Erin is an executive assistant supporting members of the senior vice president team at Miles. When Erin is not organizing calendars and submitting expense reports, she can be found in the mountains skiing or hiking with her husband and their daughter.

Jeff leads brand strategy initiatives for multiple Miles teams working with new and existing destination clients. His purview is the coherence, clarity and effectiveness of client messaging across all media and in-market consumer touch points. He is also often tapped for his persuasive and evocative copywriting style.

Henry is part of the destination optimization team and helps organize and implement the education side of the programs, including leading seminars and hosting office hours. In Henry's spare time, you can find him exploring new places by land or by sea with wife and two pups.

Easily the opportunity to drive up and down and across the state of Wyoming to host seminars and help promote those destinations with organic digital marketing.

Katie is the account manager for the Alaska and Madrid teams, connecting the client, partners and internal teams. After her day of spreadsheets, schedules and emails, she is the taxi driver and cheering section for her two active kids, Brooke and JP, wife to Josh and mama to all the animals on their Alabama ranch. She loves to cook, get lost in a book and watch a lot of football.

A recent favorite travel memory is a trip to the Tennessee mountains with my husband. A few days of quiet time plus fall foliage to rest and recharge before heading back into busy lives and kid chaos!

Julia supports the engagement and partner-services teams for the Brand USA account. In Satellite Beach, Florida, her home office is a 1/4 mile from the Atlantic Ocean, which is where you'll find her when she's not at her desk. Julia, her boyfriend and their puppy Elvis love surfing, hosting Eagles games, snowboarding and, of course, traveling!

After wearing many hats at Miles, Tiffany now works in a client services role, developing strategies to help clients meet and exceed their goals while working with our internal teams to ensure we deliver products on time and on budget. Catch her reading, watching college football or going on long walks in her spare time.

Alex is part of Odyssey Studios, primarily working on edits for various projects, but on occasion he's seen helping out on a shoot. Alex is an avid Tampa sports fan (Go Bucs, Bolts and Rays!), but oftentimes he's chasing down his two sons and trying to catch up on "Star Wars" shows with his wife, who is also named Alex — which is fun!

We took my first-born son to Key West when he was not quite one, which some might think would make for a rough time, but it was his first real vacation and it was absolutely wonderful. He had a blast, and every time we go again he gets so amped for the trip.

Dana’s work combines creative and data-driven thinking to implement well-rounded media plans for our clients. When she's not cooking up the next best campaign strategy, you'll likely find her enjoying all that her hometown of Denver has to offer with her husband and two dogs, Kermit and Cookie.

John is part of the Memphis Tourism Sales Team and also the SEE Magazine Publisher on Panama City Beach. When not working to create great outcomes for our clients, he enjoys tennis, boating and traveling with his wife, children, grandchildren and friends.

So many to pick from, but Yosemite’s 2023 spring snow melt was an unforgettable trip.

Amy is the account director that leads our Brand USA team. When she is not exploring new ways to reach international travelers, investigating opportunities to better organize our data or meeting with clients, she can be found walking mountain trails, listening to a new podcast or running through life with her young (and energetic) son.

My husband and I visited Switzerland for the holidays a few years ago. We were having dinner at a lodge in a small ski village on Christmas night and starting talking to the couple sitting next to us. We discovered they lived only 45 minutes away from us in Florida (small world!) and ended up enjoying delicious glögg with them at a secret bar they introduced us to.

Janet is a content strategist whose focus is on concepting and creating content for clients such as St. Pete/Clearwater, Virginia Beach, Fort Myers and Miami. Her favorite vacations are in wild places where you can hear the wind and the birds, and her hobbies in St. Pete include gardening (yardening?), singing in a community chorus and obsessing about paint colors.

One of my favorite travel memories is hiking in the El Yunque National Forest in Puerto Rico with my husband Tim and our intrepid guide, Juan. At points, we were ankle-deep in red mud. But we also had a refreshing swim in a beautiful natural pool underneath a waterfall and ate fresh mangos off a banana leaf while perched on a rock.

Cathy oversees all digital content on ExploreLouisiana.com and loves promoting the unparalleled culture of her home state. When not working, you can find her wrangling her toddler twin daughters, decorating for the next holiday or planning her next family vacation or party.

During my honeymoon in Italy, my husband and I had the opportunity to receive the Sposi Novelli blessing from Pope Francis himself. After his papal audience at the Vatican, we were able to talk to him for a few minutes, shake his hand and even shared a laugh together. It was an incredible moment!

Aimee is a content manager on the Brand USA team. She loves learning and writing about vibrant destinations. When she's not crafting copy or chasing her two awesome kids, she spends time at her local library.

With 25-plus years of experience, Carrieann oversees design execution and process and ensures adherence to client brands. From concepting and designing digital and print implementations, she's adept at identifying the perfect font treatment to tell an article’s story, searches out unexpected angles in photography and keeps us on track with publication schedules.

Waking up in the Battlefield Bed & Breakfast in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, and realizing how much American History was around me.

Amanda is part of the email marketing team and manages programs for more than 20 different clients, including program analysis, email builds and deployment, scheduling and process development. When she is not submersed in the email marketing world, she is usually shuttling her two daughters to their many activities.

My daughters played in snow for the first time on a trip to Iowa to visit family. Less than an hour after our plane landed, snow flurries began. After a quick run to Target to find boots, gloves and other snow apparel, there was 2 inches on the ground. We built snowmen and sledded in my brothers yard. My youngest is still talking about how much fun she had that day.

