Driving through Italy to see all the medieval castles and stumbling upon a food festival with the best restaurants/chefs of the region in a small town on a Wednesday!

Julia's work focuses on client satisfaction and bringing their vision to life, while balancing the priorities of internal teams. When she's not making things happen for clients, she can be found enjoying 300 days of sunshine in Tucson.

Favorite Travel Memory

Traveling to Maui was absolutely amazing and is one of my favorite places to vacation.

For 20 years, Justin has been a digital innovator, steering global tech teams to amplify brand impact. His unyielding curiosity pushes him to explore and challenge digital conventions. When not in tech mode, he's likely golfing, always pursuing the perfect round with family. At home, he humorously eases his great danes' fears of the commonplace.

Abby is part of our DMO sales team and handles the monetization efforts for our Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and New Jersey clients. When she's not reporting out her clients' successful campaigns, she can be found enjoying the summer season down the shore with friends and family.

Favorite Travel Memory

My very first trip to Europe was to Barcelona and Madrid. I fell in love with the Gaudi architecture and have many fond memories of late-night clubs and partying. That trip launched my love for travel. I also have fond memories of a mother-daughter trip to London, dragging my mom everywhere on the Tube.

Andy is part of the advertising sales team and helps client partners in Savannah, St. Pete/Clearwater, Sarasota, Naples and Miami with success. He loves his wife, his kids, the beach, sports and funny stuff.

Nadja is part of our Operations team, where she serves as an internal strategist, consultant and implementer on a variety of initiatives. She lives in Miami and loves to spend her free time trying new restaurants, exploring the local arts scene and taking her rescue pup Ziba on adventures. When she's not doing that, she's eagerly planning new trips here and abroad for her and her boyfriend.

Alex is an account manager in the hospitality division, helping to make clients' visions a reality. When not managing client requests and projects, he's traveling and looking for new experiences with his wife Amanda or playing with their dogs. Whether its exploring local food-and-drink scenes or reading a good book, he is always excited to see the world from a new perspective.

My favorite travel memories are when we end up getting lost in a very unfamiliar places. They are always the most stressful times in traveling, but they make for great memories that have stood the test of time.

Lee is part of the SEO team and develops SEO strategies for his clients to generate organic website traffic and appear at the top of search engines results pages for their specific destinations. When he is not working, Lee enjoys spending time with his wife discovering great new restaurants.

As an associate media planner, Katie geeks out on creating the perfect plan to bring a campaign to life. In her off time, you'll find Katie outdoors exploring new places, hunting down her new favorite antique piece, or spending time with her family and three dogs, Jax, Finn and Marlow.

With decades of experience building teams in the travel industry at both Tripadvisor and Sojern, Richard uses his skills and expertise to lead sales efforts for the DMO and Brand USA sales teams. When he's not selling, Richard enjoys traveling, wine, sports and music. Richard’s family lives in Boston, MA. 

Favorite Travel Memory

Our family trip to Aruba. We spent seven incredible days connecting as a family, and it was one of those trips you never want to end. Every aspect of Aruba completely blew me away. 

Ashley works on the DMO content team with a variety of clients, including Colorado and Nashville. Though she lives near the mountains in Denver, she feels most at home by the ocean. In her free time, she enjoys dance classes, cuddling her three adorable cats and watching “Jeopardy!” with her husband.

Favorite Travel Memory

Visiting Paris with my husband twice — once while we were dating and the second time exactly 10 years later, when we recreated a photo from our first trip at the top of Notre Dame.

Juliana Contreras is a multilingual senior art director, guitar strummer, culinary maestro and garden enthusiast. Her art bridges cultures, while her heart embraces family and pets. She's a sailing aficionada with an aquatic irony: can't swim, yet conquers the sea.

Favorite Travel Memory

Costa Rica: Being awakened by waves and a serenade of birds was such an amazing experience. I can't wait to go back.

Hallie specializes in print layout design and loves taking on any "odd jobs" that get her dabbling in branding and logo work. When away from the design world she's likely lost in a book, at the dog park with her pit bull Winston, or hiking/camping Colorado mountains.

Favorite Travel Memory

Walking cobblestone streets to the art studio on an early morning, watching the small island-town come to life along the calm Aegean Sea; Spending my morning(s) painting in Greece.

As a graphic designer for the new-business-development team, Laurie solves the puzzle of pairing content with imagery to create effective proposals and also assists with various marketing projects. Laurie's free time is filled with family, friends, good food, reading and travel.

Favorite Travel Memory

My husband and I celebrated our 30th anniversary with a two-week trip to Italy and Switzerland. Historic sites, cultural experiences and navigating planes, trains and unfamiliar places without killing each other was exhilarating. Can't wait for the next trip!

Victoria is an Account Supervisor based in Los Angeles. A Fijian American with a South Pacific destination marketing background, Victoria is dedicated to promoting island destinations and works with clients, including Tahiti Tourisme and Bermuda Tourism Authority. Outside of work, Victoria enjoys traveling, concerts, Tahitian dance, and exploring all that Los Angeles has to offer.

Jessica is a project manager for the Brand USA team. When she's not busy poring over calendars and spreadsheets, she can be found at home with her beloved greyhound or out cycling or running. Jessica loves exploring new destinations with groups of fellow solo travelers, tackling challenging cycling routes with friends, hiking beautiful trails and visiting cozy coffee shops.

