Stacey is a senior graphic designer in Miles’ hospitality division. She's an empathetic learner who strives to solve design problems with the user's needs as her guiding light, always asking questions to challenge assumptions and understand pain points. In her day to day, you can find her designing for social, digital, web, print and more.

Favorite Travel Memory

It was a day full of walking, shopping and bonding with friends old and new in Portland, Oregon, and it ended with a visit to the Lan Su Chinese Garden. The memory of its beauty, the peace and the company I had with me bring a smile to my heart and I'd repeat the day without a second thought.

Kim manages the destination optimization program team, which helps DMOs provide value to their industry through education and activation. Previously she has been the company’s director of SEO and the director of digital marketing for the hospitality division. She launched some of the industry’s first destination websites in the late 90s.

Favorite Travel Memory

My 100 percent not-athletic family and I conquered the Cathedral Rock trail in Sedona, Arizona. With a 700-foot elevation gain in less than a mile, it was more precarious rock climb than a trail, but the payoff was a stunning panorama of the red-rock landscape. It is a cherished "we survived" family touchpoint now.

Lauren is our fearless director of marketing, responsible for the strategy and implementation of various corporate marketing initiatives, such as overseeing the Miles brand and managing industry events and partnerships. Outside of work, you'll find her unwinding at the beach or exploring local festivals and music events.

In 2024, Lauren was selected for Destinations International’s Young Professional Leadership Development Program, recognized alongside the association’s 30 Under 30 class.

Favorite Travel Memory

I’m an avid beach-goer, so traveling to Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi, and experiencing the unique beaches on each part of the island was incredible.

As a content manager for print and digital initiatives, Christi plans, writes and edits pieces to inspire people to visit the U.S., piquing the former journalist’s interest in exploring new places. Away from work, the Rotary Club member enthusiastically supports the South Florida Bulls.

When Summer isn’t busy tracking and reporting on the performance of media campaigns for the hospitality performance team, she’s hunting down the latest trends and opportunities for improvement. A passionate traveler, she loves to explore new places, spend time with her German shepherd, Gunner, and spend time outdoors.

Favorite Travel Memory

My favorite travel memory was visiting Asia with my family. We saw the Great Wall and the Terracotta Warriors, and rode an elephant in Thailand. It was an unforgettable experience to be surrounded by so much history and culture and to share it with my family.

Charity thrives on collaborating with clients to craft marketing strategies that showcase a destination’s distinct story. Away from work, she looks forward to being near the water, checking off her concert bucket list and finding new places to explore with her husband and dog, Nyota.

My favorite travel memories are a mix of unplanned moments like our sea turtle encounter while snorkeling in Hawaii, stumbling upon a quirky Don Quixote museum in Spain, and bonding with locals at Munich's Marineplatz.

Jordan is committed to helping destination brands tell their story, leading Miles’ teams to deliver exceptional service and products. When she's not busy helping clients achieve their business goals and objectives, you can find her adventuring with family, listening to live music, enjoying a good cup of coffee or thrifting for unique textiles.

Favorite Travel Memory

Getting engaged in the Italian Riviera and spending the rest of our trip exploring small villages along the coast, enjoying delicious food and wine at every turn. The relaxed culture, slowed-down pace and natural beauty of Italy was an incredible backdrop for such a celebratory life moment.

A travel buff and enthusiastic planner both in and out of the office, Cynthia is a senior account director based in Lexington, Kentucky. When she’s not strategizing with our team to bring her clients' big ideas to life, she can be found out for an adventure with her family or scrapbooking her most recent explorations.

Favorite Travel Memory

We’ve set out to visit all 50 states with our daughter before she turns 18, so from the amazing views as we journeyed up the Pacific Coast Highway to cave explorations and waterfall hikes in Kentucky, we’re always making new travel memories. It’s impossible to pick a favorite!

Jodi was bitten by the travel bug at 14 when she spent a summer traveling across the U.S. with 40 other teens. With a background in magazine publishing and content marketing, she’s also a self-professed cruise nerd. When she’s not editing, writing or content creating, you can find her in Pilates, walking her dog and enjoying South Florida life.

As a director of development services, August oversees the digital accessibility and quality assurance teams. He's extremely passionate about providing the highest quality digital products that are inclusive to all. August is based out of South Florida and enjoys local craft breweries, subpar cover bands and the great outdoors.

Favorite Travel Memory

Celebrating Christmas in Switzerland while backpacking Europe with my childhood best friend. We stayed in Verbier, which is a small village in the Swiss Alps. We celebrated Christmas Day by consuming our body weight in fondue and watching "Love Actually" on repeat.

Ashley works on the DMO content team with a variety of clients, including Colorado and Nashville. Though she lives near the mountains in Denver, she feels most at home by the ocean. In her free time, she enjoys dance classes, cuddling her three adorable cats and watching “Jeopardy!” with her husband.

Visiting Paris with my husband twice — once while we were dating and the second time exactly 10 years later, when we recreated a photo from our first trip at the top of Notre Dame.

Maria is an associate media planner who works with both hospitality and DMO clients executing media plans. When she is not calculating CTR, you will likely find her exploring Philadelphia with her partner or writing in a coffee shop.

Isa is part of our Louisiana team and handles all things social media. As a content manager, she travels all over the Bayou State in search of the best things for visitors to experience. During her off time, you can find Isa at a coffee shop planning her next trip or learning a new cocktail recipe.

Favorite Travel Memory

One of my recent favorite travel memories was during a work trip! The Louisiana team went to California for the 2023 Rose Parade, and on one of our off days, a few of us drove to Malibu and sat on the rocky shore as the sun reflected off of the waves of El Matador Beach. In fact, it was the very first sunset of the year and is one of my all-time favorite views thus far.

