Traveling solo around Iceland during New Year's/my birthday and feeling wildly independent and free. But also really, really cold.

Cynthia works with the sales operations team as an advertising and data manager on the Fairfax, Louisiana, Memphis, Nebraska, New Orleans and VISIT FLORIDA accounts. When not socializing with her family and friends, she is most likely traveling on a transatlantic or Caribbean cruise.

Jeff leads brand strategy initiatives for multiple Miles teams working with new and existing destination clients. His purview is the coherence, clarity and effectiveness of client messaging across all media and in-market consumer touch points. He is also often tapped for his persuasive and evocative copywriting style.

Lori has been creating websites for over 25 years, starting with her local music scene before making it a career. Born and raised in Canada, Lori later moved to Detroit, Michigan. Her hobbies are playing with technology, traveling everywhere she can and spending time with her family. She tries to pet every furry animal she meets — to mixed results.

Andy is part of the destination partnership development team and helps client partners in Savannah, St. Pete/Clearwater, Sarasota, Naples and Miami with success. He loves his wife, his kids, the beach, sports and funny stuff.

An accomplished art director, Megan works closely with the Brand USA team, skillfully managing the Global Inspiration Program's print materials. Outside of work, Megan has a keen eye for finding beauty in everyday life, pursuing hobbies like photography, drawing and DIY house projects. I had an unforgettable 10-day journey through Spain with my family. From the ancient city of Toledo to the fine art in Madrid and the breathtaking beauty of Granada's Alhambra, every moment was a captivating adventure. During my recent trip to Seattle, I stayed with a local friend who provided us an insider's tour of the city's vibrant food and beer scenes. Mary is a content manager who works with destinations all across the country, from northern California to the Midwest. Off the clock, you can find her at the gym or in a yoga class, reading the next book on her TBR list or listening to live local music at her favorite watering hole.

During a trip with my boyfriend to Laguna Beach, we went on a whale-watching tour. While we didn't come across any whales, we did find ourselves amid a mega-pod of dolphins. We were literally surrounded by thousands of dolphins for over an hour. Something I'll never forget!

Mitch has been a developer at Miles since 2008, coding and executing responsive emails in HTML/CSS for destination and hospitality clients. When Mitch isn’t building emails, he is spending time with his family.

My favorite travel memory was being a nomad in New Zealand for almost 2 months.

From sampling new dishes at the Tiong Bahru Market during golden hour to stumbling upon a neighborhood restaurant and indulging in a late-night dinner consisting of traditional chili crab, exploring the food scene in Singapore is one of my top travel memories.

Adam is part of the Odyssey Studios team, and is responsible for curating and cataloging the team's video and photographic assets to increase ROI for clients. Adam is a bookworm and video gamer who enjoys getting lost on backroads while finding new places and painting with his wife and their children.

My favorite travel memory is when I traveled to Springfield, Ohio, for a family gathering. My wife was able to book an Airbnb stay in the home she lived in as a teenager, which she always loved but had never been able to say goodbye to as it was sold while she was away. Listening to the owner ask her about how she and her family installed features was just fantastic.

Missy is joining the DMO sales team as a business development manager. She has decades of experience in sales and marketing as well as film and TV production. She has even had some success behind the camera in a few hit films but prefers to travel and read these days.

Taylor is part of our hospitality team, leveraging data-driven insights and automation to craft impactful campaigns. When she’s not optimizing email flows and customer journeys, you can find her exploring the outdoors or chasing after her 1-year-old son, Cash.

Out of the few countries I’ve traveled to so far, Ireland has stolen my heart as my number one travel memory. Everything about it was amazing – the lively culture, hearty meals, friendly community and stunning views. It holds so much history, and I will never forget how it made me feel.

As an ad operations specialist, Taylor supports the ad operations team and our clients. She has been in the digital operations and media space for over six years. When Taylor is not working, you can find her outside enjoying beautiful New York City and making music (her favorite hobby).

My favorite travel memory was when I took my first solo trip to Amsterdam. I fell in love with the city and have already been back twice. 

Hallie specializes in print layout design and loves taking on any "odd jobs" that get her dabbling in branding and logo work. When away from the design world she's likely lost in a book, at the dog park with her pit bull Winston, or hiking/camping Colorado mountains.

Walking cobblestone streets to the art studio on an early morning, watching the small island-town come to life along the calm Aegean Sea; Spending my morning(s) painting in Greece.

