As head of research and insights, Chris is also our "head of curiosity" for understanding major trends, opportunities and challenges in travel and tourism. When not involved in research, education or other projects at Miles, Chris is an avid traveler — always off to far-flung destinations with his friends, daughters and other family.

Those special moments while traveling when you round a corner or top a hill and see a special, completely different view of the world. Unique sights, sounds, smells and feel. You are in a completely new moment in a completely new place. I’ve been lucky enough to have many of these from AlUla to Zanzibar and the Amazon to Tokyo.

A native Kentuckian serving as the senior media planner for our Kentucky client, Melissa uses research, promotional skills, strong negotiation tactics and industry connections to deliver successful media campaigns. When looking to travel, you will likely find Melissa putting her planning skills to work creating itineraries for her husband, daughter and French bulldog, Bea.

I could pick a favorite memory from every single trip I have ever taken. To me, travel fills my soul with memories and personal connections created from new surroundings, unique adventures and incredible experiences.

Rachel leads an account-services team in the hospitality division. Her experience on the client and agency side allows her to offer thoughtful and creative solutions. She has found herself on Everest supporting summiteers and driving the Pan American highway in an ’82 Westfalia, and is now raising two boys with her husband and their beloved lab June in Colorado.

Sailing around the Darien Gap during the three-day open-water crossing, I witnessed a massive great white shark fly his gigantic body out of the water and steal the fish off our trolling line.

Jessica is a project manager for the Brand USA team. When she's not busy poring over calendars and spreadsheets, she can be found at home with her beloved greyhound or out cycling or running. Jessica loves exploring new destinations with groups of fellow solo travelers, tackling challenging cycling routes with friends, hiking beautiful trails and visiting cozy coffee shops.

Favorite Travel Memory

My time in Prague with three other solo travelers. We walked 23,000 steps in a single day, exploring Prague Castle and St. Vitus Cathedral. We wandered through Old Town Square, taking breaks to shop and sample chimney cakes. We crossed Charles Bridge multiple times, seeking out local bistros and coffee shops. It was a great day spent with wonderful company.

Dylan's work at Odyssey focuses on the intersection of storytelling, production, audience development. As co-founder and creative director of AtlasObscura.com, Dylan grew the company into an international travel brand. Co-author of three New York Times bestselling books and creator of the number one travel podcast in the US, Dylan is also a big nerd and dad of two based in the Hudson Valley.

Favorite Travel Memory

I loved visiting the Queshuachaca, also known as the Last Incan Bridge, a rope bride re-woven from grass every year since the Incan empire. Both a cultural and engineering marvel! 

As part of the digital product team, Amy combines her eye for detail with technical knowhow to produce stunning websites. When she’s not wrangling pixels into place, she enjoys reading, dabbling in fiber arts and spending time with her husband and two children.

Hiking in Haleakala National Park on Maui is not something I will soon forget. The scenery — including a bamboo forest — was amazing and the hike ended at a huge waterfall, Waimoku Falls. It felt like a completely different world.

Micaela works on the Brand USA team and works as a program manager. Outside of work, she is usually running, skiing, reading or planning her next trip.

Favorite Travel Memory

Spending time in South Africa was one of the coolest and most unique experiences of my life. I spent two weeks exploring Kruger National Park with one of my closest friends. We were fortunate enough to see all of the Big 5: lions, rhinos, leopards, elephants and buffalo! 

Eve is part of our paid-social team and manages campaigns from start to finish across multiple social platforms. Outside of work, you're likely to find her at a concert, planning her next vacation or exploring Denver with friends.

An accomplished art director, Megan works closely with the Brand USA team, skillfully managing the Global Inspiration Program's print materials. Outside of work, Megan has a keen eye for finding beauty in everyday life, pursuing hobbies like photography, drawing and DIY house projects. She also shares her heart with her husband and their dogs, Bella, Tucker, and Miley.

I had an unforgettable 10-day journey through Spain with my family. From the ancient city of Toledo to the fine art in Madrid and the breathtaking beauty of Granada's Alhambra, every moment was a captivating adventure. Exploring the vibrant culture, savoring delicious paella and sharing laughter with my loved ones made this escapade truly magical.

Ileana manages a diverse client set that includes the U.S. Virgin Islands, Chicago and Myrtle Beach. She manages a team that makes her look good through their tireless management of brand, media, digital and website accounts. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling (big surprise!), reading, writing and spending lots of time with her family.

Pushing my two-year-old son's stroller through Venice, Italy. (2 out of 5 recommend. Muscles required!)

Stacey is a graphic designer in Miles’ hospitality division. She's an empathetic learner who strives to solve design problems with the user's needs as her guiding light, always asking questions to challenge assumptions and understand pain points. In her day to day, you can find her designing for social, digital, web, print and more.

Favorite Travel Memory

It was a day full of walking, shopping and bonding with friends old and new in Portland, Oregon, and it ended with a visit to the Lan Su Chinese Garden. The memory of its beauty, the peace and the company I had with me bring a smile to my heart and I'd repeat the day without a second thought.

