Yasaman works with stakeholders to blend design and technology sensibilities with strategic insights, an ability that has been honed over her previous career as an architect, where human-centric design principles were second nature. Having already explored 32 states, she's on a mission to explore more of the country's natural and cultural wonders.

When Summer isn’t busy tracking and reporting on the performance of media campaigns for the hospitality performance team, she’s hunting down the latest trends and opportunities for improvement. A passionate traveler, she loves to explore new places, spend time with her German shepherd, Gunner, and spend time outdoors.

Favorite Travel Memory

My favorite travel memory was visiting Asia with my family. We saw the Great Wall and the Terracotta Warriors, and rode an elephant in Thailand. It was an unforgettable experience to be surrounded by so much history and culture and to share it with my family.

As a media supervisor, tourism has been a mainstay in Ivy’s career since day one. With her extensive knowledge across offline and digital media, she puts together cohesive and effective media plans for her clients. When she's not doing media math, she can be found spending time with her family, reading a good book (fiction only please) or watching Formula 1.

Favorite Travel Memory

Our family's annual fall trip has quickly become one of my favorite of the year — getting to experience destinations with our daughter for the first time has been very special.

I've been on the Miles/Brand USA team since day one, working with partners in a territory that stretches from Washington, D.C. to the Northern Mariana Islands. I dive deep into every destination I represent because I love to learn about food, drinks, and activities wherever I go. My wife and I recently opened a restaurant and cottages in the lovely hamlet of Union, Washington, in 2023.

Favorite Travel Memory

In South America, 1995 (pre-cellphone era), we took a flight to La Paz, Bolivia, with $10K and no plans. We knew Machu Picchu and Patagonia were musts but had no fixed schedule. Since there was no work, our only obligations were occasional calls and postcards to friends and family. It was total freedom; we explored off-the-beaten paths and lived spontaneously.

Carson is a part of our SEM/social team where she works across many clients. A native Floridian, she loves spending time on the water and exploring the state's hidden gems. She is also an avid yogi and likes to bring her adorable miniature Bernedoodle named Winston around town.

Favorite Travel Memory

When I was 16, my dad and I went to Peru and hiked the Inca Trail. We spent three nights camping on the trail and ended our four4-day hike at the Sun Gate at Machu Picchu. It was the trip of a lifetime, not only to spend it with my dad, but to see such ancient ruins and history up close and personal.

Mitch has been an email developer for more than 15 years at Miles, coding and executing responsive emails in HTML/CSS for destination and hospitality clients. When Mitch isn’t building emails, he is spending time with his wife Amanda and daughter Iris.

Favorite Travel Memory

My favorite travel memory was being a nomad in New Zealand for almost 2 months.

I work as an ADM in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Kentucky markets. I help advertisers promote their destinations via digital and print advertising options. I enjoy learning about new destinations and the ADM role has opened my eyes to new places. Besides traveling, I enjoy watching sports and drinking coffee.

Favorite Travel Memory

My wife and I went to San Diego recently and were able to enjoy the beach and visit all of the historical places.

Jessica comes from a writing and editing background that has brought her to realms like journalism, academia, teaching English overseas and marketing. She's also a visual artist within the Tampa Bay arts scene, a deep lover of delectable foods and a pet-mom to three cats. 

Favorite Travel Memory

Being inside the Art Institute of Chicago during one of their free-admission evenings, and randomly members of Yo-Yo Ma's Silk Road Ensemble were playing in small breakaway groups throughout the museum's exhibition spaces. It all culminated in a final group performance on the Grand Staircase!

A Midwestern girl with a passion for travel and meeting people (and pets) in new places, Jennie loves a process, spreadsheets and has a knack for organization. She works as an account manager for the Georgia and Savannah/Tybee accounts. When she's not working, you can find her cooking, exercising and tending to her growing collection of ferns.

Visiting China with my father, we spent three weeks traveling around Shanghai. 

Scott is a web developer who brings the web to life through a wide range of front-end technologies and accessibility in mind. When he is not at the computer, he is out hiking and exploring. He lives in Southern California with his wife and two kids.

Johanna's role as an account manager is to support clients in planning, building and executing their vision. What makes her happeiest? Spending time with her family and creating long-lasting memories for her son. With family scattered around the globe, the opportunities to visit new and exciting places are countless.

J.T. is a senior content manager, writing and editing out of our Memphis office. When he's not writing about various destinations, the die-hard Memphis Tigers fan, Stephen King buff and "Star Wars" expert can likely be found at the movies or a Tigers game with his wife Christine.

Favorite Travel Memory

My wife and I went to Europe for the first time — was the trip of a lifetime! We took a cruise around the Mediterranean to Spain, France and Italy. The food was phenomenal. We even got to explore my great-grandparents' hometown, Lucca, Italy. I cannot wait to go back.

Meghan has spent more than half her life with Miles (she must have started when she was 12!), working on the creative side and then diving into database application and integration. She leads our software-development programs, is tech liaison for the Tourism Exchange USA team, and facilitates our email-marketing programs. Offline, Meghan enjoys anything island-y and relaxing.

Favorite Travel Memory

Too many to choose from, but a particular childhood favorite is my family (mom, dad, sister and me) from Cleveland randomly bumping into my aunt, uncle and cousins from Connecticut in Kitty Hawk, NC. We got to see the sights and spend some quality cousin time!

As a graphic designer for the new-business-development team, Laurie solves the puzzle of pairing content with imagery to create effective proposals and also assists with various marketing projects. Laurie's free time is filled with family, friends, good food, reading and travel.

