As Miles’ associate media director, Christine oversees the media department’s strategy and planning. She works alongside destinations such as Maine, Alaska and Sarasota County. When Christine isn’t geeking-out on media trends and technology, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, lake adventures, traveling and cuddling with her dog JoJo.

Traveling to Kauai two years ago combined my love of the beaches and water with my love of the mountains and hiking — so much so that we're going back again!

As head of research and insights, Chris is also our "head of curiosity" for understanding major trends, opportunities and challenges in travel and tourism. When not involved in research, education or other projects at Miles, Chris is an avid traveler — always off to far-flung destinations with his friends, daughters and other family.

Favorite Travel Memory

Those special moments while traveling when you round a corner or top a hill and see a special, completely different view of the world. Unique sights, sounds, smells and feel. You are in a completely new moment in a completely new place. I’ve been lucky enough to have many of these from AlUla to Zanzibar and the Amazon to Tokyo.

Donna is a native of sunny Florida who channels her passion for design into vibrant creations influenced by her travels. With a keen eye for detail, she crafts unique visuals while finding joy in moments spent listening to music, reading, or playing with her beloved cat Maisie.

Hiking on a glacier in Iceland, or spending a month exploring Colorado with my best friend!

A serial entrepreneur, Ryan joined Miles in 2018 following the acquisition of his studio, Odyssey. With more than 20 years of digital, experiential and content-marketing experience, he oversees a portfolio of client accounts, as well as our creative and studio functions. He is an author and nationally recognized public speaker on tourism, strategy, consumer behavior, destination marketing and digital advertising.

Climbing 4,000 feet into the clouds at Huayna Picchu, Peru.

Liv Falco is an Account Coordinator who loves to help her clients deliver high-quality work, remotely from California! Outside of work, Liv enjoys all the simple things in life. Whether it be a trip to a local coffee shop, or a hike around her hometown hills, you can find Liv somewhere soaking up the sun!

Kelli is part of account services in the hospitality division and uses her past experience in the industry to best serve her clients. Off the clock, find her chasing new adventures with her husband and yellow labs through travel, live music and lots of college football.

While in Spain, we celebrated San Fermin, staying up all night to secure and guard our spot on the rails to watch the running of the bulls bright and early. We rounded the expedition out with a churro and a catnap on a park bench. ¡Gora San Fermín!

Margo leads the account services team for our Kentucky client. A proud native, she relishes the opportunity to share all there is to see and do in the Bluegrass State — particularly if it relates to bourbon! Entertaining friends and family with home-cooked meals, chilled Manhattans (stirred, not shaken) and lots of laughs is Margo's idea of the perfect evening.

Staying at a villa in Sicily and taking daily cooking lessons from a local chef.

Alex is part of Odyssey Studios, primarily working on edits for various projects, but on occasion he's seen helping out on a shoot. Alex is an avid Tampa sports fan (Go Bucs, Bolts and Rays!), but oftentimes he's chasing down his two sons and trying to catch up on "Star Wars" shows with his wife, who is also named Alex — which is fun!

Favorite Travel Memory

We took my first-born son to Key West when he was not quite one, which some might think would make for a rough time, but it was his first real vacation and it was absolutely wonderful. He had a blast, and every time we go again he gets so amped for the trip.

Alex is Odyssey Studios’ platform manager, handling linear channel scheduling and maintenance for Brand USA’s GoUSATV — file transfers, app updates and other technical sorcery. When not chained to his desk, you can usually find in him roaming the various Disney theme parks, traveling the world and taking pictures, or chained to his other desk making illustrations.

Favorite Travel Memory

In Hawaiʻi, while trying to navigate rocks at a lagoon entrance so I could swim in the Pacific for the first time, a sea turtle appeared, swam over near me and vanished underwater. His wake showed a path through the rocks to a safe, secluded place to swim as if the entire island was mine.

Victoria is an Account Supervisor based in Los Angeles. A Fijian American with a South Pacific destination marketing background, Victoria is dedicated to promoting island destinations and works with clients, including Tahiti Tourisme and Bermuda Tourism Authority. Outside of work, Victoria enjoys traveling, concerts, Tahitian dance, and exploring all that Los Angeles has to offer.

Laura is a content manager who has developed everything from state visitor guides to brand voice guidelines. She also serves on Miles' DEI Committee to establish best practices for inclusive content strategy. In her free time, this Austinite can be found kayaking, hiking and birding.

A seasoned entrepreneur, Jordan is VP and head of creative at Odyssey Studios. With a rich background in advertising and a history of successful ventures, including the sale of Misfit Brands to Miles, Jordan excels in brand strategy, client relationships, filmmaking and design. Jordan, his wife and two kids live and play in Grand Junction, Colorado.

Stacey is a graphic designer in Miles’ hospitality division. She's an empathetic learner who strives to solve design problems with the user's needs as her guiding light, always asking questions to challenge assumptions and understand pain points. In her day to day, you can find her designing for social, digital, web, print and more.

Favorite Travel Memory

It was a day full of walking, shopping and bonding with friends old and new in Portland, Oregon, and it ended with a visit to the Lan Su Chinese Garden. The memory of its beauty, the peace and the company I had with me bring a smile to my heart and I'd repeat the day without a second thought.

Melissa is a content manager working with multiple clients to create content that highlights the very best of the destination. After hours, she can be found spending time with her partner and three — yes, three! — dogs, exploring the great outdoors.

