As a media supervisor, tourism has been a mainstay in Ivy’s career since day one. With her extensive knowledge across offline and digital media, she puts together cohesive and effective media plans for her clients. When she's not doing media math, she can be found spending time with her family, reading a good book (fiction only please) or watching Formula 1.

Our family's annual fall trip has quickly become one of my favorite of the year — getting to experience destinations with our daughter for the first time has been very special.

Working directly for both president and CEO David Burgess and chairman Roger Miles, we all know it’s Lisa Hill who really runs things around here. When she's not keeping upper management in line, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family, shopping and, now that she (finally!) has her passport, traveling the world.

Alex is an account manager in the hospitality division, helping to make clients' visions a reality. When not managing client requests and projects, he's traveling and looking for new experiences with his wife Amanda or playing with their dogs. Whether its exploring local food-and-drink scenes or reading a good book, he is always excited to see the world from a new perspective.

My favorite travel memories are when we end up getting lost in a very unfamiliar places. They are always the most stressful times in traveling, but they make for great memories that have stood the test of time.

Maya is part of the paid media team in the hospitality division. She brings experience working with hospitality clients and is passionate about creating memorable experiences for both clients and their customers. Based in San Diego, California, Maya enjoys spending her free time at the beach, staying active outdoors and being with friends and family.

Favorite Travel Memory

My favorite travel memory is my experience studying abroad with a program called Semester at Sea. I was able to visit 10 countries in one semester, all while taking my college classes on a cruise ship alongside 500 other students from around the world.

Demetria is part of our Brand USA team and works with our partners in California, Nevada and Hawai'i. Her passion outside of work is music theater, where you'll often find her singing in a local play. Visiting family and spending time with the little people in her life are at the top of her list.

Blending a creative eye with a drive for results, Emily loves developing strategies that deliver. Her passion lies in supporting businesses and local communities to help them thrive. When not working, Emily is often traveling across Virginia and beyond!

In 2023, I visited Belize and was absolutely stunned by just how beautiful it is. From the beaches to the rainforest, there were so many things to discover. We stayed at a local AirBnB and spent the evenings chatting with the host, learning about Belizean culture and history—and trying local produce right from his farm!

Victoria blends creativity and strategy to elevate Louisiana’s story on a national stage. As an account supervisor, she leads efforts for the Louisiana Office of Tourism, showcasing the state’s culture and experiences to inspire travelers. Her background spans destination marketing, social media and public relations, giving her a well-rounded perspective on connecting audiences with unforgettable places. When she isn’t crafting campaigns, you’ll likely find her traveling, enjoying the outdoors or spending time with her family and friends.

Kristin Carlson was with Tahiti Tourisme North American for nearly 13 years and continues representing The Islands of Tahiti in her new role at Miles Partnership. Kristin draws on her decades of experience in marketing, advertising and strategic partnership building to cultivate relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders. While Southern California is her home base, travel remains a passion, as does time with friends/family, cooking and staying active.

Favorite Travel Memory

I traveled to Tahiti to celebrate my 50th birthday with a group of family and friends. We booked a day of snorkeling with rays and sharks, and enjoyed a gourmet local lunch on a private motu. 

PJ helps lead creative across clients at Miles Partnership and is a director and director of photography, shooting commercials and content for our clients. PJ lives in the mountains of Colorado outside of Denver with his wife and two boys, Oliver and Callen.

Favorite Travel Memory

Shooting documentaries across the world for Richard Branson and Vice President Al Gore — seeing parts of the world and meeting people that wouldn't have otherwise been possible.

As CFO, Dianne is all things financial and focused on growth and scaling the organization. When she is not working, she can be found training for a marathon or on a sailboat with her husband.

Favorite Travel Memory

Going to Vancouver, Canada, (my favorite place) with my siblings, our kids and my parents to celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary. My parents were both up there in years, so we rented them motorized scooters. My father, a former fighter pilot, was doing donuts on his scooter in the parking lot.

Taylor is part of our account services team, supporting the execution of deliverables across all disciplines while bringing curiosity and a positive, service-oriented mindset to every client. Outside of work, Taylor enjoys exploring the Colorado mountains with her two dogs, Juniper and Willow, diving into a good book and cross-stitching projects.

Charity thrives on collaborating with clients to craft marketing strategies that showcase a destination’s distinct story. Away from work, she looks forward to being near the water, checking off her concert bucket list and finding new places to explore with her husband and dog, Nyota.

My favorite travel memories are a mix of unplanned moments like our sea turtle encounter while snorkeling in Hawaii, stumbling upon a quirky Don Quixote museum in Spain, and bonding with locals at Munich's Marineplatz.

Based in Tallahassee, Florida, Keely is a content manager on the Brand USA team. Besides writing and editing web content to showcase U.S. destinations, Keely loves collecting vinyl, singing opera and hanging out with her hairless cat, Cowboy.

Spending a month studying opera (and eating plenty of pasta) in the tiny Italian town of Mercatello Sul Metauro.

Laura's focus is on developing growth plans for clients and our teams. She is based in Denver and you can often find her cheering on the Denver Nuggets, reading another mystery novel or enjoying mac and cheese.

I was chaperoning high-school musicians on a European music tour. Our first night in Switzerland, I stopped by one of the girls’ rooms. My knock on the door was met enthusiastically by a girl declaring their room had a “washing machine” in it and insisted I come see it. I discovered they were “washing” their clothes in the bidet! What could I say? I suggested they keep it a secret or else they would have to do everyone’s laundry on the trip.

