Customer service is key for Cynthia, and her publication experience helps her effectively manage all things advertising. She is a travel enthusiast; she and her husband are always dreaming up their next family adventure. So far, she has seen waterfalls in Hawaii, taken strolls down route 66 in Oklahoma, snowboarded in New Hampshire and laid on a beach in Punta Cana, and she hopes to visit Japan someday!

Spending time on the beach with my family every summer, especially if it's a new beach we get to experience.

Kylie is an account manager with a background in media who loves lighting the path between client goals and creative execution. A Virginia native who landed in the Phoenix desert, she’s a natural wine enthusiast and crafter who spends weekends at the farmers market, treasure-hunting at antique shops or traveling to catch her favorite bands live.

Australia is my favorite place — fittingly, the name “Kylie” is an Indigenous word for 'boomerang!”  On my last trip, a random Substack message to my favorite winemaker/writer led to an intimate afternoon at her Adelaide Hills vineyard; we walked the vines, cooked lunch in her kitchen and sipped natural wine right from the source.

When Summer isn’t busy tracking and reporting on the performance of media campaigns for the hospitality performance team, she’s hunting down the latest trends and opportunities for improvement. A passionate traveler, she loves to explore new places, spend time with her German shepherd, Gunner, and spend time outdoors.

Favorite Travel Memory

My favorite travel memory was visiting Asia with my family. We saw the Great Wall and the Terracotta Warriors, and rode an elephant in Thailand. It was an unforgettable experience to be surrounded by so much history and culture and to share it with my family.

Rachel leads the growth strategy for Destination Wayfinder, helping tourism organizations strengthen destination stewardship. When she’s not advising DMOs, she’s kayaking near her home in Durango, Colorado, cooking global cuisine or exploring her next destination—45 countries and counting!

Favorite Travel Memory

At 14, I visited the small remote island of Nosy Komba, Madagascar, seeing lemurs up close, wandering its beaches and meeting the welcoming locals. That adventure sparked my love for travel and passion for ecotourism, showing me the magic of exploring new places while honoring nature and culture.

As head of research and insights, Chris is also our "head of curiosity" for understanding major trends, opportunities and challenges in travel and tourism. When not involved in research, education or other projects at Miles, Chris is an avid traveler — always off to far-flung destinations with his friends, daughters and other family.

Favorite Travel Memory

Those special moments while traveling when you round a corner or top a hill and see a special, completely different view of the world. Unique sights, sounds, smells and feel. You are in a completely new moment in a completely new place. I’ve been lucky enough to have many of these from AlUla to Zanzibar and the Amazon to Tokyo.

Laura's focus is on developing growth plans for clients and our teams. She is based in Denver and you can often find her cheering on the Denver Nuggets, reading another mystery novel or enjoying mac and cheese.

I was chaperoning high-school musicians on a European music tour. Our first night in Switzerland, I stopped by one of the girls’ rooms. My knock on the door was met enthusiastically by a girl declaring their room had a “washing machine” in it and insisted I come see it. I discovered they were “washing” their clothes in the bidet! What could I say? I suggested they keep it a secret or else they would have to do everyone’s laundry on the trip.

C.A. is the vice president of AI and is based in New Zealand. He has been with Miles for over 20 years and has experience in just about every facet of digital destination marketing. A former expert motorcycle road racer, C.A. began riding motorcycles with his family at age 8. He’s owned dozens of motorcycles of every kind and attended training in nearly every type of motorcycle discipline.

Ant is part of the digital products team as a UX/UI designer. Ant is not just about pixels and interfaces — he's all about crafting seamless and delightful experiences for our clients. When not perfecting user journeys, he can be found all over Florida skateboarding, taking and developing photos, as well as tinkering on cars and motorcycles.

Favorite Travel Memory

Taking the train from the airport into Tokyo, I thought I could manage without using my phone for navigation. When the train headed north instead of toward Tokyo, I eventually gave into temptation. I discovered the train would eventually turn back toward Tokyo, which taught me that I can navigate without technology if a country is as organized as Japan.

