cities with her husband and three kiddos in tow.

Honeymooning in Croatia. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure. We island-hopped, enjoyed amazing food and drinks, explored small towns off the beaten path and even experienced a 100-year flood! 

Andraya monitors and manages the production of print products from start to finish for Brand USA, SEE, and many DMO clients. When she is not juggling print tasks, this animal lover and cooking enthusiast can usually be found event or vacation planning, helping others, spending quality time with loved ones, or making memories with her husband, son, cat, and two dogs.

My favorite travel memory is anytime I explore this big world with my husband and son. Those adventures and experiences together being fully present are priceless.

Lauren works on some of our largest DMO and hospitality accounts to traffic, optimize and report on each campaign from start to finish. When she's not digging into reporting and trafficking campaigns, you can find her behind the lens of her camera or spending time with her husband and son.

Dana’s work combines creative and data-driven thinking to implement well-rounded media plans for our clients. When she's not cooking up the next best campaign strategy, you'll likely find her enjoying all that her hometown of Denver has to offer with her husband and two dogs, Kermit and Cookie.

Taylor is part of our hospitality team, leveraging data-driven insights and automation to craft impactful campaigns. When she’s not optimizing email flows and customer journeys, you can find her exploring the outdoors or chasing after her 1-year-old son, Cash.

Trisha is an account manager for the hospitality division at Miles, where she partners closely with clients to ensure their strategies are aligned to drive meaningful results. When she's not optimizing clients’ marketing strategies, you'll likely find her at the gym deadlifting far too much weight or spending time with her husband and two sons, Colt & Hudson.

Favorite Travel Memory

While on my first trip to Denver, I thought it would be a great idea to go take a drive through the Rockies. However, we got deeply lost in the middle of the mountains and with more snow than I even thought was possible. We ended up getting stuck in a ditch and a group of Jeeps (with no air in their tire mind you) had to rescue us. Luckily, we lived to tell the tale.

Toni is a print production manager who works remotely from Venice, Florida. She enjoys boating and fishing with her husband and three kids. Originally from Ohio, Toni is a huge Ohio State Buckeyes fan.

Favorite Travel Memory

I enjoy exploring all of the Caribbean islands, but Aruba has been my favorite — seeing flamingos in the wild was the best!

Donna is a native of sunny Florida who channels her passion for design into vibrant creations influenced by her travels. With a keen eye for detail, she crafts unique visuals while finding joy in moments spent listening to music, reading, or playing with her beloved cat Maisie.

My favorite travel memory is seeing the Boston skyline, with my brother, for the first time.

Eve is part of our paid-social team and manages campaigns from start to finish across multiple social platforms. Outside of work, you're likely to find her at a concert, planning her next vacation or exploring Denver with friends.

Sarah works as a video editor with Odyssey Studios, focusing on projects in the post-production phase. She enjoys reading, watching reality TV and showing off her two black cats.

Based in Denver, Joe brings nearly a decade of agency account management experience in marketing and advertising. In his role, he serves as a key account and strategic lead on clients like Bermuda, West Virginia and Niagara Falls USA. Outside of work, Joe enjoys hiking, exploring Denver’s food scene and staying up-to-date on pop culture.

Favorite Travel Memory

Hiking with my husband through all five picturesque villages of Cinque Terre along the Italian Riviera coastline - stopping in each village for fresh seafood, pasta or gelato and taking in the views and local culture.

Britt is a content manager for both digital and print projects — including monthly eNews, social campaigns, vacation planners and travel guides for clients such as Alaska, Florida, New Jersey and more. She enjoys being on, in or near the water at all times when she's not writing, proofing or coming up with a catchy headline.

Traveling solo around Iceland during New Year's/my birthday and feeling wildly independent and free. But also really, really cold.

Claire’s work combines creative and production logistics for video and photography projects to ensure the best possible media is delivered for our clients. When she is not figuring out the next production strategy, you will likely find her enjoying travel, yoga and all Michigan has to offer with her husband and her two rescue dogs, Red and Sultan.

My favorite travel memory is filming a series in Qatar and getting to sleep under the stars in the desert with a Bedouin tribe.