With over 15 years of content expertise, Jason drives Places.Travel, the consumer-facing travel hub for Odyssey Studios. Known for pushing boundaries, he thrives on launching innovative content programs, from leading the charge with Apple Maps Guides to spearheading a new travel podcast. When not crafting compelling content, Jason hangs out with his trio of chihuahuas—Gizmo, Astro and Nemo—who keep him on his toes!

As a content manager in the hospitality division, Courtney's mind is always whirring with catch phrases, social captions and SEO keywords. If you can't find her, she's likely adding to her vocabulary with her nose in a book, chasing a ball around a soccer field or embarking on a high-altitude adventure in the Montana mountains.

Jeff has been in our IT department for nearly 30 years. When he's not putting out fires or searching for the next useful tools, he can be found running and biking around town or paddleboarding in the mangroves.

Favorite Travel Memory

After a day of hiking in Custer State Park in South Dakota, we rushed out to Wildlife Loop Road in hopes of seeing some bison before sunset. We were not disappointed! A million bison crossed the road right in front of our van.

Sam guides the content strategies and initiatives within the hospitality division while also ensuring the delivery of impactful content to clients. When she’s not crafting travel stories, you’ll find her adventuring in the mountains, creating a more sustainable lifestyle or daydreaming about her next travel destination.

Favorite Travel Memory

From sampling new dishes at the Tiong Bahru Market during golden hour to stumbling upon a neighborhood restaurant and indulging in a late-night dinner consisting of traditional chili crab, exploring the food scene in Singapore is one of my top travel memories.

Rachel brings a passion for intentional and strategic creative, believing "why" is more important than "how." When she's not dreaming up campaigns or perfecting the visual identity for our clients’ brands, you might find her dabbling in interior design, cooking, pottery or film photography—or simply hanging out at home in Orlando with her husband and cats.

Favorite Travel Memory

My favorite travel memory is flying over the Grand Canyon with my husband as the pilot (I sobbed, it was breathtaking!) A very close second is skydiving over the Swiss Alps!

Ashlyn is part of our VISIT FLORIDA team. As a Jacksonville native, she loves to travel anywhere there is a beach. In her free time she enjoys hanging out with friends and family, trying new restaurants or exploring the outdoors in south Georgia where she currently lives.

Julie is part of the Brand USA team and helps partners from Kentucky to Maine strategize and market themselves internationally. Outside of work, she loves to be on, near or in the water with her husband, whether it’s at the beach, lake, or river and of course, she’s always planning another trip.

Favorite Travel Memory

We recently went to South Africa, and one perfect evening, while on a safari game drive, we followed brother and sister lion cubs playing “hide and stalk” as they trotted along after mom for about 30 minutes. It was a magical moment.

Jaime leads the ad operations team, which handles clients’ digital-campaign tracking, making it possible to provide insights and strategic direction for future campaigns. When she is not trafficking VISIT FLORIDA campaigns or perfecting ad-ops processes, you might find her outside with her Samoyed Jovie or fishing and kayaking down in the Florida Keys.

Favorite Travel Memory

I went to Italy in 2014 with my mom and grandma (three generations!) We explored Milan, Venice, Florence, Siena, Tuscany, Rome, Pisa and Cinque Terre. The coast is beautiful, and we also loved getting lost in Venice and stumbling upon places we would have never seen otherwise.

Joy creates and optimizes content for our clients, bringing a strategic approach shaped by her background in research and editorial strategy. Outside of work, you’ll find her learning a new line dance, suffering up a mountain on whatever gear the season calls for or soaking in a hot spring. 

Favorite Travel Memory

When a winter transportation strike in Paris forced us to explore on foot, we experienced the city’s character in an intimate way. Plus, it came with a hearty supply of streetside roasted chestnuts.

Delaney designs eye-catching creative for social media, display ads and websites. Her specialization is print, and she has lead creative efforts to producing several guides during her time with Miles. She values creativity, communication and integrity when executing projects.

Favorite Travel Memory

In 2017, my mom and I traveled to northern Spain to walk a portion of the Camino de Santiago. We started our trek in León and ended in Santiago de Compostela, walking a total of 315 km over 14 days. Along the way, we met people from all over the world and indulged in the freshest of meals.

Katie is a senior graphic designer on our creative team who works on creating visitor guides as well as other design projects that come our way. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors exploring a number of hiking trails across the state of Arkansas, as well as tapping into her creative side through painting, drawing and calligraphy. 

Favorite Travel Memory

Most recently, I had the opportunity to visit Taos, New Mexico where I went skiing for the first time. When I wasn't on the slopes (trying not to wipe out) I explored a number of art galleries in the town and got to see some extraordinary pieces created by locals.

Eve is part of our paid-social team and manages campaigns from start to finish across multiple social platforms. Outside of work, you're likely to find her at a concert, planning her next vacation or exploring Denver with friends.

Liz oversees a group of accounts, making sure we achieve strong results. Off the clock, you can find her enjoying a Cardinals game in her hometown of St. Louis, shuttling her son to his sporting events or spending time with her dog Diego.

Taking my son to stay in a treehouse in the El Yunque rainforest in Puerto Rico.

Toni is a print production manager who works remotely from Venice, Florida. She enjoys boating and fishing with her husband and three kids. Originally from Ohio, Toni is a huge Ohio State Buckeyes fan.

Favorite Travel Memory

I enjoy exploring all of the Caribbean islands, but Aruba has been my favorite — seeing flamingos in the wild was the best!
