Embarking on a Croatian adventure with my besties was pure magic. From Dubrovnik's ancient charm to Split's lively streets, and the island gems in between — we laughed, wandered and created memories to last a lifetime.

Melissa leads the company's consulting practice focused on developing inclusive marketing strategies that broaden audience reach and create meaningful connections with travelers from all backgrounds. She works with clients to implement tailored approaches that foster authentic connections and expand reach across the travel and tourism industry. Melissa resides just outside of Atlanta, has a deep passion for the arts and loves to cook.

Zurich, Switzerland

Combining a creative and data-driven approach to our hospitality clients’ marketing needs, Camron's award-winning work on behalf of clients, including Hawks Cay and Hilton Sandestin, has resulted in significant revenue and performance gains. Camron is an avid foxhunter and lives on a horse farm with her husband, dogs, cats, chickens and horses.

We drove the Ring of Kerry on St. Patrick’s Day and had the road to ourselves since tours were closed for the holiday. We were delighted to find authentic local festivals in the small towns along the route. The locals were so kind and welcoming, and the land is gorgeous!

Adam is part of the Odyssey Studios team, and is responsible for curating and cataloging the team's video and photographic assets to increase ROI for clients. Adam is a bookworm and video gamer who enjoys getting lost on backroads while finding new places and painting with his wife and their children.

Favorite Travel Memory

My favorite travel memory is when I traveled to Springfield, Ohio, for a family gathering. My wife was able to book an Airbnb stay in the home she lived in as a teenager, which she always loved but had never been able to say goodbye to as it was sold while she was away. Listening to the owner ask her about how she and her family installed features was just fantastic.

Stacia leads the partner-program development with the Brand USA team, creating innovative and diverse offerings that drive incremental international visitation to the U.S. She resides in Atlanta, where she enjoys all things floral, a challenging pilates class and spending time with her husband and two adult children, Isabella and James.

I am part of the Kentucky account team and I assist with project management, ensuring the client’s needs are met and communicated effectively. When I'm not working and immersing myself in all things Kentucky, I'm probably crocheting and preparing for an upcoming market day. Besides that, I love being outside with my pets, tending to my plants and baking delicious treats for friends/family.

Traveling to St. John (USVI) and living like a local for a whole month on the island.

As a media supervisor, tourism has been a mainstay in Ivy’s career since day one. With her extensive knowledge across offline and digital media, she puts together cohesive and effective media plans for her clients. When she's not doing media math, she can be found spending time with her family, reading a good book (fiction only please) or watching Formula 1.

Our family's annual fall trip has quickly become one of my favorite of the year — getting to experience destinations with our daughter for the first time has been very special.

David is responsible for the systems and process used to create and host our digital products. When not deep in the digital realm, he spends time with his wife and two kids (whenever they are home from college!). He combines baseball and travel as much as possible — if he's in your city and there is baseball game happening, you'll definitely find him at the park!

Walking through EPCOT at closing time — an almost empty park with just our family but still all lit up for Christmas. Magical!

A travel buff and enthusiastic planner both in and out of the office, Cynthia is a senior account director based in Lexington, Kentucky. We’ve set out to visit all 50 states with our daughter before she turns 18, so from the amazing views as we journeyed up the Pacific Coast Highway to cave explorations and waterfall hikes in Kentucky, we’re always making new travel memories. It’s impossible to pick a favorite!

Carrie is a curiosity-fueled content director based in New York’s beautiful Hudson Valley. After hours, you’ll find her researching history projects, hoarding obscure hot sauces, attending film festivals and tennis tournaments, or dreaming up her next trip.

I stayed at a small inn on a sheep farm in the Scottish highlands that sat at the convergence of two lochs. On the long road in was a cemetery that housed the grave of Rob Roy. The cozy scotch bar had just two seats. A quintessential Scottish experience.

Aimee is a content manager on the Brand USA team. She loves learning and writing about vibrant destinations. When she's not crafting copy or chasing her two awesome kids, she spends time at her local library.

Summer vacations in Bethany Beach, Delaware.

Lori is a paid search analyst on the hospitality team. She specializes in building and managing data-driven, results-focused paid search campaigns that deliver measurable success. Outside of work, Lori is deeply committed to animal rescue and usually has at least one foster dog or cat bringing joy (and sometimes chaos) to her home. She also loves to travel and explore all the beautiful sights the Pacific Northwest has to offer with her two dogs, Ripley and Lita.

With nearly 20 years in the travel and tourism industry—and more than eight of those at Miles—Katelin leads digital production for web programs on the Brand USA team. Originally from Cape Cod, she’s happily swapped snow boots for flip-flops. When she’s not managing digital projects, you’ll find her hiking parks, catching reggae shows or checking out Florida’s craft breweries.

The Australian outback was the furthest I’d ever traveled from the ocean, and the most mesmerized I’d ever felt by a landscape. The vivid colors, unique wildlife and a horizon that stretched on forever—it was shockingly beautiful.

Sarah works as a video editor with Odyssey Studios, focusing on projects in the post-production phase. She enjoys reading, watching reality TV and showing off her two black cats.

A serial entrepreneur, Ryan joined Miles in 2018 following the acquisition of his studio, Odyssey. With more than 20 years of digital, experiential and content-marketing experience, he oversees a portfolio of client accounts, as well as our creative and studio functions. He is an author and nationally recognized public speaker on tourism, strategy, consumer behavior, destination marketing and digital advertising.

