I recently took my first-ever solo trip to Switzerland, France and the Netherlands. Exploring and being more spontaneous than usual was a highlight (not to mention the Dutch tulip fields!)

Missy is joining the DMO sales team as a business development manager. She has decades of experience in sales and marketing as well as film and TV production. She has even had some success behind the camera in a few hit films but prefers to travel and read these days.

Amy is the senior account director that leads our Brand USA team. When she is not exploring new ways to reach international travelers, investigating opportunities to better organize our data or meeting with clients, she can be found walking mountain trails, listening to a new podcast or running through life with her young (and energetic) son.

My husband and I visited Switzerland for the holidays a few years ago. We were having dinner at a lodge in a small ski village on Christmas night and starting talking to the couple sitting next to us. We discovered they lived only 45 minutes away from us in Florida (small world!) and ended up enjoying delicious glögg with them at a secret bar they introduced us to.

With 15-plus years of travel-industry experience, Susan has demonstrated expertise in digital marketing and connecting media- and owned-channel strategy with broader marketing goals. When not working, she is further developing her status as a breakfast-taco aficionado and is lobbying for breakfast tacos to be considered their own food group.

Andie joins the hospitality team, bringing a diverse professional background spanning SEO, public relations and marketing. When she’s not strategizing, she is likely on a hike, concocting a new pasta sauce recipe or cuddled up reading a book with her corgi, Eloise.

One of my closest friends of nearly a decade is from Manchester, England, and there is nothing I love more than going for a walk or having a coffee in a new little town with her, friends and family. I love to travel to destinations I've never seen, but traveling to see friends in comforting places warms the soul.

Eddie is a Drupal developer for the client web support team. When he's not busy throwing together new websites or solving technical issues, he's a fan of animation, movies and TV. He's also got a passion for 3D printing and gaming. While he has resided in St. Louis for the past 10 years, he's originally from Robinson, Illinois, home of the Heath candy bar.

Driving from St. Louis to Georgia just so he could have his "Clark Griswold" moment.

Liz oversees a group of accounts, making sure we achieve strong results. Off the clock, you can find her enjoying a Cardinals game in her hometown of St. Louis, shuttling her son to his sporting events or spending time with her dog Diego.

Taking my son to stay in a treehouse in the El Yunque rainforest in Puerto Rico.

Jason is happiest when he sees partners get results from a successful program. A father of two and a former sports journalist, Jason is also a stand-up comedy nerd who loves to sing. When he’s not playing softball or wiffleball, he’s dreaming up a return trip to Chicago or trek to the mountains of Montana.

The trip I just took to the Pacific Northwest with my girlfriend, hitting Portland, Seattle, Idaho and Montana. Amazing food and even better scenery.

As an ad operations specialist, Taylor supports the ad operations team and our clients. She has been in the digital operations and media space for over six years. When Taylor is not working, you can find her outside enjoying beautiful New York City and making music (her favorite hobby).

My favorite travel memory was when I took my first solo trip to Amsterdam. I fell in love with the city and have already been back twice. 

Combining a creative and data-driven approach to our hospitality clients’ marketing needs, Camron's award-winning work on behalf of clients, including Hawks Cay and Hilton Sandestin, has resulted in significant revenue and performance gains. Camron is an avid foxhunter and lives on a horse farm with her husband, dogs, cats, chickens and horses.

We drove the Ring of Kerry on St. Patrick’s Day and had the road to ourselves since tours were closed for the holiday. We were delighted to find authentic local festivals in the small towns along the route. The locals were so kind and welcoming, and the land is gorgeous!

Hanna is an account manager who uses her skills to keep projects and client requests running smoothly. After graduating from Ole Miss, she moved out West and found a new passion for working in the travel and tourism industry. In her free time, you can catch her reading a good book, painting or exploring the outdoors of Colorado.

Lindsay's work can be found at the intersection of creativity and data. When she isn't crafting content, she can be found photographing something or working her way through a new cookbook. She has a clear passion for food and beverage photography and is close to documenting her 100th wedding ceremony.

Favorite Travel Memory

Apart from time with my dog, Scout, a cup of black coffee is my favorite little mercy. When solo-traveling through Copenhagen, I made sure to stop and sit in as many coffee shops as I could, totaling 10 over the course of three days. It was lovely!

Laura's focus is on developing growth plans for clients and our teams. She is based in Denver and you can often find her cheering on the Denver Nuggets, reading another mystery novel or enjoying mac and cheese.

I was chaperoning high-school musicians on a European music tour. Our first night in Switzerland, I stopped by one of the girls’ rooms. My knock on the door was met enthusiastically by a girl declaring their room had a “washing machine” in it and insisted I come see it. I discovered they were “washing” their clothes in the bidet! What could I say? I suggested they keep it a secret or else they would have to do everyone’s laundry on the trip.

