Teaming Up for Success

With a strong sense of direction and a great sense of humor, Roger has led the company since its purchase in 1990, growing the business from a local Florida visitor guide network to an innovative, successful international travel marketing organization.

David creates and automates reporting, troubleshoots data problems and maintains our internal budget/forecast planning tools. He has a degree in Physics from University of Colorado but never worked in that field—unless you count his home brewing of craft beers—and is equally at home on the beach or the ski slopes.

Jeff has been in our IT department for nearly 30 years. When he's not putting out fires or searching for the next useful tools, he can be found running and biking around town or paddleboarding in the mangroves.

Favorite Travel Memory

After a day of hiking in Custer State Park in South Dakota, we rushed out to Wildlife Loop Road in hopes of seeing some bison before sunset. We were not disappointed! A million bison crossed the road right in front of our van.

Kelly handles all aspects of print procurement and circulation management, as it relates to all print projects for the company. Outside of work you will find Kelly off visit Family spread out all over the US and Ireland always including a visit to the local art museum.

Favorite Travel Memory

A shared taxi ride from Dublin to Belfast gave me an opportunity hear from the taxi driver and a local woman sharing their perspectives on the Northern Irish troubles. She shared a song and the story of the American Choctaw Indians helping the Irish, which I did not know.

Missy is joining the DMO sales team as a business development manager. She has decades of experience in sales and marketing as well as film and TV production. She has even had some success behind the camera in a few hit films but prefers to travel and read these days.

Jodi was bitten by the travel bug at 14 when she spent a summer traveling across the U.S. with 40 other teens. With a background in magazine publishing and content marketing, she’s also a self-professed cruise nerd. When she’s not editing, writing or content creating, you can find her in Pilates, walking her dog and enjoying South Florida life.

As Miles' in-house attorney, Roxanne oversees all things legal across the Miles family of companies. When she’s not wading through contracts or deciphering regulations, you can find her outdoors, playing sports, traveling and spending time with family and friends on the water.

Taking my parents on a trip of a lifetime to New Zealand with a brief stopover in Tahiti. My parents made travel a priority growing up and always encouraged my sister and me to explore the world. Spending that time together, seeing new places as a family, was a gift for all of us.

Dana’s work combines creative and data-driven thinking to implement well-rounded media plans for our clients. When she's not cooking up the next best campaign strategy, you'll likely find her enjoying all that her hometown of Denver has to offer with her husband and two dogs, Kermit and Cookie.

Aimee is a content manager on the Brand USA team. She loves learning and writing about vibrant destinations. When she's not crafting copy or chasing her two awesome kids, she spends time at her local library.

Britt is a content manager for both digital and print projects — including monthly eNews, social campaigns, vacation planners and travel guides for clients such as Alaska, Florida, New Jersey and more. Traveling solo around Iceland during New Year's/my birthday and feeling wildly independent and free. But also really, really cold.

Based in Denver, Joe brings nearly a decade of agency account management experience in marketing and advertising. In his role, he serves as a key account and strategic lead on clients like Bermuda, West Virginia and Niagara Falls USA. Outside of work, Joe enjoys hiking, exploring Denver’s food scene and staying up-to-date on pop culture.

Hiking with my husband through all five picturesque villages of Cinque Terre along the Italian Riviera coastline - stopping in each village for fresh seafood, pasta or gelato and taking in the views and local culture.

Sebrina specializes in creating customized packages and sharing the many benefits of advertising with the DMO of the Windy City, Choose Chicago. You can usually find her enjoying time with her husband, daughter, son and two Icelandic sheepdogs, or exploring new restaurants and traveling to any place with warmer winters than Chicago.

Taking my daughter to Cancun for a girls trip before she headed off to college.

Lexie partners with cross-functional teams to keep campaigns on track, on brand and results-driven. A proud Milwaukee native, she loves beer, cheese and cheering on Giannis and the Milwaukee Bucks. When she’s not connecting the dots at work, she enjoys exploring new cities with her husband and three kiddos in tow.

Honeymooning in Croatia. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure. We island-hopped, enjoyed amazing food and drinks, explored small towns off the beaten path and even experienced a 100-year flood! 

Melissa is an art director and visitor-guide master who works with her team to develop and execute print and digital creative assets. She is a Wisconsin native who, when not shoveling snow, can be found trying out new recipes with her husband, crafting the last thing she saw on Pinterest or spending time on the water at her cabin on the lake.

One of my favorite travel memories was catching freshly made hot rolls in mid-air during dinner at Lambert's Cafe in Ozark, Missouri, with my husband and his family. We all laughed out loud as the waitstaff yelled "hot rools!" and then a bun would fly through the air over our heads into an open hand!

