Annika is a member of our SEM/Social Team, working with various clients to enhance their organic social media content. Originally from Upstate New York, she now calls Denver, CO her home. In her free time, Annika enjoys skiing, running, mountain biking, backpacking and attending numerous concerts. She loves adventuring with friends and exploring new restaurants in town, always capturing her experiences through her photography.

Favorite Travel Memory

I spent my entire junior year of college abroad, studying in Bangkok, Thailand during the fall, and in Lyon, France in the spring. I loved every second of it! However, my favorite adventure was visiting the remote province of Ha Giang in Northern Vietnam. The mountainous terrain was breathtaking, and it was so much fun to connect with the locals at the homestays in the villages we passed through.

Susie joined Miles as a project manager primarily on digital media. As avid marketer, she loves to pore over digital performance and analytics to find solution for problems. She is a native Arkansan, proud Razorback and dog lover who lives in Little Rock with her husband Christian and their adorable pup Fitz.

Part of the destination optimization team, Rebekah helps DMOs provide education to their local businesses. When not working, you can find her volunteering in the community, reading a good book or working on her latest DIY project.

I was a camp counselor in Italy one summer and took a day trip to Capri. I think about the view from the restaurant and the lemon risotto we had at least once a week.

Morgan is based in Fairhope, Alabama. She brings years of experience in tourism and works with her Louisiana clients to achieve their advertising and marketing goals. When not in the office, she and her family love to share new adventures, spend time on the river, work the family farm and cheer on their favorite sports teams.

Karin is a Senior Vice President at Miles and has been with the company for almost 17 years. She started as an Account Director, handling marketing within the western United States and has moved all the way up into a global role focused in the areas of Tourism and Hospitality for the last 6 years. Off hours, she’s planning her family’s next adventure traveling the world or at home cooking up some homemade pizza.

Every beach trip with my girls, building sandcastles, finding shell treasures, soaking in the sun and playing in the ocean waves. With both kids on each side holding tight while the waves come towards us, we jump together. Hearing them giggling is absolutely the best.

Maggie has worked in destination marketing for more than 10 years, combining her experience with creativity to push the boundaries of innovation for our clients. When she's not overseeing production or planning the next big experiential activation, you can find her traveling as much as possible with her husband Chris and daughter Collins.

I loved my entire visit to Colorado Springs, but driving up Pikes Peak was my favorite. It offered a breathtaking view the whole way up. We reached the summit, it felt like being on top of the whole world.

As part of the hospitality division, Haylea's days consist of optimizing and managing online profiles such as Google, TripAdvisor, Yelp, Bing, Yext and local CVBs. When not updating profiles, you can find her outdoors hiking, biking, reading, playing pickleball or scoping out new things to do.

Traveling with my best friend is a favorite memory. Keeping in touch as adults is tough, and getting together one-on-one for a girls trip is a rarity I will always cherish.

As part of our Brand USA team, when Dessa is not managing photos and videos or exchanging memes with the art team, she's bringing her camera wherever she can to capture special moments — especially on trips to Mexico and state parks. When her camera is set aside, you may see Dessa reading, spending time with her family or nerding out on Star Wars, Marvel and Lord of the Rings.

Favorite Travel Memory

My grandfather and I flew to Colorado to look at colleges and explore the area. We ended up at Rocky Mountain National Park. While most roads were closed due to extreme snow, we were able to pull into a beautiful outlook. I captured many natural moments with my camera — but also of my grandfather. I was able to encapsule him in time with the mountains.

Diana is part of our Hospitality Team. When she's not presenting or talking with clients, you will find her at home planning her next trip with her husband.

Driving through Italy to see all the medieval castles and stumbling upon a food festival with the best restaurants/chefs of the region in a small town on a Wednesday!

Nadja is part of our Operations team, where she serves as an internal strategist, consultant and implementer on a variety of initiatives. She lives in Miami and loves to spend her free time trying new restaurants, exploring the local arts scene and taking her rescue pup Ziba on adventures. When she's not doing that, she's eagerly planning new trips here and abroad for her and her boyfriend.

Jeff has been in our IT department for nearly 30 years. When he's not putting out fires or searching for the next useful tools, he can be found running and biking around town or paddleboarding in the mangroves.

Favorite Travel Memory

After a day of hiking in Custer State Park in South Dakota, we rushed out to Wildlife Loop Road in hopes of seeing some bison before sunset. We were not disappointed! A million bison crossed the road right in front of our van.

Victoria is an Account Supervisor based in Los Angeles. A Fijian American with a South Pacific destination marketing background, Victoria is dedicated to promoting island destinations and works with clients, including Tahiti Tourisme and Bermuda Tourism Authority. Outside of work, Victoria enjoys traveling, concerts, Tahitian dance, and exploring all that Los Angeles has to offer.

Alex is part of Odyssey Studios, primarily working on edits for various projects, but on occasion he's seen helping out on a shoot. Alex is an avid Tampa sports fan (Go Bucs, Bolts and Rays!), but oftentimes he's chasing down his two sons and trying to catch up on "Star Wars" shows with his wife, who is also named Alex — which is fun!

Favorite Travel Memory

We took my first-born son to Key West when he was not quite one, which some might think would make for a rough time, but it was his first real vacation and it was absolutely wonderful. He had a blast, and every time we go again he gets so amped for the trip.