As a content manager in the hospitality division, Courtney's mind is always whirring with catch phrases, social captions and SEO keywords. If you can't find her, she's likely adding to her vocabulary with her nose in a book, chasing a ball around a soccer field or embarking on a high-altitude adventure in the Montana mountains.

Rachel leads an account-services team in the hospitality division. Her experience on the client and agency side allows her to offer thoughtful and creative solutions. She has found herself on Everest supporting summiteers and driving the Pan American highway in an ’82 Westfalia, and is now raising two boys with her husband and their beloved lab June in Colorado.

Sailing around the Darien Gap during the three-day open-water crossing, I witnessed a massive great white shark fly his gigantic body out of the water and steal the fish off our trolling line.

George is part of Odyssey Studios and works both on location as a videographer/photographer or back in the office in post production. He spends his free time traveling, teaching group-fitness classes and partaking in all kinds of geeky activities.

Getting married in front of Mount Kirkjufell in Iceland — a mountain featured prominently in "Game of Thrones."

Josh is part of the operations team and oversees the company's use of Wrike. He helps teams optimize their use of the PM tool so they can work as effectively as possible. Outside of work, he's probably outside mountain biking or skiing. Colorado has some of the most beautiful trail networks and outdoor areas, and he's trying to see as much as he can.

John is part of the Memphis Tourism Sales Team and also the SEE Magazine Publisher on Panama City Beach. When not working to create great outcomes for our clients, he enjoys tennis, boating and traveling with his wife, children, grandchildren and friends.

So many to pick from, but Yosemite’s 2023 spring snow melt was an unforgettable trip.

Lindsay's work can be found at the intersection of creativity and data. When she isn't crafting content, she can be found photographing something or working her way through a new cookbook. She has a clear passion for food and beverage photography and is close to documenting her 100th wedding ceremony.

Favorite Travel Memory

Apart from time with my dog, Scout, a cup of black coffee is my favorite little mercy. When solo-traveling through Copenhagen, I made sure to stop and sit in as many coffee shops as I could, totaling 10 over the course of three days. It was lovely!

Sarah works as a video editor with Odyssey Studios, focusing on projects in the post-production phase. She enjoys reading, watching reality TV and showing off her two black cats.

Maggie has worked in destination marketing for more than 10 years, combining her experience with creativity to push the boundaries of innovation for our clients. When she's not overseeing production or planning the next big experiential activation, you can find her traveling as much as possible with her husband Chris and daughter Collins.

While in Ireland, Garth Brooks came to play five nights in Dublin and everyone asked if we were there to see him. We weren't, but every pub was playing country music and selling Irish tricolor cowboy hats; it felt like we were back home. 

Annika is a member of our SEM/Social Team, working with various clients to enhance their organic social media content. Originally from Upstate New York, she now calls Denver, CO her home. In her free time, Annika enjoys skiing, running, mountain biking, backpacking and attending numerous concerts. She loves adventuring with friends and exploring new restaurants in town, always capturing her experiences through her photography.

Favorite Travel Memory

I spent my entire junior year of college abroad, studying in Bangkok, Thailand during the fall, and in Lyon, France in the spring. I loved every second of it! However, my favorite adventure was visiting the remote province of Ha Giang in Northern Vietnam. The mountainous terrain was breathtaking, and it was so much fun to connect with the locals at the homestays in the villages we passed through.

Andy is a part of the new business team. He was born and raised in Sarasota, Florida, and enjoys watching films and television, exploring the world through photography and spending time with his wife and dog, Reyna.

I visited Cuba with my father and older brother. It was amazing to experience the place where my dad was born and raised before he left for the United States.

Missy is joining the DMO sales team as a business development manager. She has decades of experience in sales and marketing as well as film and TV production. She has even had some success behind the camera in a few hit films but prefers to travel and read these days.