Karin is a Senior Vice President at Miles and has been with the company for almost 17 years. She started as an Account Director, handling marketing within the western United States and has moved all the way up into a global role focused in the areas of Tourism and Hospitality for the last 6 years. Off hours, she’s planning her family’s next adventure traveling the world or at home cooking up some homemade pizza.

Every beach trip with my girls, building sandcastles, finding shell treasures, soaking in the sun and playing in the ocean waves. With both kids on each side holding tight while the waves come towards us, we jump together. Hearing them giggling is absolutely the best.

As a media planner at Miles, Jada creates, optimizes and analyzes campaigns for Savannah, Tybee Island, Memphis and others, using data-driven strategies to inspire travel and drive measurable results. In her time off, she enjoys hiking, shopping, trying out new recipes and playing with her dogs, Crew and Kai.

My favorite travel memory is exploring Italy; visiting Rome, Siena, Florence, Cinque Terre, Tuscany and Milan. Experiencing the rich culture and vibrant way of life there was truly inspiring and made me excited to see more of the world.

Plus, juggling ad budgets and performance metrics to ensure every penny works hard — it's totally her thing! When she isn't working, she's most likely planning her next dog-friendly vacation, enjoying concerts or attempting to golf.

I got lost in an airport when I was 6. My mom told me earlier that day that if she would have named me, I would been Amanda — Mandy for short (my dad named me Lisa). A security guard found me crying and asked my name. I told him my name was Amanda, Mandy for short. It didn't take my parents long to figure out it was me, but by that time, I was happily eating an ice cream.

Beginning as an editorial assistant in 1999, David now oversees all aspects of services at Miles, from strategic planning to revenue. When not in the office or on the road, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and kids, sweating in Bikram yoga and dreaming of a better golf game.

Andraya monitors and manages the production of print products from start to finish for Brand USA, SEE, and many DMO clients. When she is not juggling print tasks, this animal lover and cooking enthusiast can usually be found event or vacation planning, helping others, spending quality time with loved ones, or making memories with her husband, son, cat, and two dogs.

My favorite travel memory is anytime I explore this big world with my husband and son. Those adventures and experiences together being fully present are priceless.

Jamie is a results-driven, Chicago-born metalhead turned Minneapolis transplant. She guides complex digital projects with a fusion of creativity, technical prowess and strategic insight. Getting booted off a Southwest flight for a "hilarious" middle-seat-saving plan. Bachelorette bash turned into a middle-seat fiasco, all thanks to my loud friend faking a cold. I even thought we were getting an upgrade. Lesson learned: no upgrades on Southwest!

A journalist by trade, Steven traded the newsroom for a much more enjoyable assignment as a food writer and travel editor. (Yeah, he gets paid to eat.) As a senior content director, Steven now cooks up effective, innovative and integrated content strategies for a host of destination clients, including Puerto Rico, Louisiana, New Orleans and Fairfax County, Virginia.

There are so many! But gathering for a multi-country family reunion at a five-star farm-restaurant high atop the mountains in Slovenia is way up there. The food. The views. The connections. The memories. Priceless!

Chris is a designer whose work spans multiple clients and teams. He creates for print, web, html5 and logos, among many other things. When he's not head-down focused on design, you'll find him with his pug Mabel, in the kitchen, playing his bass or out frolicking in nature.

Favorite Travel Memory

I was in Norway for a celebration of my grandfather — his sculpture of Lincoln in Oslo stands as the only one by an artist other than Gustav Vigeland in Frogner Park. My best memory was a midnight row across one of the widest points of the widest fjord in Norway, the Geirangerfjord. Sunlight bathed the mountain peaks as we tried to outrace a gigantic oil tanker. We lived.

Mattie is an account director who uses her organizational skills to ensure deadlines are met and clients are happy. When she's not slinging ads, she can usually be found exploring everything Colorado has to offer. She loves all things outdoors, including fly fishing, skiing and hiking with her dog.

Exploring Belize with my husband! We journeyed around multiple islands via golf cart, caught bonefish, swam with sharks and ventured deep into ancient caves to explore Mayan ritual sites.

One of my favorite travel memories is experiencing the breathtaking beauty of a wildlife safari on New Zealand’s West Coast. We traveled to Muriwai Beach to witness thousands of gannets gathering at sunset. The scene was unforgettable. In that moment, it felt as if the world had opened up—nothing else mattered.

Chelsea is a member of the ad operations team who oversees a diverse client portfolio. Beyond campaign management, she's an avid baker, a Ted Lasso enthusiast, and enjoys beachside reading. In her free time, she's either chasing passport stamps, attending sporting events or on the hunt for the perfect cup of joe.
