She's an empathetic learner who strives to solve design problems with the user's needs as her guiding light, always asking questions to challenge assumptions and understand pain points. Favorite Travel Memory

It was a day full of walking, shopping and bonding with friends old and new in Portland, Oregon, and it ended with a visit to the Lan Su Chinese Garden. The memory of its beauty, the peace and the company I had with me bring a smile to my heart and I'd repeat the day without a second thought.

Ally combines her appreciation of details and spreadsheets to ensure that partner materials are appropriately directed in their marketing campaigns. When she isn't tracking information in spreadsheets, she can be found spending time with family on their 5-acre farmstead caring for pigs, chickens and ducks, and tending the gardens or planning her next trip.

I enjoy making a new core memory each time I travel, depending on who I travel with and where I am adventuring.

As a media supervisor, tourism has been a mainstay in Ivy’s career since day one. With her extensive knowledge across offline and digital media, she puts together cohesive and effective media plans for her clients. When she's not doing media math, she can be found spending time with her family, reading a good book (fiction only please) or watching Formula 1.

Our family's annual fall trip has quickly become one of my favorite of the year — getting to experience destinations with our daughter for the first time has been very special.

I enjoy exploring all of the Caribbean islands, but Aruba has been my favorite — seeing flamingos in the wild was the best!

From sampling new dishes at the Tiong Bahru Market during golden hour to stumbling upon a neighborhood restaurant and indulging in a late-night dinner consisting of traditional chili crab, exploring the food scene in Singapore is one of my top travel memories.

Debra manages projects across three different teams: GOUSA TV, Places.Travel and Odyssey Studios. She loves creating systems and processes that allow us to work smarter. She shares her passion for travel with her husband and two kids, so working in this industry is inspiring! As one of Miles's art directors, Amanda is passionate about bringing brands to life through effective and engaging creative. Outside of moving pixels around and meeting with clients, she also loves visiting new places, going out to eat at unique restaurants and hoop dancing down St. Charles in Mardi Gras parades.

On the northern coast of Washington, the beach was unlike any other place I've been. A massive rocky formation slowly appeared before my eyes as I strolled the beach through the thickest fog I've ever experienced. It was like walking on an alien planet.

Exploring new sights, sounds and tastes in different places are my favorite traveling memories: Six days between Japan and Bali back to back with my siblings, three months in Bermuda with my best friend and two weeks road tripping across the country with my husband and kids.
