Liv Falco is an Account Coordinator who loves to help her clients deliver high-quality work, remotely from California! Outside of work, Liv enjoys all the simple things in life. Whether it be a trip to a local coffee shop, or a hike around her hometown hills, you can find Liv somewhere soaking up the sun!

Ant is part of the digital products team as a UX/UI designer. Ant is not just about pixels and interfaces — he's all about crafting seamless and delightful experiences for our clients. When not perfecting user journeys, he can be found all over Florida skateboarding, taking and developing photos, as well as tinkering on cars and motorcycles.

Favorite Travel Memory

Taking the train from the airport into Tokyo, I thought I could manage without using my phone for navigation. When the train headed north instead of toward Tokyo, I eventually gave into temptation. I discovered the train would eventually turn back toward Tokyo, which taught me that I can navigate without technology if a country is as organized as Japan.

Julia's work focuses on client satisfaction and bringing their vision to life, while balancing the priorities of internal teams. When she's not making things happen for clients, she can be found enjoying 300 days of sunshine in Tucson.

Favorite Travel Memory

Traveling to Maui was absolutely amazing and is one of my favorite places to vacation.

Amy is an advertising account manager for team Brand USA. She and her husband are Connecticut natives (a split Patriots/Giants household, but both die-hard Red Sox fans). Some of her favorite hobbies are camping on Gulf Coast beaches, biking around Dunedin, Florida, and traveling to the mountains for skiing.

Shiann is a part of our account services team, and she is passionate about travel and executes all sizes of projects for her clients. Outside of work, Shiann enjoys reading until all hours of the night, planning her next trip abroad and finding the best local coffee and food spots.

Favorite Travel Memory

Spending almost two weeks in Peru, hiking Rainbow Mountain, Machu Picchu, white water rafting, zip lining and spending time with new people and surrounding myself in the local culture.

Rachel leads an account-services team in the hospitality division. Her experience on the client and agency side allows her to offer thoughtful and creative solutions. She has found herself on Everest supporting summiteers and driving the Pan American highway in an ’82 Westfalia, and is now raising two boys with her husband and their beloved lab June in Colorado.

Favorite Travel Memory

Sailing around the Darien Gap during the three-day open-water crossing, I witnessed a massive great white shark fly his gigantic body out of the water and steal the fish off our trolling line.

Debra manages projects across three different teams: GOUSA TV, Places.Travel and Odyssey Studios. She loves creating systems and processes that allow us to work smarter. She shares her passion for travel with her husband and two kids, so working in this industry is inspiring! When she's looking for a quick and relaxing getaway, you can find her with a book on the Oregon coast.

A data wizard turning dusty numbers into sparkling insights — from spreadsheets to coffee cups, Vicky brews data-driven magic for DMO and hospitality clients. Part detective, part storyteller, all data! Are you more interested in her pie charts or apple pie? Insights say her bakes are still more popular than any graph she could build.

Favorite Travel Memory

We went to the rainforest for a small hike in Puerto Rico. When we got to the stream at the bottom of the hike, it started raining. It rained and rained, but that didn't stop my 3-year-old. We went swimming in the stream while it was raining. A new experience for him and so much fun!

I've been on the Miles/Brand USA team since day one, working with partners in a territory that stretches from Washington, D.C. to the Northern Mariana Islands. I dive deep into every destination I represent because I love to learn about food, drinks, and activities wherever I go. My wife and I recently opened a restaurant and cottages in the lovely hamlet of Union, Washington, in 2023.

Favorite Travel Memory

In South America, 1995 (pre-cellphone era), we took a flight to La Paz, Bolivia, with $10K and no plans. We knew Machu Picchu and Patagonia were musts but had no fixed schedule. Since there was no work, our only obligations were occasional calls and postcards to friends and family. It was total freedom; we explored off-the-beaten paths and lived spontaneously.