Jaime leads the ad operations team, which handles clients’ digital-campaign tracking, making it possible to provide insights and strategic direction for future campaigns. When she is not trafficking VISIT FLORIDA campaigns or perfecting ad-ops processes, you might find her outside with her Samoyed Jovie or fishing and kayaking down in the Florida Keys.

Favorite Travel Memory

I went to Italy in 2014 with my mom and grandma (three generations!) We explored Milan, Venice, Florence, Siena, Tuscany, Rome, Pisa and Cinque Terre. The coast is beautiful, and we also loved getting lost in Venice and stumbling upon places we would have never seen otherwise.

Using his operational, account and technology expertise, David leads the information technology team. Since 2016, he has been traveling the U.S. as a digital nomad with his wife, a travel nurse, and a rescue dog named Dallas in an RV. Their quest is to visit all 63 national parks.

Favorite Travel Memory

One of my favorite memories is hiking to the top of Half Dome in Yosemite National Park and looking over the edge to the Yosemite Valley.

Andy is a part of the new business team. He was born and raised in Sarasota, Florida, and enjoys watching films and television, exploring the world through photography and spending time with his wife and dog, Reyna.

I visited Cuba with my father and older brother. It was amazing to experience the place where my dad was born and raised before he left for the United States.

Lauren works on some of our largest DMO and hospitality accounts to traffic, optimize and report on each campaign from start to finish. When she's not digging into reporting and trafficking campaigns, you can find her behind the lens of her camera or spending time with her husband and son.

Scott began his travel career in the airline industry, and just before joining the Miles oversaw more than 50 luxury resorts for a hotel group. In his spare time, Scott enjoys glassblowing, astronomy and spending time with his poorly behaved but loveable dog, who by the way, has much better frequent-flyer program status than Scott does.

Jackie is an account director with 15-plus years of ad-agency and client-side experience who is passionate about serving Miles' hospitality clients. Off the clock, she’s busy collecting passport stamps (20 countries and counting!), nose deep in a book, hiking peaks, setting up camp or on a relentless quest for the best ramen.

Favorite Travel Memory

Hiking to an active Icelandic volcano stands out as a top travel memory. Being there with about 100 or so people and sharing the collective experience during every eruption was something I'll never forget.

Samantha brings 9 years of experience in destination marketing to Miles. When she isn’t busy supporting the Alaska and Madrid accounts, you'll find her on hiking adventures with her two dogs, Parmesan and Nelly, tending to dozens of houseplants, or paddleboarding on one of the 10,000-plus lakes in her home state of Minnesota.

Favorite Travel Memory

My favorite travel memory is learning how to whitewater kayak on the Yellowstone River in Gardiner, Montana. The power of the water is exhilarating — there is nothing quite like being at the mercy of the river, staying focused and using your own strength to float down nature’s roller coaster.

Eve is part of our paid-social team and manages campaigns from start to finish across multiple social platforms. Outside of work, you're likely to find her at a concert, planning her next vacation or exploring Denver with friends.

Laura's focus is on developing growth plans for clients and our teams. She is based in Denver and you can often find her cheering on the Denver Nuggets, reading another mystery novel or enjoying mac and cheese.

Favorite Travel Memory

I was chaperoning high-school musicians on a European music tour. Our first night in Switzerland, I stopped by one of the girls’ rooms. My knock on the door was met enthusiastically by a girl declaring their room had a “washing machine” in it and insisted I come see it. I discovered they were “washing” their clothes in the bidet! What could I say? I suggested they keep it a secret or else they would have to do everyone’s laundry on the trip.

Angela leads our team of experts to deliver top-performing digital products. When she’s not mentoring the team, digging into data and discovering what's next for clients, she’s an avid traveler with an unquenchable thirst for new experiences. She’s always on the go with an itinerary in hand, snapping photos, testing her palate and chatting up the locals.

Jordan is committed to helping destination brands tell their story, leading Miles’ teams to deliver exceptional service and products. When she's not busy helping clients achieve their business goals and objectives, you can find her adventuring with family, listening to live music, enjoying a good cup of coffee or thrifting for unique textiles.

Favorite Travel Memory

Getting engaged in the Italian Riviera and spending the rest of our trip exploring small villages along the coast, enjoying delicious food and wine at every turn. The relaxed culture, slowed-down pace and natural beauty of Italy was an incredible backdrop for such a celebratory life moment.

Adis is a web developer on the Digital Product team. When he's not solving technical challenges and building for our clients, you'll probably find him exploring in his home town of STL, enjoying some video games, or tinkering in the garage.

Petting every single cat he could find laying around in the Cinque Terre, Italy!

Sunny is an advertising account manager on the Brand USA team working remotely from the foothills of the Missouri Ozarks. After hours, she and her husband explore local hiking trails or play strategy board games when she is not creating hand-stamped greeting cards. They look forward annually to Colorado skiing and Destin’s emerald waters, sometimes with their adult children.

Favorite Travel Memory

In the Marquesas Islands, I dug my feet in the black-sand beaches and saw manta rays and sea turtles, learned how to weave a thatch roof, helped dry bananas, attended church with the locals, and visited with friends who roasted breadfruit over an open fire and made coconut milk the traditional way.
