Nell is a content manager on the Brand USA team. One of Nell's personal goals is to travel to all 50 states in the USA; so far, she has visited 29. Nell lives in Jackson, Mississippi, and Charleston, South Carolina, with her daughter.

Jose is a member of the Human Resources department, where the team’s focus is the committed support of the entire Miles community. Jose enjoys the human relations aspect of his role and engaging with every team member on an individual basis. Outside of the office, Jose cherishes time with his family and spends Sundays rooting for the Denver Broncos.

Madeleine is a graphic designer who thrives on crafting visually captivating designs that capture attention and spark connection. Outside of her work, she loves reading, video games, trying new cookie recipes and spending time with her family.

I loved my entire visit to Colorado Springs, but driving up Pikes Peak was my favorite. It offered a breathtaking view the whole way up. We reached the summit, it felt like being on top of the whole world.

Michael is a creative director with extensive agency experience developing high-performing tourism campaigns and collaborating with clients. When Michael isn't thinking about creative strategy, you will find him on the tennis, paddle or pickleball court. Based out of Milwaukee, he enjoys time with his wife and three boys along with his Spanish water dog.

Karin is a Senior Vice President at Miles and has been with the company for almost 17 years. She started as an Account Director, handling marketing within the western United States and has moved all the way up into a global role focused in the areas of Tourism and Hospitality for the last 6 years. Off hours, she’s planning her family’s next adventure traveling the world or at home cooking up some homemade pizza.

Favorite Travel Memory

Every beach trip with my girls, building sandcastles, finding shell treasures, soaking in the sun and playing in the ocean waves. With both kids on each side holding tight while the waves come towards us, we jump together. Hearing them giggling is absolutely the best.

Amy is the senior account director that leads our Brand USA team. When she is not exploring new ways to reach international travelers, investigating opportunities to better organize our data or meeting with clients, she can be found walking mountain trails, listening to a new podcast or running through life with her young (and energetic) son.

Favorite Travel Memory

My husband and I visited Switzerland for the holidays a few years ago. We were having dinner at a lodge in a small ski village on Christmas night and starting talking to the couple sitting next to us. We discovered they lived only 45 minutes away from us in Florida (small world!) and ended up enjoying delicious glögg with them at a secret bar they introduced us to.

Katie is the account manager for the Alaska and Madrid teams, connecting the client, partners and internal teams. After her day of spreadsheets, schedules and emails, she is the taxi driver and cheering section for her two active kids, Brooke and JP, wife to Josh and mama to all the animals on their Alabama ranch. She loves to cook, get lost in a book and watch a lot of football.

Favorite Travel Memory

A recent favorite travel memory is a trip to the Tennessee mountains with my husband. A few days of quiet time plus fall foliage to rest and recharge before heading back into busy lives and kid chaos!

Hanna works on our operations team handling projects centered on making the team-member experience the best it can be. Her experience during her 9-plus years at Miles allows her to be nimble with evolving processes to meet our future needs. She enjoys live music, skiing, hiking, biking and satiating sweet-tooth cravings in ice-cream shops or making home-baked goods.

Favorite Travel Memory

My favorite travel memory is having the chance to raft the Grand Canyon for 21 days. We slept under the stars, had a couple of flipped boats and got to experience one of the world's wonders up close.

Maggie has worked in destination marketing for more than 10 years, combining her experience with creativity to push the boundaries of innovation for our clients. When she's not overseeing production or planning the next big experiential activation, you can find her traveling as much as possible with her husband Chris and daughter Collins.

As one of Miles's art directors, Amanda is passionate about bringing brands to life through effective and engaging creative. Outside of moving pixels around and meeting with clients, she also loves visiting new places, going out to eat at unique restaurants and hoop dancing down St. Charles in Mardi Gras parades.

On the northern coast of Washington, the beach was unlike any other place I've been. A massive rocky formation slowly appeared before my eyes as I strolled the beach through the thickest fog I've ever experienced. It was like walking on an alien planet.

Annika is a member of our SEM/Social Team, working with various clients to enhance their organic social media content. Originally from Upstate New York, she now calls Denver, CO her home. In her free time, Annika enjoys skiing, running, mountain biking, backpacking and attending numerous concerts. She loves adventuring with friends and exploring new restaurants in town, always capturing her experiences through her photography.

Favorite Travel Memory

I spent my entire junior year of college abroad, studying in Bangkok, Thailand during the fall, and in Lyon, France in the spring. I loved every second of it! However, my favorite adventure was visiting the remote province of Ha Giang in Northern Vietnam. The mountainous terrain was breathtaking, and it was so much fun to connect with the locals at the homestays in the villages we passed through.

As part of the Brand USA team, Angie thrives on strategizing and creating engaging international marketing plans for partners in the Southeast region. When she’s not traveling, she’s outside gardening, working on a home-improvement project, hiking in the Pacific Northwest or enjoying live music. She cohabitates with her two lovely cats, Barry and Nelly, outside of Seattle.

In the Dutch countryside, we visited a dairy farm famous for its Gouda. We met the farmer, cows and the cheesemakers, who demonstrated the process from fresh milk to the final product. We also toured iconic windmills. Going inside a working windmill, it was super interesting to observe the mechanics, living quarters, and how they control the flooding and waterways.