Amanda is passionate about travel and its ability to do good in our communities. She's had various experiences in destination marketing and finds joy and fulfillment in solving complex problems. At Miles, Amanda supports the Colorado Tourism Office as an account director. When she's not working, she enjoys hiking in the Rocky Mountains, reading, binging podcasts and chasing Oliver and Otis, her twin toddlers.

Jason heads our partner-participation sales team and is known to develop strategic-monetization programs that deliver results. During his 24 years at Miles, he honed his problem-solving skills with roles in production, sales and product development. You’ll also find him leading Scouts, exploring our national parks or venturing off to exotic locales.

Favorite Travel Memory

A companion said we must "enjoy the journey" several hours before we were notified to evacuate back to the U.S. as the pandemic began. Three years later, in South Korea, I was telling Scouts to "enjoy the journey" two days before our being evacuated due to an impending typhoon. My greatest travel memories have come from learning to enjoy the journey.

Lela develops and executes paid media strategies for our hospitality clients, turning data into results across search, social and beyond. Outside the office, this published fiction writer and devoted foodie is usually exploring a new restaurant or getting lost in a good book.

Favorite Travel Memory

I surprised my partner with a trip to Maui for his 40th birthday. We swam with sea turtles, hiked to a deserted waterfall and ate as much fish as possible.

Susan oversees workflow and day-to-day task management for a variety of client projects, from print production to website builds. She adapts quickly to ensure deadlines and client expectations are met, collaborating closely with both clients and internal teams to drive success from start to finish. Outside of work, you can find her exploring new restaurants, getting lost in a good book and planning her next travel adventure.

Experiencing the infinite landscapes and waterfalls of Iceland on a five day road trip through the country. I can't wait to go back for another trip!

As part of the hospitality division, Susi is a master orchestrator who seamlessly brings together creative directors, designers, copywriters and clients. When she is not overseeing the production workflow from concept to delivery, she's planning a trip with her husband Peter to a music festival or winery, or to visit their three daughters who live in three different states.

My daughter Meagan took me on an epic adventure searching for Tom Jones in Cardiff, Wales. Too much fun. (Never found Tom.)

Based in Denver, Joe brings nearly a decade of agency account management experience in marketing and advertising. In his role, he serves as a key account and strategic lead on clients like Bermuda, West Virginia and Niagara Falls USA. Outside of work, Joe enjoys hiking, exploring Denver’s food scene and staying up-to-date on pop culture.

Favorite Travel Memory

Hiking with my husband through all five picturesque villages of Cinque Terre along the Italian Riviera coastline - stopping in each village for fresh seafood, pasta or gelato and taking in the views and local culture.

Najauna plays a central role at Miles, developing targeted, experiential marketing strategies that resonate with the right audiences for significant impact. She leads initiatives focused on learning and development, strategic partnerships and community engagement, cultivating a welcoming and collaborative internal culture. Favorite Travel Memory

On the walk to try paella for the first time in Barcelona, we experienced a music light show, a food-truck festival, and a street art and dance show. I was so immersed in the happenings that I stopped to dance, drink, take tons of photos and ALMOST forgot how hungry I was. The first bite of paella and the restaurant's hospitality made every bit of the trek worth it.

Melanie is a content manager for the Brand USA team from Atlanta, Georgia. She loves jazz festivals, beach trips and overpacking. When she's not in her writing cave, Melanie enjoys going out for good food, soaking in good vibes and spending precious time with her family.

Each time I've ever stayed at an oceanfront resort, and going on family road trips to Orlando every summer for nearly a decade.

Exceptional at interpreting technology and data, distilling complex ideas and managing reporting platforms, he elevates clients' competitiveness by enabling keen customer-behavior insights.

Jeff has been in our IT department for nearly 30 years. When he's not putting out fires or searching for the next useful tools, he can be found running and biking around town or paddleboarding in the mangroves.