Rebekah manages SEO sorcery and/or word nerdiness for Colorado, Capital Region USA, Maryland and Greeley. When her head's not buried in a website or print guide, it's wearing a hat for running trail races in which she will undoubtedly scrape a knee and meet a medic.

Favorite Travel Memory

It's a three-way tie between getting scoped by a shark while paddleboarding in Florida, hiking a questionable ledge to see puffins in Iceland and patting elephants on Singapore Zoo's Night Safari. Probably the elephants win because patting was involved.

Kelby is a producer in Odyssey Studios, where she pulls all the pieces together for the next big photo or video shoot and brings creative visions to life. When not at her desk, she's likely in search of a great cup of coffee, delicious street snacks or a salty-spicy margarita. You may also find her paddle boarding, visiting a museum or exploring a neighborhood.

Mel creates high-performing web-content strategies and award-winning, brand-building creative work for interactive campaigns. She has a passion for inclusive content and sustainability. Taryn is a senior art director who is both analytical and creative, executing on ideas thoughtfully and strategically from concept through production. When she’s not solving creative problems, she’s planning her next adventure or hanging out with her husband, baby and cats.

Going on a three-week adventure in Japan and Thailand with my now-husband. We went to Japan to ski, then shipped our ski stuff back to the United States before heading south to Thailand for warmer weather.

C.A. is the vice president of AI and is based in New Zealand. He has been with Miles for over 20 years and has experience in just about every facet of digital destination marketing. A former expert motorcycle road racer, C.A. began riding motorcycles with his family at age 8. He’s owned dozens of motorcycles of every kind and attended training in nearly every type of motorcycle discipline.

In 2025, C.A. was named one of HSMAI's Top 25 Extraordinary Minds, a recognition that reflects his leadership in helping destinations and hospitality organizations navigate the practical implications of AI.

Jason is happiest when he sees partners get results from a successful program. A father of two and a former sports journalist, Jason is also a stand-up comedy nerd who loves to sing. When he’s not playing softball or wiffleball, he’s dreaming up a return trip to Chicago or trek to the mountains of Montana.

The trip I just took to the Pacific Northwest with my girlfriend, hitting Portland, Seattle, Idaho and Montana. Amazing food and even better scenery.

Lex is a program manager on our Brand USA team, where she leads projects with a strategic and detail-oriented approach. Outside of work, she enjoys getting lost in a great thriller on her Kindle, discovering new favorite restaurants and always planning future adventures with her fiancé.

My favorite travel memory is backpacking across 9 countries in Asia with my boyfriend (now fiancé!) for five unforgettable months. It had always been a lifelong dream of mine, and getting to experience so many different cultures, cuisines and communities alongside the person I love most made it even more meaningful!

Shay is a seasoned senior art director with a background in brand and campaign work, and her role focuses on finding a destination’s unique visual expression. When she’s outside the office, you can probably find her on a mountain or lacing up her roller skates in a big empty parking lot.

Hanna is an account manager who uses her skills to keep projects and client requests running smoothly. After graduating from Ole Miss, she moved out West and found a new passion for working in the travel and tourism industry. In her free time, you can catch her reading a good book, painting or exploring the outdoors of Colorado.

Randi is the Chief Operating Officer and works alongside the senior leadership team on developing and implementing strategic organizational goals to steer the company’s future in a positive direction. When she's not in the office, she spends most of her time cheering on her daughter out on a soccer field somewhere around the country.

As CFO, Dianne is all things financial and focused on growth and scaling the organization. When she is not working, she can be found training for a marathon or on a sailboat with her husband.

Going to Vancouver, Canada, (my favorite place) with my siblings, our kids and my parents to celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary. My parents were both up there in years, so we rented them motorized scooters. My father, a former fighter pilot, was doing donuts on his scooter in the parking lot.

As part of the Brand USA team, Angie thrives on strategizing and creating engaging international marketing plans for partners in the Southeast region. When she’s not traveling, she’s outside gardening, working on a home-improvement project, hiking in the Pacific Northwest or enjoying live music. She cohabitates with her two lovely cats, Barry and Nelly, outside of Seattle.

Favorite Travel Memory

In the Dutch countryside, we visited a dairy farm famous for its Gouda. We met the farmer, cows and the cheesemakers, who demonstrated the process from fresh milk to the final product. We also toured iconic windmills. Going inside a working windmill, it was super interesting to observe the mechanics, living quarters, and how they control the flooding and waterways.

Based in Baton Rouge, Vito applies his 25-plus years of marketing, advertising and account management experience to foster success among his clients. A fan of LSU and the Saints, he knows tailgating and shares his fall football weekends with his wife and two sons.

Seeing the New Orleans Saints play in London! Although we lost, it was still an awesome experience.