PJ helps lead creative across clients at Miles Partnership and is a director and director of photography, shooting commercials and content for our clients. PJ lives in the mountains of Colorado outside of Denver with his wife and two boys, Oliver and Callen.

Shooting documentaries across the world for Richard Branson and Vice President Al Gore — seeing parts of the world and meeting people that wouldn't have otherwise been possible.

With over 8 years of combined hospitality and marketing experience, Katy joins Miles as an Account Supervisor for the Experience Kissimmee team. Outside of work, you can always find Katy with a book (or two) in her hand, wringing every last dime out of her Universal annual pass, and counting down the days until the next Halloween Horror Nights event.

I got the opportunity to study abroad in London, Paris, and Barcelona. One of the coolest things we got to do was have dinner in the Eiffel Tower and then go all the way to the top - it is something I will never forget, mostly because I'm terrified of heights.

Lexie partners with cross-functional teams to keep campaigns on track, on brand and results-driven. A proud Milwaukee native, she loves beer, cheese and cheering on Giannis and the Milwaukee Bucks. When she’s not connecting the dots at work, she enjoys exploring new cities with her husband and three kiddos in tow.

Honeymooning in Croatia. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure. We island-hopped, enjoyed amazing food and drinks, explored small towns off the beaten path and even experienced a 100-year flood!

I have favorite travel memories from each and every trip so it's really difficult to choose just one. My first vacation memory in Bermuda as a five-year-old is very special to me, and it launched my passion for travel.

Andy is a part of the new business team. He was born and raised in Sarasota, Florida, and enjoys watching films and television, exploring the world through photography and spending time with his wife and dog, Reyna.

I visited Cuba with my father and older brother. It was amazing to experience the place where my dad was born and raised before he left for the United States.

Jackie is an account director with 15-plus years of ad-agency and client-side experience who is passionate about serving Miles' clients. Off the clock, she’s busy collecting passport stamps (20 countries and counting!), nose deep in a book, hiking peaks, setting up camp or on a relentless quest for the best ramen.

Hiking to an active Icelandic volcano stands out as a top travel memory. Being there with about 100 or so people and sharing the collective experience during every eruption was something I'll never forget.

George is part of Odyssey Studios and works both on location as a videographer/photographer or back in the office in post production. He spends his free time traveling, teaching group-fitness classes and partaking in all kinds of geeky activities.

Getting married in front of Mount Kirkjufell in Iceland — a mountain featured prominently in "Game of Thrones."

Chelsea is part of our media team, supporting media planners through execution, trafficking, reporting and vendor coordination, keeping things organized behind the scenes. When not working, she’s with her husband, daughter, and dog, Honey, enjoying Florida beach days and theme parks and getting competitive over Jeopardy!

A favorite travel memory is a family trip to Boston, where my husband grew up, with our almost one-year-old daughter. The trip included meaningful moments: her first flight, first Red Sox game and first steps, while also experiencing the city through my husband’s childhood memories.

Melissa leads the company's consulting practice focused on developing inclusive marketing strategies that broaden audience reach and create meaningful connections with travelers from all backgrounds. She works with clients to implement tailored approaches that foster authentic connections and expand reach across the travel and tourism industry. Melissa resides just outside of Atlanta, has a deep passion for the arts and loves to cook.

Spending almost two weeks in Peru, hiking Rainbow Mountain, Machu Picchu, white water rafting, zip lining and spending time with new people and surrounding myself in the local culture.

Meet Cara, an adept paid media analyst on our hospitality team, infusing her work with a touch of fun. She expertly guides clients to vital metrics, shapes media campaigns and devises strategic tactics. Off duty, Cara unwinds with reality TV and plotting her next adventure.

Embarking on a Croatian adventure with my besties was pure magic. From Dubrovnik's ancient charm to Split's lively streets, and the island gems in between — we laughed, wandered and created memories to last a lifetime.

As a member of the destination optimization team, Caitlin helps DMOs directly support their local businesses. She is also a Master Naturalist in her home state of Louisiana, often exploring the outdoors and working on nature-education programs. If you catch her staring out the window, she is probably trying to identify a plant, bird or butterfly.

Amanda is a senior content manager who loves crafting engaging, fun content for her clients. A lifelong Miami native, her weekends are spent exploring the city with friends and family, trying to get a tan on a beach (keyword: trying), enjoying the best culinary experiences in town or creating content about all of the above!

I gallivanted through the UK with one of my best friends and 15-plus strangers from all over the U.S. We ate lunch with the mayor of Cambridge (true story, I have pictures), got lost on the Tube in London and got tattoos in Ireland.

Dylan is part of the Kentucky team. He works with cooperative partners and internal teams to make sure things go off without a hitch. When he is not working, you will find him outside with his wife, his Springer Spaniels, Maya and Theo, and his bearded dragon.
