Last fall, I visited Halifax, Nova Scotia for the first time. My husband and I took a food tour, sampling everything the city had to offer while the leaves fell around us. It was an absolutely perfect day.

Dylan is part of the Kentucky team. He works with cooperative partners and internal teams to make sure things go off without a hitch. When he is not working, you will find him outside with his wife, his Springer Spaniels, Maya and Theo, and his bearded dragon.

The partner-programs operations manager on the Brand USA team, Miranda works to scale and streamline processes. When she isn't online, she’s probably snowboarding, traveling for a concert or hanging out with her dogs, Stevie and Charlotte. She is also an enamel-pin collector and always open to a trade.

Experiencing the stunning scenery, amazing wildlife and great outdoor adventures during a family roadtrip to Yellowstone, Canyonlands, Moab and Zion, where we were able to disconnect from the rest of the world and feel truly alive.

Eve uses her previous public relations experience at top-ranking theme parks to craft innovative, engaging and meaningful content as a content coordinator at Miles. In her free time, if she's not at a Tampa Bay Lightning game, you can find Eve on the beach, sitting poolside or relaxing on a boat in the middle of the bay.

A spontaneous weekend getaway to Anchorage turned into the Alaskan adventure of a lifetime, complete with reindeer sausage, bear spotting and an intense uphill drive in a Chevy Malibu through the tiniest mountain towns!

Rachel leads the growth strategy for Destination Wayfinder, helping tourism organizations strengthen destination stewardship. When she’s not advising DMOs, she’s kayaking near her home in Durango, Colorado, cooking global cuisine or exploring her next destination—45 countries and counting!

Favorite Travel Memory

At 14, I visited the small remote island of Nosy Komba, Madagascar, seeing lemurs up close, wandering its beaches and meeting the welcoming locals. That adventure sparked my love for travel and passion for ecotourism, showing me the magic of exploring new places while honoring nature and culture.

Working directly for both president and CEO David Burgess and chairman Roger Miles, we all know it’s Lisa Hill who really runs things around here. When she's not keeping upper management in line, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family, shopping and, now that she (finally!) has her passport, traveling the world.

Meet Erin, a digital product manager who balances work and play and brings a lively and personable touch to everything she does. Erin takes pilates classes, tries new air-fryer recipes, explores her new city of Austin and travels to spend time with family and friends. When not on the move, you can count on her to enjoy a glass of wine and good TV drama at the end of the day.

Janet is a content strategist whose focus is on concepting and creating content for clients such as St. Pete/Clearwater, Virginia Beach, Fort Myers and Miami. Her favorite vacations are in wild places where you can hear the wind and the birds, and her hobbies in St. Pete include gardening (yardening?), singing in a community chorus and obsessing about paint colors.

One of my favorite travel memories is hiking in the El Yunque National Forest in Puerto Rico with my husband Tim and our intrepid guide, Juan. At points, we were ankle-deep in red mud. But we also had a refreshing swim in a beautiful natural pool underneath a waterfall and ate fresh mangos off a banana leaf while perched on a rock.

Meet Felipe, a dynamic art director whose passions span horizons (literally). He crafts visual stories both professionally as a digital artist and through his photography side hustle. An explorer by nature, find him hiking Red Rocks and paddleboarding Bear Creek Lake on the weekends. Evenings? They're for unwinding with videogames, homemade food and a Gatorade.

My favorite travel memory has to be backpacking through Europe for a couple of months. This was my biggest solo trip, where I got to go through Spain, Germany, Italy, Austria and Italy. I met so many people and ate so much good food, but most importantly learned how big the world can be outside of the U.S.

Scott is a web developer who brings the web to life through a wide range of front-end technologies and accessibility in mind. When he is not at the computer, he is out hiking and exploring. He lives in Southern California with his wife and two kids.

Henry is part of the destination optimization team and helps organize and implement the education side of the programs, including leading seminars and hosting office hours. In Henry's spare time, you can find him exploring new places by land or by sea with wife and two pups.

Easily the opportunity to drive up and down and across the state of Wyoming to host seminars and help promote those destinations with organic digital marketing.

With 20-plus years in destination marketing, Lisa brings people together to spark meaningful conversations, connects people around common goals and creates an environment where real relationships can be made. When out of the office, Lisa can usually be found playing on the beach or cooking up something sweet in her kitchen.

Having the opportunity to sail the British Virgin Islands with my husband and family was an experience that I will forever be grateful for.

A Midwestern girl with a passion for travel and meeting people (and pets) in new places, Jennie loves a process, spreadsheets and has a knack for organization. She works as an account manager for the Georgia and Savannah/Tybee accounts. When she's not working, you can find her cooking, exercising and tending to her growing collection of ferns.

Visiting China with my father, we spent three weeks traveling around Shanghai. 