It's hard to pick favorites, but I'll never forget visiting Chicago for the first time. I'd been in big cities, but Chicago just hit different. We were visiting over the New Year and it was snowing as the clock struck midnight, which made for a very magical trip.

Kim is a creative director with 25-plus years of experience. She is known for both her conceptual storytelling, exceeding client requests and leading creative teams to deliver award-winning results. She is a boy mom of three, wife and huge outdoor enthusiast.

Favorite Travel Memory

Oh so many! Sea-kayaking the Kenai Fjords of Alaska, hiking the Atlas Mountains in Morocco or Mount Assiniboine in British Columbia. But hands down: traveling to Kazakhstan and Guatemala to adopt our sons.

Chelsea is a member of the ad operations team who oversees a diverse client portfolio. Beyond campaign management, she's an avid baker, a Ted Lasso enthusiast, and enjoys beachside reading. In her free time, she's either chasing passport stamps, attending sporting events or on the hunt for the perfect cup of joe.

Beth is a project manager with a strong attention to detail and an extensive background in client services. Beth is a competitive Ironman triathlete, a soccer enthusiast and dog mom to two Siberian huskies, Odin and Ragnar. Off the clock, she can likely be found training for her next athletic endeavor.

My favorite travel memories are from my childhood. My family vacationed at Black Butte Ranch Resort in Oregon every summer for as long as I can remember. It’s where I learned how to ride a bike and get lost in adventure with my siblings. Every time I smell a pine tree, those memories come flooding back.

George is part of Odyssey Studios and works both on location as a videographer/photographer or back in the office in post production. He spends his free time traveling, teaching group-fitness classes and partaking in all kinds of geeky activities.

Getting married in front of Mount Kirkjufell in Iceland — a mountain featured prominently in "Game of Thrones."

A content manager on the hospitality team, Tessa serves up strategic, thoughtful content for our clients. When she’s not putting together a content strategy or crafting an email or ad, she loves spending time with her family, dreaming up her next slow-travel trip or simply staying in and binging "Star Wars" with a giant bowl of pasta.

Melissa has been creating, recreating and maintaining a diverse range of website projects at Miles now for 23-plus years and has expertise in web platforms and languages, server environments and database programming. She works remotely, making her home in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, with her husband and two children.

Sam guides the content strategies and initiatives within the hospitality division while also ensuring the delivery of impactful content to clients. When she’s not crafting travel stories, you’ll find her adventuring in the mountains, creating a more sustainable lifestyle or daydreaming about her next travel destination.

Favorite Travel Memory

From sampling new dishes at the Tiong Bahru Market during golden hour to stumbling upon a neighborhood restaurant and indulging in a late-night dinner consisting of traditional chili crab, exploring the food scene in Singapore is one of my top travel memories.

Michael is a creative director with extensive agency experience developing high-performing tourism campaigns and collaborating with clients. When Michael isn't thinking about creative strategy, you will find him on the tennis, paddle or pickleball court. Based out of Milwaukee, he enjoys time with his wife and three boys along with his Spanish water dog.

Jason is happiest when he sees partners get results from a successful program. A father of two and a former sports journalist, Jason is also a stand-up comedy nerd who loves to sing. When he’s not playing softball or wiffleball, he’s dreaming up a return trip to Chicago or trek to the mountains of Montana.

Favorite Travel Memory

The trip I just took to the Pacific Northwest with my girlfriend, hitting Portland, Seattle, Idaho and Montana. Amazing food and even better scenery.

Hannah manages a content team in our DMO division, supporting content creation and strategy for more than 20 clients. When she's not digging into analytics or raiding the thesaurus for other ways to say "experience," she's listening to narrative podcasts or forcing an unwilling party to talk about the 2023 NBA Champion Denver Nuggets.

Favorite Travel Memory

After weeks in Budapest, my husband I thought we'd seen all there was to see. On our last full day, we stumbled upon a park with network of trails switchbacking up and down to city and river overlooks, monuments and statues. Each time we emerged from a forested patch, there was something new to surprise us — characteristic of the serendipitous nature of travel.

Leading all things content for Brand USA programs, Liz loves to explore too. You might find her in the Willamette Valley, Brooklyn or Puerto Rico. The Florida State grad’s passions include reading novels and poetry, listening to music, cooking, sipping craft beer and spending time with her partner, baby daughter and French bulldog.

Ziplining in the rain in a rainforest in Costa Rica, then stopping afterward at the local watering hole for extra-refreshing beers.

Najauna is a part of our DEI team, where her focus is to lead the internal development of DEI and facilitate a culture of inclusion and belonging overall. When she is not supporting the strategic direction of Miles' DEI vision, you can find her dancing in the kitchen, laughing, and blasting music while using her husband, kids and dog as her fake cooking TV audience! #ApplausePlease

Favorite Travel Memory

On the walk to try paella for the first time in Barcelona, we experienced a music light show, a food-truck festival, and a street art and dance show. I was so immersed in the happenings that I stopped to dance, drink, take tons of photos and ALMOST forgot how hungry I was. The first bite of paella and the restaurant's hospitality made every bit of the trek worth it.

When Summer isn’t busy tracking and reporting on the performance of media campaigns for the hospitality performance team, she’s hunting down the latest trends and opportunities for improvement. A passionate traveler, she loves to explore new places, spend time with her German shepherd, Gunner, and spend time outdoors.

Favorite Travel Memory

My favorite travel memory was visiting Asia with my family. We saw the Great Wall and the Terracotta Warriors, and rode an elephant in Thailand. It was an unforgettable experience to be surrounded by so much history and culture and to share it with my family.