Jeff has been in our IT department for nearly 30 years. When he's not putting out fires or searching for the next useful tools, he can be found running and biking around town or paddleboarding in the mangroves.

After a day of hiking in Custer State Park in South Dakota, we rushed out to Wildlife Loop Road in hopes of seeing some bison before sunset. We were not disappointed! A million bison crossed the road right in front of our van.

Lee is part of the SEO team and develops SEO strategies for his clients to generate organic website traffic and appear at the top of search engines results pages for their specific destinations. When he is not working, Lee enjoys spending time with his wife discovering great new restaurants.

At 14, I visited the small remote island of Nosy Komba, Madagascar, seeing lemurs up close, wandering its beaches and meeting the welcoming locals. That adventure sparked my love for travel and passion for ecotourism, showing me the magic of exploring new places while honoring nature and culture.

Sarah, a member of the Business Analyst team, resides and works amidst the Colorado mountains with her husband. An adoring mother to her two adult children in Denver, she finds joy in river rafting, skiing and exploring international destinations.

This past fall, my husband and I traveled to Munich, Germany for Oktoberfest. We dressed the part in lederhosen and dirndl and had the time of our lives!

Having grown up all over the world as the child of a resort general manager, Ursula has been in hospitality her entire life, including 30 years in resort marketing before starting the hospitality division at Miles. Seeing the world by living in and traveling to more than 60 countries while learning and experiencing a variety of cultures through the people I met and lived near.

Madeleine is a graphic designer who thrives on crafting visually captivating designs that capture attention and spark connection. Outside of her work, she loves reading, video games, trying new cookie recipes and spending time with her family.

I loved my entire visit to Colorado Springs, but driving up Pikes Peak was my favorite. It offered a breathtaking view the whole way up. We reached the summit, it felt like being on top of the whole world.

Morgan is based in Fairhope, Alabama. She brings years of experience in tourism and works with her Louisiana clients to achieve their advertising and marketing goals. When not in the office, she and her family love to share new adventures, spend time on the river, work the family farm and cheer on their favorite sports teams.

J.T. is a senior content manager, writing and editing out of our Memphis office. When he's not writing about various destinations, the die-hard Memphis Tigers fan, Stephen King buff and "Star Wars" expert can likely be found at the movies or a Tigers game with his wife Christine.

My wife and I went to Europe for the first time — was the trip of a lifetime! We took a cruise around the Mediterranean to Spain, France and Italy. The food was phenomenal. We even got to explore my great-grandparents' hometown, Lucca, Italy. I cannot wait to go back.

Lizette handles much of the onboarding, system troubleshooting and marketing for Odyssey Studios. When she's not powering away at a spreadsheet, she's finding new places in Dallas to beat the heat and attempting to take her cat on a hike.

There are so many travel memories that I indulge in frequently, but by far my favorite to date has been exploring the depths of Japan and finding myself in the challenges faced with true culture shock.

A Georgia native who called Maryland, South Dakota, Utah and Colorado home before settling in Kentucky, Kelly conducts a symphony of technology and creativity, fusing innovation with stewardship and sustainability. Alongside her partner Greg, two pups and grown kids, her passions include voyages to new destinations, culinary creation, gardening and live concerts.

Bali's vivid hues and beaming faces welcomed us, emanating happiness and forging instant connections. My children, away from electronics, reveled in local culture, embracing community and togetherness. Beneath banana trees, our guide plucked some for us. This spontaneous act epitomized the trip — authentic, unscripted and full of simple joys.

Jamie is a results-driven, Chicago-born metalhead turned Minneapolis transplant. She guides complex digital projects with a fusion of creativity, technical prowess and strategic insight. Outside launching disruptive products, she finds solace in novel rereads and considers documentaries, happy hours and crocheting her essential self-care routine.

Getting booted off a Southwest flight for a "hilarious" middle-seat-saving plan. Bachelorette bash turned into a middle-seat fiasco, all thanks to my loud friend faking a cold. I even thought we were getting an upgrade. Lesson learned: no upgrades on Southwest!

Tiffany thrives on developing big-picture content strategies and working with clients to increase the performance of their digital content, but she also loves straight copy editing. When she isn’t absentmindedly proofreading everything she sees, Tiffany is probably reading, watching college football or daydreaming about Disney World.

Embarking on a Croatian adventure with my besties was pure magic. From Dubrovnik's ancient charm to Split's lively streets, and the island gems in between — we laughed, wandered and created memories to last a lifetime.

As the performance director for the hospitality division, Nancy utilizes data, research and collaboration to develop and implement owned and paid strategies and plans that drive results. When she is not diving into analytics and spreadsheets, she can be found enjoying the best of Colorado — live music, great outdoors, craft beer and making memories with friends and family.
