Michael is a creative director with extensive agency experience developing high-performing tourism campaigns and collaborating with clients. When Michael isn't thinking about creative strategy, you will find him on the tennis, paddle or pickleball court. Based out of Milwaukee, he enjoys time with his wife and three boys along with his Spanish water dog.

Tiffany thrives on developing big-picture content strategies and working with clients to increase the performance of their digital content, but she also loves straight copy editing. When she isn’t absentmindedly proofreading everything she sees, Tiffany is probably reading, watching college football or daydreaming about Disney World.

Descending an unsteady ladder into dark, cool cliff dwellings at Mesa Verde National Park.

Lauren works on some of our largest DMO and hospitality accounts to traffic, optimize and report on each campaign from start to finish. When she's not digging into reporting and trafficking campaigns, you can find her behind the lens of her camera or spending time with her husband and son.

Debbie works with our client services team supporting DMOs and their teams across the country. She's the mom to three adult children and loves hiking, music, watching football and, of course, traveling.

Favorite Travel Memory

My favorite, outside of those with my family, would be in Brussels one December during their holiday markets. I spent every night in the square for hours just listening to music and watching the lights and people — it was magical!

Rachel leads the growth strategy for Destination Wayfinder, helping tourism organizations strengthen destination stewardship. When she’s not advising DMOs, she’s kayaking near her home in Durango, Colorado, cooking global cuisine or exploring her next destination—45 countries and counting!

Favorite Travel Memory

At 14, I visited the small remote island of Nosy Komba, Madagascar, seeing lemurs up close, wandering its beaches and meeting the welcoming locals. That adventure sparked my love for travel and passion for ecotourism, showing me the magic of exploring new places while honoring nature and culture.

Fabio takes pride in creating functional and efficient designs that make a statement. Beyond work, he's an avid adventurer, embracing the great outdoors and seeking new horizons, where creativity knows no bounds.

Morgan is based in Fairhope, Alabama. She brings years of experience in tourism and works with her Louisiana clients to achieve their advertising and marketing goals. When not in the office, she and her family love to share new adventures, spend time on the river, work the family farm and cheer on their favorite sports teams.

Tenzin is part of our Colorado content team as a content coordinator. When she's not ferociously typing away on written content, you can find her making a mess in the kitchen trying out new recipes or reading a good romance book, with her YouTube fireplace playing in the background.

Out of the few countries I’ve traveled to so far, Ireland has stolen my heart as my number one travel memory. Everything about it was amazing – the lively culture, hearty meals, friendly community and stunning views. It holds so much history, and I will never forget how it made me feel.

Carrie ensures that clients' big-picture visions are defined and delivered, building collaborative client relationships, as well as working with the Miles team to concept and produce innovative marketing solutions. Outside of Miles, Carrie keeps up with her two little boys, Mac and Jay, on the ski slopes or hiking trails in Winter Park and planning her next vacation.

Every summer my family visited a small beach town in southwest Michigan near my grandparents' house. Now I cherish the opportunity to reunite with my siblings there year after year and see my kids enjoy the same experience.

During my honeymoon in Italy, my husband and I had the opportunity to receive the Sposi Novelli blessing from Pope Francis himself. After his papal audience at the Vatican, we were able to talk to him for a few minutes, shake his hand and even shared a laugh together. It was an incredible moment!

Isa is part of our Louisiana team and handles all things social media. As a content manager, she travels all over the Bayou State in search of the best things for visitors to experience. During her off time, you can find Isa at a coffee shop planning her next trip or learning a new cocktail recipe.

One of my recent favorite travel memories was during a work trip! The Louisiana team went to California for the 2023 Rose Parade, and on one of our off days, a few of us drove to Malibu and sat on the rocky shore as the sun reflected off of the waves of El Matador Beach. In fact, it was the very first sunset of the year and is one of my all-time favorite views thus far.

As the performance director for the hospitality division, Nancy utilizes data, research and collaboration to develop and implement owned and paid strategies and plans that drive results. When she is not diving into analytics and spreadsheets, she can be found enjoying the best of Colorado — live music, great outdoors, craft beer and making memories with friends and family.

Traveling to Italy with 40 of my closest friends!

A seasoned entrepreneur, Jordan is VP and head of creative at Odyssey Studios. With a rich background in advertising and a history of successful ventures, including the sale of Misfit Brands to Miles, Jordan excels in brand strategy, client relationships, filmmaking and design. Jordan, his wife and two kids live and play in Grand Junction, Colorado.