Enriqueta is a dedicated project manager who works on a variety of projects from visitor guides to websites. In her free time, you can find her crafting, watching movies or playing with her dalmatian Ollie.

Favorite Travel Memory

Having my first white Christmas in Knoxville in 2020: I made snow angels, threw snowballs, ate white snow and sledded down a hill!

Janet is a content strategist whose focus is on concepting and creating content for clients such as St. Pete/Clearwater, Virginia Beach, Fort Myers and Miami. Her favorite vacations are in wild places where you can hear the wind and the birds, and her hobbies in St. Pete include gardening (yardening?), singing in a community chorus and obsessing about paint colors.

Favorite Travel Memory

One of my favorite travel memories is hiking in the El Yunque National Forest in Puerto Rico with my husband Tim and our intrepid guide, Juan. At points, we were ankle-deep in red mud. But we also had a refreshing swim in a beautiful natural pool underneath a waterfall and ate fresh mangos off a banana leaf while perched on a rock.

As a former CVB marketing director with nearly 30 years in the tourism industry (including work at Yellowstone National Park and a cruise ship), Carly’s passion for travel marketing has inspired successful campaigns for Miles' partners for more than 15 years. In between travels, Carly can be found exploring her home in the New River Gorge of West Virginia.

I took a train to Jungfraujoch - Top of Europe — Europe's highest railway station, which is located at 11,333 feet in the Swiss Alps. The panoramic views of the snow-capped mountains and glaciers was breathtaking!

Fabio takes pride in creating functional and efficient designs that make a statement. Beyond work, he's an avid adventurer, embracing the great outdoors and seeking new horizons, where creativity knows no bounds.

A travel buff and enthusiastic planner both in and out of the office, Cynthia is a senior account director based in Lexington, Kentucky. When she’s not strategizing with our team to bring her clients' big ideas to life, she can be found out for an adventure with her family or scrapbooking her most recent explorations.

We’ve set out to visit all 50 states with our daughter before she turns 18, so from the amazing views as we journeyed up the Pacific Coast Highway to cave explorations and waterfall hikes in Kentucky, we’re always making new travel memories. It’s impossible to pick a favorite!

Mattie is an account director who uses her organizational skills to ensure deadlines are met and clients are happy. When she's not slinging ads, she can usually be found exploring everything Colorado has to offer. She loves all things outdoors, including fly fishing, skiing and hiking with her dog.

Exploring Belize with my husband! We journeyed around multiple islands via golf cart, caught bonefish, swam with sharks and ventured deep into ancient caves to explore Mayan ritual sites.

Krystal is a project manager who works with a variety of clients on everything from website and to creative and media needs and visitor guides. When she isn't working on travel-related projects, you can find her hitting the road (or air) for new adventures with her husband, three kids and adorable minpin.

I spent two months road tripping with my family from Texas to Washington, hitting all of the national and state parks we could along the way. It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience!

A Midwestern girl with a passion for travel and meeting people (and pets) in new places, Jennie loves a process, spreadsheets and has a knack for organization. She works as an account manager for the Georgia and Savannah/Tybee accounts. When she's not working, you can find her cooking, exercising and tending to her growing collection of ferns.

Visiting China with my father, we spent three weeks traveling around Shanghai. 

As an associate media planner, Katie geeks out on creating the perfect plan to bring a campaign to life. In her off time, you'll find Katie outdoors exploring new places, hunting down her new favorite antique piece, or spending time with her family and three dogs, Jax, Finn and Marlow.

Sarah works as a video editor with Odyssey Studios, focusing on projects in the post-production phase. She enjoys reading, watching reality TV and showing off her two black cats.

Eve is part of our paid-social team and manages campaigns from start to finish across multiple social platforms. Outside of work, you're likely to find her at a concert, planning her next vacation or exploring Denver with friends.

Johanna's role as an account manager is to support clients in planning, building and executing their vision. What makes her happeiest? Spending time with her family and creating long-lasting memories for her son. With family scattered around the globe, the opportunities to visit new and exciting places are countless.

J.T. is a senior content manager, writing and editing out of our Memphis office. When he's not writing about various destinations, the die-hard Memphis Tigers fan, Stephen King buff and "Star Wars" expert can likely be found at the movies or a Tigers game with his wife Christine.

My wife and I went to Europe for the first time — was the trip of a lifetime! We took a cruise around the Mediterranean to Spain, France and Italy. The food was phenomenal. We even got to explore my great-grandparents' hometown, Lucca, Italy. I cannot wait to go back.

With a strong sense of direction and a great sense of humor, Roger has led the company since its purchase in 1990, growing the business from a local Florida visitor guide network to an innovative, successful international travel marketing organization.

Amanda is passionate about travel and its ability to do good in our communities. She's had various experiences in destination marketing and finds joy and fulfillment in solving complex problems. At Miles, Amanda supports the Colorado Tourism Office as an account director. When she's not working, she enjoys hiking in the Rocky Mountains, reading, binging podcasts and chasing Oliver and Otis, her twin toddlers.

Working directly for both president and CEO David Burgess and chairman Roger Miles, we all know it’s Lisa Hill who really runs things around here. When she's not keeping upper management in line, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family, shopping and, now that she (finally!) has her passport, traveling the world.
