A Denver-based account director who has been at Miles since 2019, Ben thrives at solving complex problems and has a knack for providing practical solutions while maintaining an upbeat attitude. He fills his spare time fly fishing, skiing, going to concerts and spending time with his fiancé and two Australian shepherds, Bindi and Woodford.

Favorite Travel Memory

As an avid fly fisherman, trips to the backwaters of Florida, winding rivers of Montana or camping trips to freestone rivers in Colorado are always top of mind.

Beth is a project manager with a strong attention to detail and an extensive background in client services. Beth is a competitive Ironman triathlete, a soccer enthusiast and dog mom to two Siberian huskies, Odin and Ragnar. Off the clock, she can likely be found training for her next athletic endeavor.

My favorite travel memories are from my childhood. My family vacationed at Black Butte Ranch Resort in Oregon every summer for as long as I can remember. It’s where I learned how to ride a bike and get lost in adventure with my siblings. Every time I smell a pine tree, those memories come flooding back.

Brittany is an account supervisor and skilled collaborator. She supports many destinations, including St. Pete/Clearwater, Greater Miami and Winston-Salem. You can usually find her enjoying gin cocktails, performing community theater, reading Shakespeare or watching Bayern Munich soccer games with her German-speaking family.

How can I choose a favorite?! But one of my all-time favorites was when my husband and I embarked on a 50-day road trip, hitting more than 26 states and parts of Canada, when we moved from our first home in North Carolina back to our families in Denver.

Mike is a travel, culture and people enthusiast. By day, he navigates the digital realm as a project manager, weaving website experiences into the vibrant spectrums of travel. Beyond his professional duties, you'll find him strumming melodies, experimenting in the kitchen and planning his next solo mission into uncharted territories.

Finding gratitude in small moments, gaining new insights and savoring those first few bites of food in unfamiliar places.

Scott began his travel career in the airline industry, and just before joining the Miles oversaw more than 50 luxury resorts for a hotel group. In his spare time, Scott enjoys glassblowing, astronomy and spending time with his poorly behaved but loveable dog, who by the way, has much better frequent-flyer program status than Scott does.

Melissa has been creating, recreating and maintaining a diverse range of website projects at Miles now for 23-plus years and has expertise in web platforms and languages, server environments and database programming. She works remotely, making her home in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, with her husband and two children.

Lauren works on some of our largest DMO and hospitality accounts to traffic, optimize and report on each campaign from start to finish. When she's not digging into reporting and trafficking campaigns, you can find her behind the lens of her camera or spending time with her husband and son.

Melissa is an art director and visitor-guide master who works with her team to develop and execute print and digital creative assets. She is a Wisconsin native who, when not shoveling snow, can be found trying out new recipes with her husband, crafting the last thing she saw on Pinterest or spending time on the water at her cabin on the lake.

Favorite Travel Memory

One of my favorite travel memories was catching freshly made hot rolls in mid-air during dinner at Lambert's Cafe in Ozark, Missouri, with my husband and his family. We all laughed out loud as the waitstaff yelled "hot rools!" and then a bun would fly through the air over our heads into an open hand!

Lauryn values the relationships she's built with her destination clients and works with the creative teams to strategize and execute results-driven marketing programs. She enjoys exploring the great outdoors anywhere she visits. Outside of work, you’ll find her running around with her boys or at the dog beach with her husband and dog, Ranger.

Kayaking in Hawai'i and then jumping into an inactive volcano, plus learning how to surf!

Kelli is part of account services in the hospitality division and uses her past experience in the industry to best serve her clients. Off the clock, find her chasing new adventures with her husband and yellow labs through travel, live music and lots of college football.

While in Spain, we celebrated San Fermin, staying up all night to secure and guard our spot on the rails to watch the running of the bulls bright and early. We rounded the expedition out with a churro and a catnap on a park bench. ¡Gora San Fermín!

After spending years in the CVB and DMO world, Courtney now uses her tourism-marketing experience to create content for a variety of Miles' clients. Based in Atlanta, she spends her free time exploring the Southeast either hiking mountains or visiting beaches with her golden retriever Boone.

I will never forget hiking my first 14er with my brother. Mount Yale holds a special place in my heart!

Sunny is an advertising account manager on the Brand USA team working remotely from the foothills of the Missouri Ozarks. After hours, she and her husband explore local hiking trails or play strategy board games when she is not creating hand-stamped greeting cards. They look forward annually to Colorado skiing and Destin’s emerald waters, sometimes with their adult children.

Favorite Travel Memory

In the Marquesas Islands, I dug my feet in the black-sand beaches and saw manta rays and sea turtles, learned how to weave a thatch roof, helped dry bananas, attended church with the locals, and visited with friends who roasted breadfruit over an open fire and made coconut milk the traditional way.

David creates and automates reporting, troubleshoots data problems and maintains our internal budget/forecast planning tools. He has a degree in Physics from University of Colorado but never worked in that field—unless you count his home brewing of craft beers—and is equally at home on the beach or the ski slopes.

Jodi was bitten by the travel bug at 14 when she spent a summer traveling across the U.S. with 40 other teens. With a background in magazine publishing and content marketing, she’s also a self-professed cruise nerd. When she’s not editing, writing or content creating, you can find her in Pilates, walking her dog and enjoying South Florida life.