As Miles’ associate media director, Christine oversees the media department’s strategy and planning. She works alongside destinations such as Maine, Alaska and Sarasota County. When Christine isn’t geeking-out on media trends and technology, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, lake adventures, traveling and cuddling with her dog JoJo.

Traveling to Kauai two years ago combined my love of the beaches and water with my love of the mountains and hiking — so much so that we're going back again!

Lori has been creating websites for over 25 years, starting with her local music scene before making it a career. Born and raised in Canada, Lori later moved to Detroit, Michigan. Her hobbies are playing with technology, traveling everywhere she can and spending time with her family. She tries to pet every furry animal she meets — to mixed results.

Trips to the beach in Boca Raton with my family and exploring everything weird and hip in Portland, Oregon.

Elena’s diverse background in art, design and product development makes her a driving force on the new business team. Her creative ability to adapt to emerging consumer trends is an important part of Miles’ success, and her love of family and travel is key to her personal success.

Experiencing the stunning scenery, amazing wildlife and great outdoor adventures during a family roadtrip to Yellowstone, Canyonlands, Moab and Zion, where we were able to disconnect from the rest of the world and feel truly alive.

Jose is a member of the Human Resources department, where the team’s focus is the committed support of the entire Miles community. Jose enjoys the human relations aspect of his role and engaging with every team member on an individual basis. Outside of the office, Jose cherishes time with his family and spends Sundays rooting for the Denver Broncos.

My favorite travel memory is visiting Barcelona with my wife. Our highlights were visiting La Sagrada Familia and watching the show at the Magic Fountain of Montjuïc.

As part of the paid search and social team, Carolyn manages more social and SEM ads for our clients than she can count. In addition to being a proud cat mom to Tybalt, she can frequently be found performing/directing Shakespeare, going upside down on an aerial apparatus or traveling to (and trying to stay in) the U.K.

I lived in England for over a year for grad school — it's pretty hard to top that as a travel memory!

Hailing from New Orleans, Jessica serves as an account supervisor supporting the Louisiana Department of Tourism team. She has a true passion for the state, having spent time traveling and working in different communities across Louisiana. When she's not working, you can find her out on the town trying the latest restaurants NOLA has to offer, visiting friends or attending local festivals and events alongside husband Patrick and son Dominic.

Getting engaged in Venice, Italy. The city itself is so fun to get lost in. We went to a delicious dinner at Osteria Oliva Nera. After, we went walking throughout the city and I was surprised with a proposal. We ended the night getting lost on the water taxi, Facetiming our families back home to break the news and didn’t find our way back to our hotel until the early morning.

Margo leads the account services team for our Kentucky client. A proud native, she relishes the opportunity to share all there is to see and do in the Bluegrass State — particularly if it relates to bourbon! Entertaining friends and family with home-cooked meals, chilled Manhattans (stirred, not shaken) and lots of laughs is Margo's idea of the perfect evening.

Staying at a villa in Sicily and taking daily cooking lessons from a local chef.

With a strong sense of direction and a great sense of humor, Roger has led the company since its purchase in 1990, growing the business from a local Florida visitor guide network to an innovative, successful international travel marketing organization.

Rebekah manages SEO sorcery and/or word nerdiness for Colorado, Capital Region USA, Maryland and Greeley. When her head's not buried in a website or print guide, it's wearing a hat for running trail races in which she will undoubtedly scrape a knee and meet a medic.

It's a three-way tie between getting scoped by a shark while paddleboarding in Florida, hiking a questionable ledge to see puffins in Iceland and patting elephants on Singapore Zoo's Night Safari. Probably the elephants win because patting was involved.

Juliana Contreras is a multilingual senior art director, guitar strummer, culinary maestro and garden enthusiast. Her art bridges cultures, while her heart embraces family and pets. She's a sailing aficionada with an aquatic irony: can't swim, yet conquers the sea.

Costa Rica: Being awakened by waves and a serenade of birds was such an amazing experience. I can't wait to go back.

Samantha brings 9 years of experience in destination marketing to Miles. When she isn’t busy supporting the Alaska and Madrid accounts, you'll find her on hiking adventures with her two dogs, Parmesan and Nelly, tending to dozens of houseplants, or paddleboarding on one of the 10,000-plus lakes in her home state of Minnesota.

My favorite travel memory is learning how to whitewater kayak on the Yellowstone River in Gardiner, Montana. The power of the water is exhilarating — there is nothing quite like being at the mercy of the river, staying focused and using your own strength to float down nature’s roller coaster.
