Stacia leads the partner-program development with the Brand USA team, creating innovative and diverse offerings that drive incremental international visitation to the U.S. She resides in Atlanta, where she enjoys all things floral, a challenging pilates class and spending time with her husband and two adult children, Isabella and James.

A travel buff and enthusiastic planner both in and out of the office, Cynthia is an account director based in Lexington, Kentucky. When she’s not strategizing with our team to bring her clients' big ideas to life, she can be found out for an adventure with her family or scrapbooking her most recent explorations.

We’ve set out to visit all 50 states with our daughter before she turns 18, so from the amazing views as we journeyed up the Pacific Coast Highway to cave explorations and waterfall hikes in Kentucky, we’re always making new travel memories. It’s impossible to pick a favorite!

Colombia-born and raised, Pablo’s journey transitioned from fine art to design, driven by its transformative potential, unifying influence and guiding essence. On the Brand USA team, he applies these convictions to multiplatform products that spotlight the U.S. worldwide. Outside work, he is either hiking trails or chasing winter on a snowboard along with his wife and son.

A trip to Glacier National Park in Montana during early spring became my catalyst for embracing outdoor adventures and cold weather as a lifestyle. The sight of melting snowcaps nourishing swift-flowing rivers and the reawakening wildlife left a lasting impression of our interdependence on this planet.

For 20 years, Justin has been a digital innovator, steering global tech teams to amplify brand impact. His unyielding curiosity pushes him to explore and challenge digital conventions. When not in tech mode, he's likely golfing, always pursuing the perfect round with family. At home, he humorously eases his great danes' fears of the commonplace.

Jodi was bitten by the travel bug at 14 when she spent a summer traveling across the U.S. with 40 other teens. With a background in magazine publishing and content marketing, she’s also a self-professed cruise nerd. When she’s not editing, writing or content creating, you can find her in Pilates, walking her dog and enjoying South Florida life.

Getting engaged in the Italian Riviera and spending the rest of our trip exploring small villages along the coast, enjoying delicious food and wine at every turn. The relaxed culture, slowed-down pace and natural beauty of Italy was an incredible backdrop for such a celebratory life moment.

Maggie has worked in destination marketing for more than 10 years, combining her experience with creativity to push the boundaries of innovation for our clients. When she's not overseeing production or planning the next big experiential activation, you can find her traveling as much as possible with her husband Chris and daughter Collins.

My favorite, outside of those with my family, would be in Brussels one December during their holiday markets. I spent every night in the square for hours just listening to music and watching the lights and people — it was magical!

As an Account Director at Miles, Kelli oversees and executes innovative, results-driven marketing programs for destination clients. When not collaborating on client projects, she can be found planning her next adventure, cheering on her home-state Hawkeyes, and forever searching for the perfect taco.

Being the only people on the plane in Belize and the pilot inviting me to sit up front with him. Wild!

Carrie is a curiosity-fueled content director based in New York’s beautiful Hudson Valley. After hours, you’ll find her researching history projects, hoarding obscure hot sauces, attending film festivals and tennis tournaments, or dreaming up her next trip.

I stayed at a small inn on a sheep farm in the Scottish highlands that sat at the convergence of two lochs. On the long road in was a cemetery that housed the grave of Rob Roy. The cozy scotch bar had just two seats. A quintessential Scottish experience.

Kelli is part of account services in the hospitality division and uses her past experience in the industry to best serve her clients. Off the clock, find her chasing new adventures with her husband and yellow labs through travel, live music and lots of college football.

While in Spain, we celebrated San Fermin, staying up all night to secure and guard our spot on the rails to watch the running of the bulls bright and early. We rounded the expedition out with a churro and a catnap on a park bench. ¡Gora San Fermín!

Amanda is a content manager who loves crafting engaging, fun content for her clients. A lifelong Miami native, her weekends are spent exploring the city with friends and family, trying to get a tan on a beach (keyword: trying), enjoying the best culinary experiences in town or creating content about all of the above!

I gallivanted through the UK with one of my best friends and 15-plus strangers from all over the U.S. We ate lunch with the mayor of Cambridge (true story, I have pictures), got lost on the Tube in London and got tattoos in Ireland.

Angela leads our team of experts to deliver top-performing digital products. When she’s not mentoring the team, digging into data and discovering what's next for clients, she’s an avid traveler with an unquenchable thirst for new experiences. She’s always on the go with an itinerary in hand, snapping photos, testing her palate and chatting up the locals.

A seasoned entrepreneur, Jordan is VP and head of creative at Odyssey Studios. With a rich background in advertising and a history of successful ventures, including the sale of Misfit Brands to Miles, Jordan excels in brand strategy, client relationships, filmmaking and design. Jordan, his wife and two kids live and play in Grand Junction, Colorado.

Krystal is a project manager who works with a variety of clients on everything from website and to creative and media needs and visitor guides. When she isn't working on travel-related projects, you can find her hitting the road (or air) for new adventures with her husband, three kids and adorable minpin.

I spent two months road tripping with my family from Texas to Washington, hitting all of the national and state parks we could along the way. It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience!

Carrie ensures that clients' big-picture visions are defined and delivered, building collaborative client relationships, as well as working with the Miles team to concept and produce innovative marketing solutions. Outside of Miles, Carrie keeps up with her two little boys, Mac and Jay, on the ski slopes or hiking trails in Winter Park and planning her next vacation.

Every summer my family visited a small beach town in southwest Michigan near my grandparents' house. Now I cherish the opportunity to reunite with my siblings there year after year and see my kids enjoy the same experience.

As a member of the destination optimization team, Caitlin helps DMOs directly support their local businesses. She is also a Master Naturalist in her home state of Louisiana, often exploring the outdoors and working on nature-education programs. If you catch her staring out the window, she is probably trying to identify a plant, bird or butterfly.

As part of the hospitality division, Susi is a master orchestrator who seamlessly brings together creative directors, designers, copywriters and clients. When she is not overseeing the production workflow from concept to delivery, she's planning a trip with her husband Peter to a music festival or winery, or to visit their three daughters who live in three different states.

My daughter Meagan took me on an epic adventure searching for Tom Jones in Cardiff, Wales. Too much fun. (Never found Tom.)

I work as an ADM in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Kentucky markets. I help advertisers promote their destinations via digital and print advertising options. I enjoy learning about new destinations and the ADM role has opened my eyes to new places. Besides traveling, I enjoy watching sports and drinking coffee.

My wife and I went to San Diego recently and were able to enjoy the beach and visit all of the historical places.

Hannah manages a content team in our DMO division, supporting content creation and strategy for more than 20 clients. When she's not digging into analytics or raiding the thesaurus for other ways to say "experience," she's listening to narrative podcasts or forcing an unwilling party to talk about the 2023 NBA Champion Denver Nuggets.

Favorite Travel Memory

After weeks in Budapest, my husband I thought we'd seen all there was to see. On our last full day, we stumbled upon a park with network of trails switchbacking up and down to city and river overlooks, monuments and statues. Each time we emerged from a forested patch, there was something new to surprise us — characteristic of the serendipitous nature of travel.

As an associate media planner, Katie geeks out on creating the perfect plan to bring a campaign to life. In her off time, you'll find Katie outdoors exploring new places, hunting down her new favorite antique piece, or spending time with her family and three dogs, Jax, Finn and Marlow.