Kelby is a producer in Odyssey Studios, where she pulls all the pieces together for the next big photo or video shoot and brings creative visions to life. When not at her desk, she's likely in search of a great cup of coffee, delicious street snacks or a salty-spicy margarita. You may also find her paddle boarding, visiting a museum or exploring a neighborhood.

Fresh coconuts and no internet on a remote island in Belize.

Hanna works on our operations team handling projects centered on making the team-member experience the best it can be. Her experience during her 9-plus years at Miles allows her to be nimble with evolving processes to meet our future needs. She enjoys live music, skiing, hiking, biking and satiating sweet-tooth cravings in ice-cream shops or making home-baked goods.

Favorite Travel Memory

My favorite travel memory is having the chance to raft the Grand Canyon for 21 days. We slept under the stars, had a couple of flipped boats and got to experience one of the world's wonders up close.

With over 8 years of combined hospitality and marketing experience, Katy joins Miles as an Account Supervisor for the Experience Kissimmee team. Outside of work, you can always find Katy with a book (or two) in her hand, wringing every last dime out of her Universal annual pass, and counting down the days until the next Halloween Horror Nights event.

I got the opportunity to study abroad in London, Paris, and Barcelona. One of the coolest things we got to do was have dinner in the Eiffel Tower and then go all the way to the top - it is something I will never forget, mostly because I'm terrified of heights.

When she’s not mentoring the team, digging into data and discovering what's next for clients, she’s an avid traveler with an unquenchable thirst for new experiences. She’s always on the go with an itinerary in hand, snapping photos, testing her palate and chatting up the locals.

Britt is a content manager for both digital and print projects — including monthly eNews, social campaigns, vacation planners and travel guides for clients such as Alaska, Florida, New Jersey and more. She enjoys being on, in or near the water at all times when she's not writing, proofing or coming up with a catchy headline.

Traveling solo around Iceland during New Year's/my birthday and feeling wildly independent and free. But also really, really cold.

A journalist by trade, Steven traded the newsroom for a much more enjoyable assignment as a food writer and travel editor. (Yeah, he gets paid to eat.) As a senior content director, Steven now cooks up effective, innovative and integrated content strategies for a host of destination clients, including Puerto Rico, Louisiana, New Orleans and Fairfax County, Virginia.

There are so many! But gathering for a multi-country family reunion at a five-star farm-restaurant high atop the mountains in Slovenia is way up there. The food. The views. The connections. The memories. Priceless!

Luke is an account coordinator and works mainly with St. Pete/Clearwater. His attention to detail and ability to multitask helps the team deliver exceptional value to each client. Outside of work, he can be found throwing the ball for his dog Fisher, cooking spicy food or biking with his wife.

Favorite Travel Memory

A favorite travel memory is getting to travel to Germany with my dad in 2014. We were able to travel by train and visit Munich, Stuttgart, Berlin, Frankfurt and many other small towns. The highlight of the trip was getting to go to a football (soccer) match and experience the amazing atmosphere.

Melissa has been creating, recreating and maintaining a diverse range of website projects at Miles now for 23-plus years and has expertise in web platforms and languages, server environments and database programming. She works remotely, making her home in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, with her husband and two children.

Jason is happiest when he sees partners get results from a successful program. A father of two and a former sports journalist, Jason is also a stand-up comedy nerd who loves to sing. The trip I just took to the Pacific Northwest with my girlfriend, hitting Portland, Seattle, Idaho and Montana. Amazing food and even better scenery.

A Georgia native who called Maryland, South Dakota, Utah and Colorado home before settling in Kentucky, Kelly conducts a symphony of technology and creativity, fusing innovation with stewardship and sustainability. Alongside her partner Greg, two pups and grown kids, her passions include voyages to new destinations, culinary creation, gardening and live concerts.

Bali's vivid hues and beaming faces welcomed us, emanating happiness and forging instant connections. My children, away from electronics, reveled in local culture, embracing community and togetherness. Beneath banana trees, our guide plucked some for us. This spontaneous act epitomized the trip — authentic, unscripted and full of simple joys.

Mary is a content manager who works with destinations all across the country, from northern California to the Midwest. Off the clock, you can find her at the gym or in a yoga class, reading the next book on her TBR list or listening to live local music at her favorite watering hole.

During a trip with my boyfriend to Laguna Beach, we went on a whale-watching tour. While we didn't come across any whales, we did find ourselves amid a mega-pod of dolphins. We were literally surrounded by thousands of dolphins for over an hour. Something I'll never forget!

We’ve set out to visit all 50 states with our daughter before she turns 18, so from the amazing views as we journeyed up the Pacific Coast Highway to cave explorations and waterfall hikes in Kentucky, we’re always making new travel memories. It’s impossible to pick a favorite!
