Experiencing the stunning scenery, amazing wildlife and great outdoor adventures during a family roadtrip to Yellowstone, Canyonlands, Moab and Zion, where we were able to disconnect from the rest of the world and feel truly alive.

Neal has worked his way up from designing websites for convention centers named after fried-chicken chains to leading a team of production companies, creative directors, art directors, graphic designers and copywriters to develop brands for some of the most iconic destinations worldwide.

As a U.S. citizen, going over the border to Canada or Mexico isn't really an international trip. So, I chalked AlUla up as my first international trip. It was a fantastic experience even though we worked 19-plus hour days to document some of the first tourism opportunities in Saudi Arabia. Let's say I've learned to travel with a few snacks now due to that trip.

I have favorite travel memories from each and every trip so it's really difficult to choose just one. My first vacation memory in Bermuda as a five-year-old is very special to me, and it launched my passion for travel.

Melissa leads the company's diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) consulting practice to serve clients, implement internal DEI strategies and best practices, and drive thought leadership to advance the evolution of equitable and inclusive marketing strategies across the travel and tourism industry. She resides just outside of Atlanta, has a deep passion for the arts and loves to cook.

With over 8 years of combined hospitality and marketing experience, Katy joins Miles as an Account Supervisor for the Experience Kissimmee team. Outside of work, you can always find Katy with a book (or two) in her hand, wringing every last dime out of her Universal annual pass, and counting down the days until the next Halloween Horror Nights event.

I got the opportunity to study abroad in London, Paris, and Barcelona. One of the coolest things we got to do was have dinner in the Eiffel Tower and then go all the way to the top - it is something I will never forget, mostly because I'm terrified of heights.

Rebekah manages SEO sorcery and/or word nerdiness for Colorado, Capital Region USA, Maryland and Greeley. When her head's not buried in a website or print guide, it's wearing a hat for running trail races in which she will undoubtedly scrape a knee and meet a medic.

Favorite Travel Memory

It's a three-way tie between getting scoped by a shark while paddleboarding in Florida, hiking a questionable ledge to see puffins in Iceland and patting elephants on Singapore Zoo's Night Safari. Probably the elephants win because patting was involved.

Hannah manages a content team in our DMO division, supporting content creation and strategy for more than 20 clients. When she's not digging into analytics or raiding the thesaurus for other ways to say "experience," she's listening to narrative podcasts or forcing an unwilling party to talk about the 2023 NBA Champion Denver Nuggets.

Favorite Travel Memory

After weeks in Budapest, my husband I thought we'd seen all there was to see. On our last full day, we stumbled upon a park with network of trails switchbacking up and down to city and river overlooks, monuments and statues. Each time we emerged from a forested patch, there was something new to surprise us — characteristic of the serendipitous nature of travel.

Working directly for both president and CEO David Burgess and chairman Roger Miles, we all know it’s Lisa Hill who really runs things around here. When she's not keeping upper management in line, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family, shopping and, now that she (finally!) has her passport, traveling the world.

Cynthia works with the sales operations team as an advertising and data manager on the Fairfax, Louisiana, Memphis, Nebraska, New Orleans and VISIT FLORIDA accounts. When not socializing with her family and friends, she is most likely traveling on a transatlantic or Caribbean cruise.

Nicole's past experience in destination and tourism makes her a great fit as our Associate Media Planner. When she's not strategizing plans, she can be found at her local Pilates studio or with her husband and their cat, Poe.

My favorite travel memory is visiting Paris with my family. I'll never forget walking through the underground catacombs and seeing the Eiffel Tower light up at night!

Pat’s job is to travel the beautiful state of Colorado and sell awesome media packages that perform off the charts — something he doesn’t think is actually work. When he’s not “working,” he’s hanging out with family, looking for tickets to his next Red Rocks show or bopping down the river somewhere in a pink or green kayak, depending on the water level.

Krystal is a project manager who works with a variety of clients on everything from website and to creative and media needs and visitor guides. When she isn't working on travel-related projects, you can find her hitting the road (or air) for new adventures with her husband, three kids and adorable minpin.

I spent two months road tripping with my family from Texas to Washington, hitting all of the national and state parks we could along the way. It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience!

Jonathan is part of the strategy and insights team and specializes in website analytics. When he's not setting up data pipelines, you will likely find him enjoying the outdoors by a hiking trail or paddleboarding.

My favorite travel memory is visiting Barcelona with my wife. Our highlights were visiting La Sagrada Familia and watching the show at the Magic Fountain of Montjuïc.

Hayley is an account supervisor working on web, print and media projects for amazing destinations like Chicago, Myrtle Beach, Destin-Fort Walton Beach, Ocala, Galveston and Waco. She enjoys playing soccer, event planning and cheering on the Oregon Ducks. She lives in Eugene and has her degree in marketing and advertising from Grand Canyon University.

My sister and I went on a cruise once, and there was a mega pod of dolphins surrounding the ship — hundreds and hundreds of dolphins swimming alongside us for hours. It was a really incredible experience.

