Sarah, a member of the Business Analyst team, resides and works amidst the Colorado mountains with her husband. An adoring mother to her two adult children in Denver, she finds joy in river rafting, skiing and exploring international destinations.

Favorite Travel Memory

This past fall, my husband and I traveled to Munich, Germany for Oktoberfest. We dressed the part in lederhosen and dirndl and had the time of our lives!

Customer service is key for Cynthia, and her publication experience helps her effectively manage all things advertising. She is a travel enthusiast; she and her husband are always dreaming up their next family adventure. So far, she has seen waterfalls in Hawaii, taken strolls down route 66 in Oklahoma, snowboarded in New Hampshire and laid on a beach in Punta Cana, and she hopes to visit Japan someday!

Spending time on the beach with my family every summer, especially if it's a new beach we get to experience.

Jodi was bitten by the travel bug at 14 when she spent a summer traveling across the U.S. with 40 other teens. With a background in magazine publishing and content marketing, she’s also a self-professed cruise nerd. When she’s not editing, writing or content creating, you can find her in Pilates, walking her dog and enjoying South Florida life.

Johanna's role as an account manager is to support clients in planning, building and executing their vision. What makes her happeiest? Spending time with her family and creating long-lasting memories for her son. With family scattered around the globe, the opportunities to visit new and exciting places are countless.

Devin is part of the creative team and supports a range of client accounts including San Francisco Travel Association, Colorado Tourism Office and Sonoma County to name a few. A Colorado native, his passion for techno and house music has led him to DJ across the country at many festivals and events. Outside of work, he spends most of his time with his wife and toddler.

Favorite Travel Memory

I spent time in Trinidad and Tobago during Carnival. I was pretty young and exposed to so many new experiences, cultures, foods and music. It was an amazing trip that I will never forget.

David creates and automates reporting, troubleshoots data problems and maintains our internal budget/forecast planning tools. He has a degree in Physics from University of Colorado but never worked in that field—unless you count his home brewing of craft beers—and is equally at home on the beach or the ski slopes.

Melissa leads the company's consulting practice focused on developing inclusive marketing strategies that broaden audience reach and create meaningful connections with travelers from all backgrounds. She works with clients to implement tailored approaches that foster authentic connections and expand reach across the travel and tourism industry. Melissa resides just outside of Atlanta, has a deep passion for the arts and loves to cook.