As an associate media planner, Katie geeks out on creating the perfect plan to bring a campaign to life. In her off time, you'll find Katie outdoors exploring new places, hunting down her new favorite antique piece, or spending time with her family and three dogs, Jax, Finn and Marlow.

Using his operational, account and technology expertise, David leads the information technology team. Since 2016, he has been traveling the U.S. as a digital nomad with his wife, a travel nurse, and a rescue dog named Dallas in an RV. Their quest is to visit all 63 national parks.

One of my favorite memories is hiking to the top of Half Dome in Yosemite National Park and looking over the edge to the Yosemite Valley.

Destiny is fascinated by other people's cultures, experiences and delicacies, which has made working in this industry an excellent fit, having previously worked at a DMO. When she isn't reviewing campaign delivery in GAM, she leads Pilates classes, eats kimchi ramen, reads, and discusses people's passions, mistakes and successes on her podcast.

Angela leads our team of experts to deliver top-performing digital products. When she’s not mentoring the team, digging into data and discovering what's next for clients, she’s an avid traveler with an unquenchable thirst for new experiences. She’s always on the go with an itinerary in hand, snapping photos, testing her palate and chatting up the locals.

Samantha develops media-execution strategies from start to finish, including extensive research and planning to ensure campaigns align with client objectives. When she's not planning for her clients, you'll find her taking pictures and exploring beautiful Colorado with her son.

My favorite travel memory was taking my son, who was three at the time, to Kauai and watching him fall in love with a new environment and try new things every day. His excitement to learn and see the world brought a whole new passion for my love for travel.

Liz oversees a group of accounts, making sure we achieve strong results. Off the clock, you can find her enjoying a Cardinals game in her hometown of St. Louis, shuttling her son to his sporting events or spending time with her dog Diego.

Kim manages the destination optimization program team, which helps DMOs provide value to their industry through education and activation. Previously she has been the company’s director of SEO and the director of digital marketing for the hospitality division. She launched some of the industry’s first destination websites in the late 90s.

Favorite Travel Memory

My 100 percent not-athletic family and I conquered the Cathedral Rock trail in Sedona, Arizona. With a 700-foot elevation gain in less than a mile, it was more precarious rock climb than a trail, but the payoff was a stunning panorama of the red-rock landscape. It is a cherished "we survived" family touchpoint now.

Mari brings with her more than 20 years of experience working with Tahiti Tourisme. Her natural ability to be organized led her to specialize in event planning. She has traveled to The Islands of Tahiti nearly 30 times and has been fortunate to have visited 16 of the 118 islands. Mari works remotely from Huntington Beach, California, and enjoys taking her dog, Poé, to the beach and going to yoga.

An accomplished art director, Megan works closely with the Brand USA team, skillfully managing the Global Inspiration Program's print materials. Outside of work, Megan has a keen eye for finding beauty in everyday life, pursuing hobbies like photography, drawing and DIY house projects. She also shares her heart with her husband and their dogs, Bella, Tucker, and Miley.

I had an unforgettable 10-day journey through Spain with my family. From the ancient city of Toledo to the fine art in Madrid and the breathtaking beauty of Granada's Alhambra, every moment was a captivating adventure. Exploring the vibrant culture, savoring delicious paella and sharing laughter with my loved ones made this escapade truly magical.

Always working on what's next, Nate leads Miles' Brand USA-dedicated team and Tourism Exchange USA, a Miles-owned company that's democratizing global product development and distribution through technology. When not proselytizing at industry conferences, he plays competitive wiffle ball, watches his daughters dance and takes quasi-classic cars back and forth from the shop.

I pretty much make a new favorite travel memory every time I see the look on my kids' faces as they experience something new, from driving through Zion National Park to looking down on France and Italy from the top of Mt. Blanc.

Porfirio specializes in data analysis and reporting, delivering actionable insights to optimize digital strategies. Outside of work, his competitive and problem-solving spirit comes alive through playing soccer, hitting the gym and solving puzzles.

Watching Lionel Messi play for FC Barcelona in Spain, score a hat-trick and present the Ballon d'Or—all in the same game!

As head of research and insights, Chris is also our "head of curiosity" for understanding major trends, opportunities and challenges in travel and tourism. When not involved in research, education or other projects at Miles, Chris is an avid traveler — always off to far-flung destinations with his friends, daughters and other family.

Favorite Travel Memory

Those special moments while traveling when you round a corner or top a hill and see a special, completely different view of the world. Unique sights, sounds, smells and feel. You are in a completely new moment in a completely new place. I’ve been lucky enough to have many of these from AlUla to Zanzibar and the Amazon to Tokyo.

Amanda is passionate about travel and its ability to do good in our communities. She's had various experiences in destination marketing and finds joy and fulfillment in solving complex problems. At Miles, Amanda supports the Colorado Tourism Office as an account director. When she's not working, she enjoys hiking in the Rocky Mountains, reading, binging podcasts and chasing Oliver and Otis, her twin toddlers.

Karen's expertise lies in strategic account planning and management, including comprehensive campaign development, media planning and analysis. When not working with Golden Isles and Sweetwater County, she enjoys traveling with her husband and twin boys, as well as taking her collegiate sport of diving into coaching four Colorado high schools.