As CFO, Dianne is all things financial and focused on growth and scaling the organization. When she is not working, she can be found training for a marathon or on a sailboat with her husband.

Favorite Travel Memory

Going to Vancouver, Canada, (my favorite place) with my siblings, our kids and my parents to celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary. My parents were both up there in years, so we rented them motorized scooters. My father, a former fighter pilot, was doing donuts on his scooter in the parking lot.

Customer service is key for Cynthia, and her publication experience helps her effectively manage all things advertising. She is a travel enthusiast; she and her husband are always dreaming up their next family adventure. So far, she has seen waterfalls in Hawaii, taken strolls down route 66 in Oklahoma, snowboarded in New Hampshire and laid on a beach in Punta Cana, and she hopes to visit Japan someday!

Spending time on the beach with my family every summer, especially if it's a new beach we get to experience.

The partner-programs operations manager on the Brand USA team, Miranda works to scale and streamline processes. When she isn't online, she’s probably snowboarding, traveling for a concert or hanging out with her dogs, Stevie and Charlotte. She is also an enamel-pin collector and always open to a trade.

I've been on the Miles/Brand USA team since day one, working with partners in a territory that stretches from Washington, D.C. to the Northern Mariana Islands. I dive deep into every destination I represent because I love to learn about food, drinks, and activities wherever I go. My wife and I recently opened a restaurant and cottages in the lovely hamlet of Union, Washington, in 2023.

Favorite Travel Memory

In South America, 1995 (pre-cellphone era), we took a flight to La Paz, Bolivia, with $10K and no plans. We knew Machu Picchu and Patagonia were musts but had no fixed schedule. Since there was no work, our only obligations were occasional calls and postcards to friends and family. It was total freedom; we explored off-the-beaten paths and lived spontaneously.

Beth is a project manager with a strong attention to detail and an extensive background in client services. Beth is a competitive Ironman triathlete, a soccer enthusiast and dog mom to two Siberian huskies, Odin and Ragnar. Off the clock, she can likely be found training for her next athletic endeavor.

My favorite travel memories are from my childhood. My family vacationed at Black Butte Ranch Resort in Oregon every summer for as long as I can remember. It’s where I learned how to ride a bike and get lost in adventure with my siblings. Every time I smell a pine tree, those memories come flooding back.

Sergio is part of the Brand USA team and oversees all aspects of the GOUSATV endeavors. He will ensure that all needs are met by scheduling content for both linear and non-linear channels.

A two-week road trip through Spain with good friends—a time filled with adventures that will never escape my memory.

Julia's work focuses on client satisfaction and bringing their vision to life, while balancing the priorities of internal teams. When she's not making things happen for clients, she can be found enjoying 300 days of sunshine in Tucson.

Traveling to Maui was absolutely amazing and is one of my favorite places to vacation.

Kelby is a producer in Odyssey Studios, where she pulls all the pieces together for the next big photo or video shoot and brings creative visions to life. When not at her desk, she's likely in search of a great cup of coffee, delicious street snacks or a salty-spicy margarita. You may also find her paddle boarding, visiting a museum or exploring a neighborhood.

Johanna's role as an account manager is to support clients in planning, building and executing their vision. What makes her happeiest? Spending time with her family and creating long-lasting memories for her son. With family scattered around the globe, the opportunities to visit new and exciting places are countless.

Stacey is a graphic designer in Miles’ hospitality division. She's an empathetic learner who strives to solve design problems with the user's needs as her guiding light, always asking questions to challenge assumptions and understand pain points. In her day to day, you can find her designing for social, digital, web, print and more.

It was a day full of walking, shopping and bonding with friends old and new in Portland, Oregon, and it ended with a visit to the Lan Su Chinese Garden. The memory of its beauty, the peace and the company I had with me bring a smile to my heart and I'd repeat the day without a second thought.

Jessica is a project manager for the Brand USA team. When she's not busy poring over calendars and spreadsheets, she can be found at home with her beloved greyhound or out cycling or running. Jessica loves exploring new destinations with groups of fellow solo travelers, tackling challenging cycling routes with friends, hiking beautiful trails and visiting cozy coffee shops.

My time in Prague with three other solo travelers. We walked 23,000 steps in a single day, exploring Prague Castle and St. Vitus Cathedral. We wandered through Old Town Square, taking breaks to shop and sample chimney cakes. We crossed Charles Bridge multiple times, seeking out local bistros and coffee shops. It was a great day spent with wonderful company.

Lauren is a passionate, collaborative and creative marketing leader with 20-plus years of experience developing and executing strategic, integrated marketing communications programs. When she's not strategizing with clients and her amazing team, you will find her traveling, biking and enjoying time with her family.

I have favorite travel memories from each and every trip so it's really difficult to choose just one. My first vacation memory in Bermuda as a five-year-old is very special to me, and it launched my passion for travel.

Britt is a content manager for both digital and print projects — including monthly eNews, social campaigns, vacation planners and travel guides for clients such as Alaska, Florida, New Jersey and more. She enjoys being on, in or near the water at all times when she's not writing, proofing or coming up with a catchy headline.

Traveling solo around Iceland during New Year's/my birthday and feeling wildly independent and free. But also really, really cold.
