With over 8 years of combined hospitality and marketing experience, Katy joins Miles as an Account Supervisor for the Experience Kissimmee team. Outside of work, you can always find Katy with a book (or two) in her hand, wringing every last dime out of her Universal annual pass, and counting down the days until the next Halloween Horror Nights event.

 

Favorite Travel Memory

I got the opportunity to study abroad in London, Paris, and Barcelona. One of the coolest things we got to do was have dinner in the Eiffel Tower and then go all the way to the top - it is something I will never forget, mostly because I'm terrified of heights.

PJ helps lead creative across clients at Miles Partnership and is a director and director of photography, shooting commercials and content for our clients. PJ lives in the mountains of Colorado outside of Denver with his wife and two boys, Oliver and Callen.

Shooting documentaries across the world for Richard Branson and Vice President Al Gore — seeing parts of the world and meeting people that wouldn't have otherwise been possible.

I visited Cuba with my father and older brother. It was amazing to experience the place where my dad was born and raised before he left for the United States.

As part of the hospitality division, Haylea's days consist of optimizing and managing online profiles such as Google, TripAdvisor, Yelp, Bing, Yext and local CVBs. When not updating profiles, you can find her outdoors hiking, biking, reading, playing pickleball or scoping out new things to do.

Traveling with my best friend is a favorite memory. Keeping in touch as adults is tough, and getting together one-on-one for a girls trip is a rarity I will always cherish.

Last fall, I visited Halifax, Nova Scotia for the first time. My husband and I took a food tour, sampling everything the city had to offer while the leaves fell around us. It was an absolutely perfect day.

Every summer my family visited a small beach town in southwest Michigan near my grandparents' house. Now I cherish the opportunity to reunite with my siblings there year after year and see my kids enjoy the same experience.

Going to Vancouver, Canada, (my favorite place) with my siblings, our kids and my parents to celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary. My parents were both up there in years, so we rented them motorized scooters. My father, a former fighter pilot, was doing donuts on his scooter in the parking lot.

Getting engaged in the Italian Riviera and spending the rest of our trip exploring small villages along the coast, enjoying delicious food and wine at every turn. The relaxed culture, slowed-down pace and natural beauty of Italy was an incredible backdrop for such a celebratory life moment.

My favorite travel memory is taking a train from Seattle to LA for a taping of The Price is Right, winning an all-inclusive trip to Puerto Vallarta, and then proposing to my wife on said trip.

Favorite Travel Memory

After graduating with our MBA, my best friend and I embarked on a 4.5-month backpacking trip through South America and Europe. We named our adventure Ancora Imparo, which means "Yet, I am learning" in Italian. We visited 20 countries. We explored Greece and Croatia, immersed ourselves in the history of Peru and Italy and experienced the cultures of Colombia and Spain.

My favorite travel memories are from my childhood. My family vacationed at Black Butte Ranch Resort in Oregon every summer for as long as I can remember. It’s where I learned how to ride a bike and get lost in adventure with my siblings. Every time I smell a pine tree, those memories come flooding back.

I had an unforgettable 10-day journey through Spain with my family. From the ancient city of Toledo to the fine art in Madrid and the breathtaking beauty of Granada's Alhambra, every moment was a captivating adventure. Exploring the vibrant culture, savoring delicious paella and sharing laughter with my loved ones made this escapade truly magical.

As a director of development services, August oversees the digital accessibility and quality assurance teams. He's extremely passionate about providing the highest quality digital products that are inclusive to all. August is based out of South Florida and enjoys local craft breweries, subpar cover bands and the great outdoors.

In 2025, August was selected for Destinations International’s Young Professional Leadership Development Program, recognized alongside the association’s 30 Under 30 class.

Favorite Travel Memory

Celebrating Christmas in Switzerland while backpacking Europe with my childhood best friend. We stayed in Verbier, which is a small village in the Swiss Alps. We celebrated Christmas Day by consuming our body weight in fondue and watching "Love Actually" on repeat.

Hiking to an active Icelandic volcano stands out as a top travel memory. Being there with about 100 or so people and sharing the collective experience during every eruption was something I'll never forget.

I loved visiting the Queshuachaca, also known as the Last Incan Bridge, a rope bride re-woven from grass every year since the Incan empire. Both a cultural and engineering marvel!

She works remotely, making her home in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, with her husband and two children.

When she isn't working on travel-related projects, you can find her hitting the road (or air) for new adventures with her husband, three kids and adorable minpin.

Favorite Travel Memory

I spent two months road tripping with my family from Texas to Washington, hitting all of the national and state parks we could along the way. It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience!