Favorite Travel Memory

My time in Prague with three other solo travelers. We walked 23,000 steps in a single day, exploring Prague Castle and St. Vitus Cathedral. We wandered through Old Town Square, taking breaks to shop and sample chimney cakes. We crossed Charles Bridge multiple times, seeking out local bistros and coffee shops. It was a great day spent with wonderful company.

Lindsay's work can be found at the intersection of creativity and data. When she isn't crafting content, she can be found photographing something or working her way through a new cookbook. She has a clear passion for food and beverage photography and is close to documenting her 100th wedding ceremony.

Favorite Travel Memory

Apart from time with my dog, Scout, a cup of black coffee is my favorite little mercy. When solo-traveling through Copenhagen, I made sure to stop and sit in as many coffee shops as I could, totaling 10 over the course of three days. It was lovely!

Ally combines her appreciation of details and spreadsheets to ensure that partner materials are appropriately directed in their marketing campaigns. When she isn't tracking information in spreadsheets, she can be found spending time with family on their 5-acre farmstead caring for pigs, chickens and ducks, and tending the gardens or planning her next trip.

Favorite Travel Memory

I enjoy making a new core memory each time I travel, depending on who I travel with and where I am adventuring.

As part of our Brand USA team, when Dessa is not managing photos and videos or exchanging memes with the art team, she's bringing her camera wherever she can to capture special moments — especially on trips to Mexico and state parks. When her camera is set aside, you may see Dessa reading, spending time with her family or nerding out on Star Wars, Marvel and Lord of the Rings.

Favorite Travel Memory

My grandfather and I flew to Colorado to look at colleges and explore the area. We ended up at Rocky Mountain National Park. While most roads were closed due to extreme snow, we were able to pull into a beautiful outlook. I captured many natural moments with my camera — but also of my grandfather. I was able to encapsule him in time with the mountains.

Karen’s work involves conceiving the next great content idea and turning it into reality for clients across Florida. Outside work hours, you’ll usually find Karen outside — either rowing or biking with her husband or scheming ways to tire out their Australian cattle dog, Harvey — or responding to funny texts from their son Daniel.

Favorite Travel Memory

I enjoy exploring all of the Caribbean islands, but Anegada has been my favorite — seeing flamingos in the wild was the best!

Jamie is a results-driven, Chicago-born metalhead turned Florida transplant. She guides complex digital projects with a fusion of creativity, technical prowess and strategic insight. Outside launching disruptive products, she finds solace in novel rereads and considers documentaries, happy hours and crocheting her essential self-care routine.

Favorite Travel Memory

Getting booted off a Southwest flight for a "hilarious" middle-seat-saving plan. Bachelorette bash turned into a middle-seat fiasco, all thanks to my loud friend faking a cold. I even thought we were getting an upgrade. Lesson learned: no upgrades on Southwest!

Introducing Dennis: Your go-to travel media sales and marketing executive. Proudly based in Brooklyn, he spearheads remarkable campaigns for Destination DC. Dennis' passion for food takes him on flavorful journeys, whether he's exploring Maine's coastline or savoring European cuisines with his husband and kid. Their next stop? The exciting land of Japan.

Favorite Travel Memory

At Acadia National Park in Maine, my 3-year-old daughter's energy and infectious spirit led us on a hike. Her enthusiasm was a force of nature itself, reminding my husband and me of the joy of the outdoors. At the summit, surrounded by stunning vistas, her curiosity intertwined with the beauty of nature etched a heartwarming memory of family and exploration.

As a member of the destination optimization team, Caitlin helps DMOs directly support their local businesses. She is also a Master Naturalist in her home state of Louisiana, often exploring the outdoors and working on nature-education programs. If you catch her staring out the window, she is probably trying to identify a plant, bird or butterfly.

As part of the paid search and social team, Carolyn manages more social and SEM ads for our clients than she can count. In addition to being a proud cat mom to Tybalt, she can frequently be found performing/directing Shakespeare, going upside down on an aerial apparatus or traveling to (and trying to stay in) the U.K.

I lived in England for over a year for grad school — it's pretty hard to top that as a travel memory!

Morgan is based in Fairhope, Alabama. She brings years of experience in tourism and works with her Louisiana clients to achieve their advertising and marketing goals. When not in the office, she and her family love to share new adventures, spend time on the river, work the family farm and cheer on their favorite sports teams.

Sam guides the content strategies and initiatives within the hospitality division while also ensuring the delivery of impactful content to clients. When she’s not crafting travel stories, you’ll find her adventuring in the mountains, creating a more sustainable lifestyle or daydreaming about her next travel destination.

Favorite Travel Memory

From sampling new dishes at the Tiong Bahru Market during golden hour to stumbling upon a neighborhood restaurant and indulging in a late-night dinner consisting of traditional chili crab, exploring the food scene in Singapore is one of my top travel memories.

Emilie is a Project Manager for Brand USA based out of Gulf Shores, Alabama. She has a list for nearly everything and stays very organized, despite her busy schedule. A music enthusiast, craft beer connoisseur and dog lover, you can often find Emilie spending time on the beach, catching live local music, hanging with her friends (and pup!) at a local brewery or cheering on the New Orleans Saints!

Eve is part of our paid-social team and manages campaigns from start to finish across multiple social platforms. Outside of work, you're likely to find her at a concert, planning her next vacation or exploring Denver with friends.