Delaney designs eye-catching creative for social media, display ads and websites. Her specialization is print, and she has lead creative efforts to producing several guides during her time with Miles. She values creativity, communication and integrity when executing projects.

Favorite Travel Memory

In 2017, my mom and I traveled to northern Spain to walk a portion of the Camino de Santiago. We started our trek in León and ended in Santiago de Compostela, walking a total of 315 km over 14 days. Along the way, we met people from all over the world and indulged in the freshest of meals.

As a graphic designer for the new-business-development team, Laurie solves the puzzle of pairing content with imagery to create effective proposals and also assists with various marketing projects. Laurie's free time is filled with family, friends, good food, reading and travel.

Favorite Travel Memory

My husband and I celebrated our 30th anniversary with a two-week trip to Italy and Switzerland. Historic sites, cultural experiences and navigating planes, trains and unfamiliar places without killing each other was exhilarating. Can't wait for the next trip!

Carrie is a curiosity-fueled content director based in New York’s beautiful Hudson Valley. After hours, you’ll find her researching history projects, hoarding obscure hot sauces, attending film festivals and tennis tournaments, or dreaming up her next trip.

Favorite Travel Memory

I stayed at a small inn on a sheep farm in the Scottish highlands that sat at the convergence of two lochs. On the long road in was a cemetery that housed the grave of Rob Roy. The cozy scotch bar had just two seats. A quintessential Scottish experience.

Shanell is part of our hospitality division and specializes in strategic planning across paid, earned, shared and owned media to ensure brands are set up for success. When she is not brainstorming ideas with clients, you can find her planning her next trip, exploring new local spots to dine at with her husband or hiking with her dog Demi.

Favorite Travel Memory

My husband and I went to Santorini, Greece, for our honeymoon, and the hike from Thira to Oia was incredible. We woke up and had breakfast on our balcony, taking in the views of Skaros Rock, and then met our guide thereafter. We spent the next 3.5 hours drinking in the views, learning about the island and collecting volcanic rocks.

Meet Erin, a digital product manager who balances work and play and brings a lively and personable touch to everything she does. Erin takes pilates classes, tries new air-fryer recipes, explores her new city of Austin and travels to spend time with family and friends. When not on the move, you can count on her to enjoy a glass of wine and good TV drama at the end of the day.

Meet Felipe, a dynamic art director whose passions span horizons (literally). He crafts visual stories both professionally as a digital artist and through his photography side hustle. An explorer by nature, find him hiking Red Rocks and paddleboarding Bear Creek Lake on the weekends. Evenings? They're for unwinding with videogames, homemade food and a Gatorade.

My favorite travel memory has to be backpacking through Europe for a couple of months. This was my biggest solo trip, where I got to go through Spain, Germany, Italy, Austria and Italy. I met so many people and ate so much good food, but most importantly learned how big the world can be outside of the U.S.

Juan serves as an account director, supporting clients to ensure their marketing strategies resonate with travelers from all backgrounds. Personally, he thrives on learning about different cultures, meeting new people and exploring the world. An avid traveler, foodie and dog lover, in his free time he's likely exploring parks, hiking or embarking on a new adventure.

Favorite Travel Memory

One of my favorite travel memories is the time I spent two weeks in Barcelona, Spain, with my best friend. We stayed in the Catalan region, where they speak a different dialect of Spanish. Our local host showed us around the city, and we also met some other Americans who were visiting. They ended up joining us throughout the entire trip, and we made some amazing memories together.

Amanda is part of the email marketing team and manages programs for more than 20 different clients, including program analysis, email builds and deployment, scheduling and process development. When she is not submersed in the email marketing world, she is usually shuttling her two daughters to their many activities.

Favorite Travel Memory

My daughters played in snow for the first time on a trip to Iowa to visit family. Less than an hour after our plane landed, snow flurries began. After a quick run to Target to find boots, gloves and other snow apparel, there was 2 inches on the ground. We built snowmen and sledded in my brothers yard. My youngest is still talking about how much fun she had that day.