Favorite Travel Memory

After a day of hiking in Custer State Park in South Dakota, we rushed out to Wildlife Loop Road in hopes of seeing some bison before sunset. We were not disappointed! A million bison crossed the road right in front of our van.

Katie is a graphic designer on our creative team who works on creating visitor guides as well as other design projects that come our way. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors exploring a number of hiking trails across the state of Arkansas, as well as tapping into her creative side through painting, drawing and calligraphy. 

Favorite Travel Memory

Most recently, I had the opportunity to visit Taos, New Mexico where I went skiing for the first time. When I wasn't on the slopes (trying not to wipe out) I explored a number of art galleries in the town and got to see some extraordinary pieces created by locals.

Leading all things content for Brand USA programs, Liz loves to explore too. You might find her in the Willamette Valley, Brooklyn or Puerto Rico. The Florida State grad’s passions include reading novels and poetry, listening to music, cooking, sipping craft beer and spending time with her partner, baby daughter and French bulldog.

Ziplining in the rain in a rainforest in Costa Rica, then stopping afterward at the local watering hole for extra-refreshing beers.

Jonathan is part of the strategy and insights team and specializes in website analytics. When he's not setting up data pipelines, you will likely find him enjoying the outdoors by a hiking trail or paddleboarding.

Favorite Travel Memory

My favorite travel memory is visiting Barcelona with my wife. Our highlights were visiting La Sagrada Familia and watching the show at the Magic Fountain of Montjuïc.

Maria is a media coordinator who works with both hospitality and DMO clients executing media plans. When she is not calculating CTR, you will likely find her exploring Philadelphia with her partner or writing in a coffee shop.

Eating over a dozen different kinds of gelato at a festival in Rome!

Vivian brings the creative vision for videos of all kinds to life as part of the Odyssey Studio team. Outside of tinkering with video plans, you can usually find her fussing with her plant collection and spending time with her husband and two pet rabbits, Dallas and Charlie.

Favorite Travel Memory

I dropped my phone at Natural Bridge in Bryce Canyon. As it slid away on the snow like a mini toboggan, so too did my hopes of recovering the photos from my mother-daughter trip. But then help arrived: A very kind park ranger had just completed rappel training. Phone saved. New favorite memory made.

Margo leads the account services team for our Kentucky client. A proud native, she relishes the opportunity to share all there is to see and do in the Bluegrass State — particularly if it relates to bourbon! Entertaining friends and family with home-cooked meals, chilled Manhattans (stirred, not shaken) and lots of laughs is Margo's idea of the perfect evening.

Staying at a villa in Sicily and taking daily cooking lessons from a local chef.

Melissa is an art director and visitor-guide master who works with her team to develop and execute print and digital creative assets. She is a Wisconsin native who, when not shoveling snow, can be found trying out new recipes with her husband, crafting the last thing she saw on Pinterest or spending time on the water at her cabin on the lake.

Favorite Travel Memory

One of my favorite travel memories was catching freshly made hot rolls in mid-air during dinner at Lambert's Cafe in Ozark, Missouri, with my husband and his family. We all laughed out loud as the waitstaff yelled "hot rools!" and then a bun would fly through the air over our heads into an open hand!

Elena’s diverse background in art, design and product development makes her a driving force on the new business team. Her creative ability to adapt to emerging consumer trends is an important part of Miles’ success, and her love of family and travel is key to her personal success.

Favorite Travel Memory

Experiencing the stunning scenery, amazing wildlife and great outdoor adventures during a family roadtrip to Yellowstone, Canyonlands, Moab and Zion, where we were able to disconnect from the rest of the world and feel truly alive.

Born with the gift of gab, Makayla loves writing content that inspires the vacation state of mind. Leaning on her experiences as a traveler, she works with brands like Margaritaville, Hilton and Hawks Cay Resort to attract potential customers. If she's not working from her home in Denver, you'll likely find her trekking up a mountain or shredding the slopes.
