Delaney designs eye-catching creative for social media, display ads and websites. Her specialization is print, and she has lead creative efforts to producing several guides during her time with Miles. She values creativity, communication and integrity when executing projects.

Favorite Travel Memory

In 2017, my mom and I traveled to northern Spain to walk a portion of the Camino de Santiago. We started our trek in León and ended in Santiago de Compostela, walking a total of 315 km over 14 days. Along the way, we met people from all over the world and indulged in the freshest of meals.

Demetria is part of our Brand USA team and works with our partners in California, Nevada and Hawai'i. Her passion outside of work is music theater, where you'll often find her singing in a local play. Visiting family and spending time with the little people in her life are at the top of her list.

I follow my heart … and it usually leads me to the airport.

With 20-plus years of content marketing experience and 30-plus countries visited (so far), Erin heads up our corporate communications and helps steward the Miles brand across channels. Together with our marketing and communications team, she works to positively influence and increase our key stakeholders’ awareness of the company.

I have a new favorite travel memory with every trip! One recent memorable experience was glamping overnight in the Sahara desert and then waking up to a sunrise camel ride into the dunes.

Melissa leads the company's diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) consulting practice to serve clients, implement internal DEI strategies and best practices, and drive thought leadership to advance the evolution of equitable and inclusive marketing strategies across the travel and tourism industry. She resides just outside of Atlanta, has a deep passion for the arts and loves to cook.

Zurich, Switzerland

As one of Miles's art directors, Amanda is passionate about bringing brands to life through effective and engaging creative. Outside of moving pixels around and meeting with clients, she also loves visiting new places, going out to eat at unique restaurants and hoop dancing down St. Charles in Mardi Gras parades.

Favorite Travel Memory

On the northern coast of Washington, the beach was unlike any other place I've been. A massive rocky formation slowly appeared before my eyes as I strolled the beach through the thickest fog I've ever experienced. It was like walking on an alien planet.

As part of our Brand USA team, when Dessa is not managing photos and videos or exchanging memes with the art team, she's bringing her camera wherever she can to capture special moments — especially on trips to Mexico and state parks. When her camera is set aside, you may see Dessa reading, spending time with her family or nerding out on Star Wars, Marvel and Lord of the Rings.

Favorite Travel Memory

My grandfather and I flew to Colorado to look at colleges and explore the area. We ended up at Rocky Mountain National Park. While most roads were closed due to extreme snow, we were able to pull into a beautiful outlook. I captured many natural moments with my camera — but also of my grandfather. I was able to encapsule him in time with the mountains.

Jackie is an account director with 15-plus years of ad-agency and client-side experience who is passionate about serving Miles' hospitality clients. Off the clock, she’s busy collecting passport stamps (20 countries and counting!), nose deep in a book, hiking peaks, setting up camp or on a relentless quest for the best ramen.

Favorite Travel Memory

Hiking to an active Icelandic volcano stands out as a top travel memory. Being there with about 100 or so people and sharing the collective experience during every eruption was something I'll never forget.

As part of the paid search and social team, Carolyn manages more social and SEM ads for our clients than she can count. In addition to being a proud cat mom to Tybalt, she can frequently be found performing/directing Shakespeare, going upside down on an aerial apparatus or traveling to (and trying to stay in) the U.K.

I lived in England for over a year for grad school — it's pretty hard to top that as a travel memory!

Elena is an art director whose love for visual storytelling has taken her from Nashville to Chicago to Hawai'i, and she now calls Colorado home. In her free time, she enjoys landscape painting, fly fishing, crafting, camping and hiking with her dogs.

My favorite travel memory is eating my way through Italy: pizza in Naples, seafood in Venice, bistecca alla fiorentina in Florence and so much pasta in Rome, to name a few.

Melissa has been creating, recreating and maintaining a diverse range of website projects at Miles now for 23-plus years and has expertise in web platforms and languages, server environments and database programming. She works remotely, making her home in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, with her husband and two children.

Lauren is our fearless marketing manager, responsible for the strategy and implementation of various corporate marketing initiatives, such as overseeing the Miles brand and managing industry events and partnerships. Outside of work, you'll find her unwinding at the beach or exploring local festivals and music events.

I’m an avid beach-goer, so traveling to Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi, and experiencing the unique beaches on each part of the island was incredible.

Marissa is part of the Odyssey Studios team and is a results-driven growth expert with 13-plus years of experience in diverse sectors. When she's not bringing big ideas to life, she is laughing and playing with her two sons.

Scott began his travel career in the airline industry, and just before joining the Miles oversaw more than 50 luxury resorts for a hotel group. In his spare time, Scott enjoys glassblowing, astronomy and spending time with his poorly behaved but loveable dog, who by the way, has much better frequent-flyer program status than Scott does.

Cynthia works with the sales operations team as an advertising and data manager on the Fairfax, Louisiana, Memphis, Nebraska, New Orleans and VISIT FLORIDA accounts. When not socializing with her family and friends, she is most likely traveling on a transatlantic or Caribbean cruise.

As part of the Brand USA team, Angie thrives on strategizing and creating engaging international marketing plans for partners in the Southeast region. When she’s not traveling, she’s outside gardening, working on a home-improvement project, hiking in the Pacific Northwest or enjoying live music. She cohabitates with her two lovely cats, Barry and Nelly, outside of Seattle.