C.A. is the general manager of our office in Auckland, New Zealand. C.A. has been with Miles for over 20 years and has experience in just about every facet of digital destination marketing. A former expert motorcycle road racer, C.A. began riding motorcycles with his family at age 8. He’s owned dozens of motorcycles of every kind and attended training in nearly every type of motorcycle discipline.

Kelby is a producer in Odyssey Studios, where she pulls all the pieces together for the next big photo or video shoot and brings creative visions to life. When not at her desk, she's likely in search of a great cup of coffee, delicious street snacks or a salty-spicy margarita. You may also find her paddle boarding, visiting a museum or exploring a neighborhood.

Laura's focus is on developing growth plans for clients and our teams. She is based in Denver and you can often find her cheering on the Denver Nuggets, reading another mystery novel or enjoying mac and cheese.

I was chaperoning high-school musicians on a European music tour. Our first night in Switzerland, I stopped by one of the girls’ rooms. My knock on the door was met enthusiastically by a girl declaring their room had a “washing machine” in it and insisted I come see it. I discovered they were “washing” their clothes in the bidet! What could I say? I suggested they keep it a secret or else they would have to do everyone’s laundry on the trip.

Beginning as an editorial assistant in 1999, David now oversees all aspects of services at Miles, from strategic planning to revenue. When not in the office or on the road, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and kids, sweating in Bikram yoga and dreaming of a better golf game.

Mary is a content manager who works with destinations all across the country, from northern California to the Midwest. Off the clock, you can find her at the gym or in a yoga class, reading the next book on her TBR list or listening to live local music at her favorite watering hole.

During a trip with my boyfriend to Laguna Beach, we went on a whale-watching tour. While we didn't come across any whales, we did find ourselves amid a mega-pod of dolphins. We were literally surrounded by thousands of dolphins for over an hour. Something I'll never forget!

Alex is part of Odyssey Studios, primarily working on edits for various projects, but on occasion he's seen helping out on a shoot. Alex is an avid Tampa sports fan (Go Bucs, Bolts and Rays!), but oftentimes he's chasing down his two sons and trying to catch up on "Star Wars" shows with his wife, who is also named Alex — which is fun!

We took my first-born son to Key West when he was not quite one, which some might think would make for a rough time, but it was his first real vacation and it was absolutely wonderful. He had a blast, and every time we go again he gets so amped for the trip.

Laura is a senior content director who has developed everything from state visitor guides to brand voice guidelines. She also serves on Miles' DEI Committee to establish best practices for inclusive content strategy. In her free time, this Austinite can be found kayaking, hiking and birding.

Alyssa is an account supervisor who has a passion for travel, client success and continuous process improvement. A Virginia Beach native, she now enjoys calling St. Pete home. Off the clock, you’ll likely find her hitting tennis balls, identifying birds, playing guitar or exploring the great outdoors on her quest for the perfect sunset.

As a media supervisor, tourism has been a mainstay in Ivy’s career since day one. With her extensive knowledge across offline and digital media, she puts together cohesive and effective media plans for her clients. When she's not doing media math, she can be found spending time with her family, reading a good book (fiction only please) or watching Formula 1.

Our family's annual fall trip has quickly become one of my favorite of the year — getting to experience destinations with our daughter for the first time has been very special.

Using his operational, account and technology expertise, David leads the information technology team. Since 2016, he has been traveling the U.S. as a digital nomad with his wife, a travel nurse, and a rescue dog named Dallas in an RV. Their quest is to visit all 63 national parks.

One of my favorite memories is hiking to the top of Half Dome in Yosemite National Park and looking over the edge to the Yosemite Valley.

Devin is part of the creative team and supports a range of client accounts including San Francisco Travel Association, Colorado Tourism Office and Sonoma County to name a few. A Colorado native, his passion for techno and house music has led him to DJ across the country at many festivals and events. Outside of work, he spends most of his time with his wife and toddler.

I spent time in Trinidad and Tobago during Carnival. I was pretty young and exposed to so many new experiences, cultures, foods and music. It was an amazing trip that I will never forget.

Mitch has been an email developer for more than 15 years at Miles, coding and executing responsive emails in HTML/CSS for destination and hospitality clients. When Mitch isn’t building emails, he is spending time with his wife Amanda and daughter Iris.

My favorite travel memory was being a nomad in New Zealand for almost 2 months.

Andie joins the hospitality team, bringing a diverse professional background spanning SEO, public relations and marketing. When she’s not strategizing, she is likely on a hike, concocting a new pasta sauce recipe or cuddled up reading a book with her corgi, Eloise.

One of my closest friends of nearly a decade is from Manchester, England, and there is nothing I love more than going for a walk or having a coffee in a new little town with her, friends and family. I love to travel to destinations I've never seen, but traveling to see friends in comforting places warms the soul.

Based in Denver, Joe brings nearly a decade of agency account management experience in marketing and advertising. In his role, he serves as a key account and strategic lead on clients like Bermuda, West Virginia and Niagara Falls USA. Outside of work, Joe enjoys hiking, exploring Denver’s food scene and staying up-to-date on pop culture.

Hiking with my husband through all five picturesque villages of Cinque Terre along the Italian Riviera coastline - stopping in each village for fresh seafood, pasta or gelato and taking in the views and local culture.