Climbing 4,000 feet into the clouds at Huayna Picchu, Peru.

As part of the Brand USA team, Angie thrives on strategizing and creating engaging international marketing plans for partners in the Southeast region. When she’s not traveling, she’s outside gardening, working on a home-improvement project, hiking in the Pacific Northwest or enjoying live music. She cohabitates with her two lovely cats, Barry and Nelly, outside of Seattle.

Favorite Travel Memory

In the Dutch countryside, we visited a dairy farm famous for its Gouda. We met the farmer, cows and the cheesemakers, who demonstrated the process from fresh milk to the final product. We also toured iconic windmills. Going inside a working windmill, it was super interesting to observe the mechanics, living quarters, and how they control the flooding and waterways.

Lori has been creating websites for over 25 years, starting with her local music scene before making it a career. Born and raised in Canada, Lori later moved to Detroit, Michigan. Her hobbies are playing with technology, traveling everywhere she can and spending time with her family. She tries to pet every furry animal she meets — to mixed results.

Trips to the beach in Boca Raton with my family and exploring everything weird and hip in Portland, Oregon.

As part of the digital product team, Amy combines her eye for detail with technical knowhow to produce stunning websites. When she’s not wrangling pixels into place, she enjoys reading, dabbling in fiber arts and spending time with her husband and two children.

Hiking in Haleakala National Park on Maui is not something I will soon forget. The scenery — including a bamboo forest — was amazing and the hike ended at a huge waterfall, Waimoku Falls. It felt like a completely different world.

Angela leads our team of experts to deliver top-performing digital products. When she’s not mentoring the team, digging into data and discovering what's next for clients, she’s an avid traveler with an unquenchable thirst for new experiences. She’s always on the go with an itinerary in hand, snapping photos, testing her palate and chatting up the locals.

Jordan is committed to helping destination brands tell their story, leading Miles’ teams to deliver exceptional service and products. Getting engaged in the Italian Riviera and spending the rest of our trip exploring small villages along the coast, enjoying delicious food and wine at every turn. The relaxed culture, slowed-down pace and natural beauty of Italy was an incredible backdrop for such a celebratory life moment.

Juan serves as an account director, supporting clients to ensure their marketing strategies resonate with travelers from all backgrounds. Personally, he thrives on learning about different cultures, meeting new people and exploring the world. An avid traveler, foodie and dog lover, in his free time he's likely exploring parks, hiking or embarking on a new adventure.

Favorite Travel Memory

One of my favorite travel memories is the time I spent two weeks in Barcelona, Spain, with my best friend. We stayed in the Catalan region, where they speak a different dialect of Spanish. Our local host showed us around the city, and we also met some other Americans who were visiting. They ended up joining us throughout the entire trip, and we made some amazing memories together.

Henry is part of the destination optimization team and helps organize and implement the education side of the programs, including leading seminars and hosting office hours. In Henry's spare time, you can find him exploring new places by land or by sea with wife and two pups.

Easily the opportunity to drive up and down and across the state of Wyoming to host seminars and help promote those destinations with organic digital marketing.

As the performance director for the hospitality division, Nancy utilizes data, research and collaboration to develop and implement owned and paid strategies and plans that drive results. When she is not diving into analytics and spreadsheets, she can be found enjoying the best of Colorado — live music, great outdoors, craft beer and making memories with friends and family.

Traveling to Italy with 40 of my closest friends!

Janet is a content strategist whose focus is on concepting and creating content for clients such as St. Pete/Clearwater, Virginia Beach, Fort Myers and Miami. Her favorite vacations are in wild places where you can hear the wind and the birds, and her hobbies in St. Pete include gardening (yardening?), singing in a community chorus and obsessing about paint colors.

One of my favorite travel memories is hiking in the El Yunque National Forest in Puerto Rico with my husband Tim and our intrepid guide, Juan. At points, we were ankle-deep in red mud. But we also had a refreshing swim in a beautiful natural pool underneath a waterfall and ate fresh mangos off a banana leaf while perched on a rock.

In 2023, I visited Belize and was absolutely stunned by just how beautiful it is. From the beaches to the rainforest, there were so many things to discover. We stayed at a local AirBnB and spent the evenings chatting with the host, learning about Belizean culture and history—and trying local produce right from his farm!

Krystal is a project manager who works with a variety of clients on everything from website and to creative and media needs and visitor guides. When she isn't working on travel-related projects, you can find her hitting the road (or air) for new adventures with her husband, three kids and adorable minpin.

Favorite Travel Memory

I spent two months road tripping with my family from Texas to Washington, hitting all of the national and state parks we could along the way. It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience!

Amanda is part of the email marketing team and manages programs for more than 20 different clients, including program analysis, email builds and deployment, scheduling and process development. When she is not submersed in the email marketing world, she is usually shuttling her two daughters to their many activities.

Favorite Travel Memory

My daughters played in snow for the first time on a trip to Iowa to visit family. Less than an hour after our plane landed, snow flurries began. After a quick run to Target to find boots, gloves and other snow apparel, there was 2 inches on the ground. We built snowmen and sledded in my brothers yard. My youngest is still talking about how much fun she had that day.