Favorite Travel Memory

In the Dutch countryside, we visited a dairy farm famous for its Gouda. We met the farmer, cows and the cheesemakers, who demonstrated the process from fresh milk to the final product. We also toured iconic windmills. Going inside a working windmill, it was super interesting to observe the mechanics, living quarters, and how they control the flooding and waterways.

Ileana manages a diverse client set that includes the U.S. Virgin Islands, Chicago and Myrtle Beach. She manages a team that makes her look good through their tireless management of brand, media, digital and website accounts. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling (big surprise!), reading, writing and spending lots of time with her family.

Pushing my two-year-old son's stroller through Venice, Italy. (2 out of 5 recommend. Muscles required!)

Mitch is part of both the Brand USA and Wyoming teams and thrives on helping his partners inspire visitors to explore these fantastic destinations. He enjoys anything outdoors — he was a raft guide in Arizona, a ski bum in Oregon and worked in Denali National Park before going to the DMO world.

Favorite Travel Memory

Anything with my family, National Parks, ballparks or active outdoor trips definitely rise to the top. The awesome thing about travel is the next trip just adds to the story.

Rachel leads an account-services team in the hospitality division. Her experience on the client and agency side allows her to offer thoughtful and creative solutions. She has found herself on Everest supporting summiteers and driving the Pan American highway in an ’82 Westfalia, and is now raising two boys with her husband and their beloved lab June in Colorado.

Sailing around the Darien Gap during the three-day open-water crossing, I witnessed a massive great white shark fly his gigantic body out of the water and steal the fish off our trolling line.

Using his operational, account and technology expertise, David leads the information technology team. Since 2016, he has been traveling the U.S. as a digital nomad with his wife, a travel nurse, and a rescue dog named Dallas in an RV. Their quest is to visit all 63 national parks.

Favorite Travel Memory

One of my favorite memories is hiking to the top of Half Dome in Yosemite National Park and looking over the edge to the Yosemite Valley.

A performance coordinator on the hospitality team, Jessica manages and optimizes paid social, paid search and programmatic campaigns to align with client goals. She is continually educating herself on the ever-changing marketing landscape through the digital-marketing masters program at Wake Forest University.

I took an amazing trip to Costa Rica. Surfing, riding ATVs and deep-sea fishing were the highlights of the unforgettable adventure.

Having grown up all over the world as the child of a resort general manager, Ursula has been in hospitality her entire life, including 30 years in resort marketing before starting the hospitality division at Miles. She was recently named to the HSMAI Top 25 Most Extraordinary Minds in Sales and Marketing.

Seeing the world by living in and traveling to more than 60 countries while learning and experiencing a variety of cultures through the people I met and lived near.

Claire’s work combines creative and production logistics for video and photography projects to ensure the best possible media is delivered for our clients. When she is not figuring out the next production strategy, you will likely find her enjoying travel, yoga and all Michigan has to offer with her husband and her two rescue dogs, Red and Sultan.

My favorite travel memory is filming a series in Qatar and getting to sleep under the stars in the desert with a Bedouin tribe.

Mattie is an account director who uses her organizational skills to ensure deadlines are met and clients are happy. When she's not slinging ads, she can usually be found exploring everything Colorado has to offer. She loves all things outdoors, including fly fishing, skiing and hiking with her dog.

Exploring Belize with my husband! We journeyed around multiple islands via golf cart, caught bonefish, swam with sharks and ventured deep into ancient caves to explore Mayan ritual sites.

Alex is an account manager in the hospitality division, helping to make clients' visions a reality. When not managing client requests and projects, he's traveling and looking for new experiences with his wife Amanda or playing with their dogs. Whether its exploring local food-and-drink scenes or reading a good book, he is always excited to see the world from a new perspective.

My favorite travel memories are when we end up getting lost in a very unfamiliar places. They are always the most stressful times in traveling, but they make for great memories that have stood the test of time.

Hayley is a senior project manager working on web, print and media projects for amazing destinations like Chicago, Myrtle Beach, Destin-Fort Walton Beach, Ocala, Galveston and Waco. She enjoys playing soccer, event planning and cheering on the Oregon Ducks. She lives in Eugene and has her degree in marketing and advertising from Grand Canyon University.

Favorite Travel Memory

My sister and I went on a cruise once, and there was a mega pod of dolphins surrounding the ship — hundreds and hundreds of dolphins swimming alongside us for hours. It was a really incredible experience.

Sunny is an advertising account manager on the Brand USA team working remotely from the foothills of the Missouri Ozarks. After hours, she and her husband explore local hiking trails or play strategy board games when she is not creating hand-stamped greeting cards. They look forward annually to Colorado skiing and Destin’s emerald waters, sometimes with their adult children.

Favorite Travel Memory

In the Marquesas Islands, I dug my feet in the black-sand beaches and saw manta rays and sea turtles, learned how to weave a thatch roof, helped dry bananas, attended church with the locals, and visited with friends who roasted breadfruit over an open fire and made coconut milk the traditional way.

Liz oversees a group of accounts, making sure we achieve strong results. Off the clock, you can find her enjoying a Cardinals game in her hometown of St. Louis, shuttling her son to his sporting events or spending time with her dog Diego.

Taking my son to stay in a treehouse in the El Yunque rainforest in Puerto Rico.