Favorite Travel Memory

My husband and I celebrated our 30th anniversary with a two-week trip to Italy and Switzerland. Historic sites, cultural experiences and navigating planes, trains and unfamiliar places without killing each other was exhilarating. Can't wait for the next trip!

Lillian is a part of the account management team at Miles Partnership. When she isn’t working, you can find her going to the beach, figure skating or spending time with her friends and family in her hometown Orlando, Florida.

Exploring the hidden cave networks and gardens in Quinta da Regaleira in Sintra, Portugal. 

As a former CVB marketing director with nearly 30 years in the tourism industry (including work at Yellowstone National Park and a cruise ship), Carly’s passion for travel marketing has inspired successful campaigns for Miles' partners for more than 15 years. In between travels, Carly can be found exploring her home in the New River Gorge of West Virginia.

I took a train to Jungfraujoch - Top of Europe — Europe's highest railway station, which is located at 11,333 feet in the Swiss Alps. The panoramic views of the snow-capped mountains and glaciers was breathtaking!

Charity thrives on collaborating with clients to craft marketing strategies that showcase a destination’s distinct story. Away from work, she looks forward to being near the water, checking off her concert bucket list and finding new places to explore with her husband and dog, Nyota.

My favorite travel memories are a mix of unplanned moments like our sea turtle encounter while snorkeling in Hawaii, stumbling upon a quirky Don Quixote museum in Spain, and bonding with locals at Munich's Marineplatz.

Claire’s work combines creative and production logistics for video and photography projects to ensure the best possible media is delivered for our clients. When she is not figuring out the next production strategy, you will likely find her enjoying travel, yoga and all Michigan has to offer with her husband and her two rescue dogs, Red and Sultan.

My favorite travel memory is filming a series in Qatar and getting to sleep under the stars in the desert with a Bedouin tribe.

Lauren is our fearless marketing manager, responsible for the strategy and implementation of various corporate marketing initiatives, such as overseeing the Miles brand and managing industry events and partnerships. Outside of work, you'll find her unwinding at the beach or exploring local festivals and music events.

I’m an avid beach-goer, so traveling to Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi, and experiencing the unique beaches on each part of the island was incredible.

Alex is an account manager in the hospitality division, helping to make clients' visions a reality. When not managing client requests and projects, he's traveling and looking for new experiences with his wife Amanda or playing with their dogs. Whether its exploring local food-and-drink scenes or reading a good book, he is always excited to see the world from a new perspective.

Favorite Travel Memory

My favorite travel memories are when we end up getting lost in a very unfamiliar places. They are always the most stressful times in traveling, but they make for great memories that have stood the test of time.

I am part of the Kentucky account team and I assist with project management, ensuring the client’s needs are met and communicated effectively. When I'm not working and immersing myself in all things Kentucky, I'm probably crocheting and preparing for an upcoming market day. Besides that, I love being outside with my pets, tending to my plants and baking delicious treats for friends/family.

Traveling to St. John (USVI) and living like a local for a whole month on the island.

Lindsay's work can be found at the intersection of creativity and data. When she isn't crafting content, she can be found photographing something or working her way through a new cookbook. She has a clear passion for food and beverage photography and is close to documenting her 100th wedding ceremony.

Favorite Travel Memory

Apart from time with my dog, Scout, a cup of black coffee is my favorite little mercy. When solo-traveling through Copenhagen, I made sure to stop and sit in as many coffee shops as I could, totaling 10 over the course of three days. It was lovely!

Margo leads the account services team for our Kentucky client. A proud native, she relishes the opportunity to share all there is to see and do in the Bluegrass State — particularly if it relates to bourbon! Entertaining friends and family with home-cooked meals, chilled Manhattans (stirred, not shaken) and lots of laughs is Margo's idea of the perfect evening.

Staying at a villa in Sicily and taking daily cooking lessons from a local chef.

As part of the paid search and social team, Carolyn manages more social and SEM ads for our clients than she can count. In addition to being a proud cat mom to Tybalt, she can frequently be found performing/directing Shakespeare, going upside down on an aerial apparatus or traveling to (and trying to stay in) the U.K.

I lived in England for over a year for grad school — it's pretty hard to top that as a travel memory!

With 25-plus years of experience, Carrieann oversees design execution and process and ensures adherence to client brands. From concepting and designing digital and print implementations, she's adept at identifying the perfect font treatment to tell an article’s story, searches out unexpected angles in photography and keeps us on track with publication schedules.

Waking up in the Battlefield Bed & Breakfast in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, and realizing how much American History was around me.

Working directly for both president and CEO David Burgess and chairman Roger Miles, we all know it’s Lisa Hill who really runs things around here. When she's not keeping upper management in line, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family, shopping and, now that she (finally!) has her passport, traveling the world.

Seeing the Eiffel Tower all lit up at night!

Kristin Carlson was with Tahiti Tourisme North American for nearly 13 years and continues representing The Islands of Tahiti in her new role at Miles Partnership. Kristin draws on her decades of experience in marketing, advertising and strategic partnership building to cultivate relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders. While Southern California is her home base, travel remains a passion, as does time with friends/family, cooking and staying active.

Favorite Travel Memory

I traveled to Tahiti to celebrate my 50th birthday with a group of family and friends. We booked a day of snorkeling with rays and sharks, and enjoyed a gourmet local lunch on a private motu. 

Maria is a media coordinator who works with both hospitality and DMO clients executing media plans. When she is not calculating CTR, you will likely find her exploring Philadelphia with her partner or writing in a coffee shop.

Eating over a dozen different kinds of gelato at a festival in Rome!