An accomplished art director, Megan works closely with the Brand USA team, skillfully managing the Global Inspiration Program's print materials. Outside of work, Megan has a keen eye for finding beauty in everyday life, pursuing hobbies like photography, drawing and DIY house projects. She also shares her heart with her husband and their dogs, Bella, Tucker, and Miley.

I had an unforgettable 10-day journey through Spain with my family. From the ancient city of Toledo to the fine art in Madrid and the breathtaking beauty of Granada's Alhambra, every moment was a captivating adventure. Exploring the vibrant culture, savoring delicious paella and sharing laughter with my loved ones made this escapade truly magical.

Amanda is part of the email marketing team and manages programs for more than 20 different clients, including program analysis, email builds and deployment, scheduling and process development. When she is not submersed in the email marketing world, she is usually shuttling her two daughters to their many activities.

Favorite Travel Memory

My daughters played in snow for the first time on a trip to Iowa to visit family. Less than an hour after our plane landed, snow flurries began. After a quick run to Target to find boots, gloves and other snow apparel, there was 2 inches on the ground. We built snowmen and sledded in my brothers yard. My youngest is still talking about how much fun she had that day.

Lauren works on some of our largest DMO and hospitality accounts to traffic, optimize and report on each campaign from start to finish. When she's not digging into reporting and trafficking campaigns, you can find her behind the lens of her camera or spending time with her husband and son.

With a passion for creating efficient workflows, Wenjie ensures that every project she touches runs smoothly and effectively. Outside of work, she’s an avid traveler who loves exploring new places, casting a line while fishing and tending to her garden, which gives her a sense of accomplishment. Wenjie brings enthusiasm, precision and a love for the outdoors to her role, making her a valued member of the team.

One of my favorite travel memories is experiencing the breathtaking beauty of a wildlife safari on New Zealand’s West Coast. We traveled to Muriwai Beach to witness thousands of gannets gathering at sunset. The scene was unforgettable. In that moment, it felt as if the world had opened up—nothing else mattered.

Kim is a creative director with 25-plus years of experience. She is known for both her conceptual storytelling, exceeding client requests and leading creative teams to deliver award-winning results. She is a boy mom of three, wife and huge outdoor enthusiast.

Favorite Travel Memory

Oh so many! Sea-kayaking the Kenai Fjords of Alaska, hiking the Atlas Mountains in Morocco or Mount Assiniboine in British Columbia. But hands down: traveling to Kazakhstan and Guatemala to adopt our sons.

As part of the Brand USA team, Angie thrives on strategizing and creating engaging international marketing plans for partners in the Southeast region. When she’s not traveling, she’s outside gardening, working on a home-improvement project, hiking in the Pacific Northwest or enjoying live music. She cohabitates with her two lovely cats, Barry and Nelly, outside of Seattle.

In the Dutch countryside, we visited a dairy farm famous for its Gouda. We met the farmer, cows and the cheesemakers, who demonstrated the process from fresh milk to the final product. We also toured iconic windmills. Going inside a working windmill, it was super interesting to observe the mechanics, living quarters, and how they control the flooding and waterways.

Carrie is a curiosity-fueled content director based in New York’s beautiful Hudson Valley. After hours, you’ll find her researching history projects, hoarding obscure hot sauces, attending film festivals and tennis tournaments, or dreaming up her next trip.

Favorite Travel Memory

I stayed at a small inn on a sheep farm in the Scottish highlands that sat at the convergence of two lochs. On the long road in was a cemetery that housed the grave of Rob Roy. The cozy scotch bar had just two seats. A quintessential Scottish experience.

Taryn is a senior art director who is both analytical and creative, executing on ideas thoughtfully and strategically from concept through production. When she’s not solving creative problems, she’s planning her next adventure or hanging out with her husband, baby and cats.

Favorite Travel Memory

Going on a three-week adventure in Japan and Thailand with my now-husband. We went to Japan to ski, then shipped our ski stuff back to the United States before heading south to Thailand for warmer weather.

Jeff leads brand strategy initiatives for multiple Miles teams working with new and existing destination clients. His purview is the coherence, clarity and effectiveness of client messaging across all media and in-market consumer touch points. He is also often tapped for his persuasive and evocative copywriting style.

C.A. is the vice president of AI and is based in New Zealand. He has been with Miles for over 20 years and has experience in just about every facet of digital destination marketing. A former expert motorcycle road racer, C.A. began riding motorcycles with his family at age 8. He’s owned dozens of motorcycles of every kind and attended training in nearly every type of motorcycle discipline.

In 2025, C.A. was named one of HSMAI's Top 25 Extraordinary Minds, a recognition that reflects his leadership in helping destinations and hospitality organizations navigate the practical implications of AI.

Jason is happiest when he sees partners get results from a successful program. A father of two and a former sports journalist, Jason is also a stand-up comedy nerd who loves to sing. When he’s not playing softball or wiffleball, he’s dreaming up a return trip to Chicago or trek to the mountains of Montana.

The trip I just took to the Pacific Northwest with my girlfriend, hitting Portland, Seattle, Idaho and Montana. Amazing food and even better scenery.

George is part of Odyssey Studios and works both on location as a videographer/photographer or back in the office in post production. He spends his free time traveling, teaching group-fitness classes and partaking in all kinds of geeky activities.

Getting married in front of Mount Kirkjufell in Iceland — a mountain featured prominently in "Game of Thrones."

At Miles, Andi orchestrates audience‑driven, cross‑channel media strategies for a number of destination clients, pairing data with storytelling to spark travel demand. Away from the desk, she and her family roam Colorado’s peaks and wild spaces, fueled by homemade cold‑brew.
